Jurgens (concussion) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Cowboys, Ralph Vacchiano of Fox Sports reports.

Jurgens was able to get in a full practice Friday, but he likely has one more hurdle to clear in the league's concussion protocol. Brett Toth would be the next man up at center if Jurgens is unable to play.

Lewis was able to log a full practice Friday but hasn't played since Week 7. Samson Ebukam and JT Tuimoloau would continue to see elevated snaps if Lewis remains sidelined.

Johnson (ankle) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Patriots.
