Titans' Kevin Zeitler: Leaves in first half

Zeitler (quad) is questionable to return in Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Zeitler sustained a quad injury in the first half and is currently being evaluated by medical staff to determine if he can return. Corey Levin is expected to replace Zeitler if he is unable to return.

  • Cobee Bryant CB | ATL

Falcons' Cobee Bryant: Enters concussion protocol

Bryant has entered the league's concussion protocol and has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Saints, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.

Bryant was shaken up after taking a knee to the helmet from Saints running back Audric Estime, and the former will not return. Natrone Brooks and Dee Alford are slated to see more snaps at outside corner for the rest of Sunday's game in Bryant's absence.

  • Denzel Ward CB | CLE

Browns' Denzel Ward: Questionable to return

Ward (neck) is questionable to return in Sunday's game against the Bengals, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.

The eighth-year pro sustained a neck injury in the first quarter and will be evaluated by medical staff to determine if he can return. If Ward is unable to return, D'Angelo Ross and Sam Webb would be in line for more reps.

  • Tyson Campbell CB | CLE

Browns' Tyson Campbell: Exits with shoulder injury

Campbell (shoulder) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Bengals, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.

Campbell sustained the injury in the first quarter and went to the blue medical tent, where he is being assessed by medical staff to determine whether he can return to Sunday's game. With Denzel Ward (neck) also questionable to return, Sam Webb and D'Angelo Ross are in at outside corner for the Browns.

  • Cam Ward QB | TEN

Titans' Cam Ward: Won't return Sunday

Ward won't return to Sunday's game against the Jaguars after sustaining a right shoulder injury.

Prior to his exit from the contest, Ward completed all three of his pass attempts for 52 yards and carried twice for 11 yards and a TD. In his absence, Brandon Allen has taken over the Titans' Week 18 QB duties.

  • Cam Ward QB | TEN

Titans' Cam Ward: Injures shoulder Sunday

Ward suffered a right shoulder injury during Sunday's game at Jacksonville, Paul Kuharsky of PaulKuharsky.com reports.

Ward led a five-play, 58-yard scoring march that he capped off with a seven-yard touchdown run early in the first quarter, but he then was examined on the sideline before going to the locker room, from which the Titans deemed him questionable to return. Brandon Allen will lead Tennessee's offense for as long as Ward is off the field.

  • Panthers' Ryan Fitzgerald: Misses lone field-goal attempt

Fitzgerald missed his only field-goal try but converted on both point-after attempts during Saturday's 16-14 loss to the Buccaneers.

Fitzgerald came up short on a 54-yard field-goal try in the third quarter of Saturday's loss. It was a miss that proved costly, as the Panthers lost by just two points. The rookie kicker from Florida State appeared in all 17 of Carolina's regular-season games in 2025, making 24 of 29 field-goal attempts and 27 of 30 point-after tries. However, he struggled from long range, converting on just two of five field-goal attempts from 50-plus yards. Under contract through the 2027 season, Fitzgerald is expected to at least compete for Carolina's top placekicker role heading into the 2026 season.

  • Alijah Clark SAF | DAL

Cowboys' Alijah Clark: Inactive for personal reasons

Clark (personal) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Giants.

Per the Cowboys, Clark is attending to a personal matter and will not be with the team for Sunday's regular-season finale. He'll end the 2025 regular season with 18 tackles (nine solo) and one forced fumble across 11 games while contributing mostly on special teams. Markquese Bell will be the top reserve option at safety behind Malik Hooker and Donovan Wilson in Clark's absence.

  • Browns' Kingsley Eguakun: Unable to play Week 18

Eguakun (knee/shoulder) is inactive for Sunday's battle against the Bengals.

Eguakun battled a pair of injuries throughout the week and posted a DNP/LP/LP practice progression. He'll ultimately be held out of the Browns' season finale. Eguakun played in four games during his rookie campaign and started both Week 16 and Week 17 while with Detroit, but he was signed by Cleveland off the Lions' practice squad Wednesday and could have a chance to have a major role with the Browns next season.

  • Vikings' Dwight McGlothern: Inactive with hip issue

McGlothern (hip) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Packers.

McGlothern's absence means that his minimal role on special teams will have to be filled by another defensive back. Zemaiah Vaughn is likely the next man up and will log a few special-teams snaps in Sunday's game.
