  • Dwight McGlothern: Waived/injured by Minnesota

The Vikings waived/injured McGlothern (undisclosed) on Tuesday, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports. McGlothern has appeared in 15 games for the Vikings over two seasons, logging 84 total snaps. The cornerback will likely clear waivers and revert to the team's injured reserve list. • Vikings' Dwight McGlothern: Inactive with hip issue

McGlothern (hip) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Packers. McGlothern's absence means that his minimal role on special teams will have to be filled by another defensive back. Zemaiah Vaughn is likely the next man up and will log a few special-teams snaps in Sunday's game.
