  • Joey Bosa DE | BUF

Bills' Joey Bosa: No go for Week 18

Bosa (hamstring) is inactive for Sunday's contest against the Jets.

Bosa will be forced to sit out the regular-season finale as the team opts to give him some additional time to nurse his preexisting hamstring injury. In the 30-year-old's absence, A.J. Epenesa, Javon Solomon and Matthew Judon will all be candidates to see larger workloads on the defensive line versus New York.

  • Darius Muasau LB | NYG

Giants' Darius Muasau: Questionable to return Sunday

Muasau (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's game versus the Cowboys, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Muasau exited Sunday's contest with an ankle injury, and it's up in the air whether he'll be able to get back onto the field in Week 18. With the Giants mathematically eliminated from playoff contention, they may opt to play things safe with Muasau and give some extra reps to Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles.

  • Tyson Campbell CB | CLE

Browns' Tyson Campbell: Returns to Sunday's game

Campbell (shoulder) has returned to Sunday's game against the Bengals, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Campbell left Sunday's game due to a shoulder injury, but he has been cleared by medical staff to return. Denzel Ward (neck) will not return, so Sam Webb and D'Angelo Ross are slated for more work at outside corner opposite Campbell the rest of the way.

  • Chiefs' Xavier Worthy: Inactive as expected Sunday

Worthy (illness) is inactive for Sunday's Week 18 matchup against the Raiders, Matt McMullen of the team's official site reports.

The second-year speedster was already carrying a doubtful tag into the weekend, so his inactive status is of little surprise. In Worthy's absence versus Las Vegas, veterans Hollywood Brown and JuJu Smith-Schuster are set to operate as the top two wide-receiver targets for starting quarterback Chris Oladokun.

  • Hassan Haskins RB | LAC

Chargers' Hassan Haskins: All good for regular-season finale

Haskins (concussion) is active for Sunday's contest against the Broncos.

Haskins was able to clear concussion protocol during the week, and he'll now potentially be set for an increased workload in the team's regular-season finale with Omarion Hampton (ankle) inactive. The running back will likely operate as second fiddle to Kimani Vidal in the backfield, but he'll have a good shot to challenge his previous season-high six carries from Week 6.

  • Tyler Higbee TE | LAR

Rams' Tyler Higbee: Back in action in Week 18

Higbee (ankle) is active for Sunday's game versus the Cardinals, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.

Higbee suffered an ankle injury during a Week 11 matchup with the Seahawks and promptly landed on injured reserve. He proceeded to miss six consecutive games as a result, but after the Rams designated him for return from IR on Wednesday, he logged three straight full listings before the team tagged him as questionable for Week 18 action. Now that he's confirmed to be available Sunday, Higbee will mix back in to an offense that has used 13 personnel consistently for much of the season. Colby Parkinson, Davis Allen and Nick Vannett will be the other TEs available to Los Angeles, with Terrance Ferguson (hamstring) inactive.

  • Tuli Tuipulotu LB | LAC

Chargers' Tuli Tuipulotu: Healthy inactive for Week 18

Tuipulotu (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against Denver.

Tuipulotu will join multiple key starters on the sidelines for Sunday's regular-season finale as the Chargers gear up for their postseason run. Bud Dupree, Odafe Oweh and Kyle Kennard are in line to see more defensive snaps in the absence of Tuipulotu, who will end the 2025 regular season with 49 tackles (35 solo), including a career-high 13.0 sacks, three pass defenses, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery across 16 games.

  • De'Von Achane RB | MIA

Dolphins' De'Von Achane: Sitting out season finale

Achane (shoulder) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Patriots.

As was expected after the Dolphins listed him as doubtful on their final injury report of the season, Achane will ultimately sit out Sunday while he nurses what's believed to be a minor shoulder injury. With Achane in street clothes, Miami will have Jaylen Wright, Ollie Gordon, Donovan Edwards and Jeff Wilson as its available running backs for Week 18. Achane will conclude his third NFL season with a career-high 1,350 rushing yards (5.7 per carry) to go with 67 catches for 488 yards and 12 total touchdowns over 16 games.

  • 49ers' Eddy Pineiro: Provides only offense for SF

Pineiro converted his only field-goal attempt of 48 yards in Saturday's 13-3 loss to Seattle.

Pineiro was the only player for the 49ers to make an impact on the box score after scoring his team's only points in a forgettable offensive showing Saturday. The 29-year-old took over for released kicker Jake Moody in Week 2 of the regular season and never looked back, nailing all but one of his 29 FGA with the only miss coming from 50-plus yards out. Pineiro will become an unrestricted free agent this upcoming offseason, but it would be surprising if the 49ers didn't re-sign him after he saved the franchise's catastrophic kicking situation.

  • Derwin James FS | LAC

Chargers' Derwin James: Healthy scratch Week 18

James (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Broncos.

The Chargers are resting several key starters for Week 18, so James will get an extra week of rest before the wild-card round of the AFC playoffs. With Elijah Molden (hamstring) also inactive, RJ Mickens and Tony Jefferson are poised to serve as the Chargers' starting safeties for Sunday's regular-season finale. James will conclude the 2025 regular season with 94 tackles (50 solo), including 2.0 sacks, seven pass defenses (three interceptions) and one forced fumble across 16 games.
