O'Connell (personal) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Saints, Ryan McFadden of ESPN.com reports.

O'Connell is in the midst of an ongoing personal matter that will have him sidelined for consecutive weeks. It remains to be seen how much longer the reserve quarterback will be out. Kirk Cousins and Fernando Mendoza will once again be the only two active quarterbacks on game day.

Stevenson (hamstring) is does not have any injury designation ahead of Monday's game against the Eagles.

Stevenson upgraded his participation level each day of the Bears' Week 3 prep. The cornerback went from a non-participant Thursday to a full participant in Saturday's session. Stevenson is all set to suit up for Sunday's contest as the starting outside cornerback opposite Jaylon Johnson.

Santos (hip) does not carry an injury designation into Monday's game against the Eagles.

Santos popped up on Friday's injury report as a DNP due to a right hip issue, but he was a full participant in Saturday's session and has been cleared to play Monday night. He's gone 2-for-3 on field-goal attempts and 8-for-8 on extra-point tries through the first two games of the regular season.

Bagent (concussion) was a full participant in Saturday's practice but is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Eagles.

Bagent progressed enough through the league's concussion protocol to participate in Saturday's practice without limitations. However, he'll need to be symptom free over the next couple of days and pass an evaluation by an independent neurologist before being cleared to play. Caleb Williams (hamstring) has already been ruled out, so if Bagent cannot play, then Case Keenum would be the Bears' starting quarterback Monday.

As expected, Williams will not be active for Monday Night Football due to a right hamstring injury he sustained during the Bears' Week 2 loss to the Vikings. Tyson Bagent was a full participant in Saturday's practice but is listed as questionable, as he's still in the league's concussion protocol. If Bagent is unable to play, then Case Keenum would serve as the Bears' starting QB for Week 3. Williams' next opportunity to play is Week 4 against the Jets on Sunday, Oct. 4.

The Cowboys signed Barron from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

Barron was elevated to the active roster for the Cowboys' Week 2 win over the Commanders. The linebacker played one defensive snap and 20 special teams snaps in the contest. Barron will likely continue in his role as a special-teamer while on the 53-man roster. Free safety P.J. Locke (foot) was moved to IR in a corresponding move.

The Cowboys placed Locke (foot) on injured reserve Saturday.

Locke has not practiced since sustaining a foot injury in the Cowboys' Week 2 win over the Commanders. The free safety must now miss at least four games on IR before becoming eligible to return to the team's active roster. While Locke is absent, Marquese Bell will likely start at free safety alongside strong safety Jalen Thompson.

Pace (personal) has been tagged as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.

A personal issue appears to have arisen for Pace in the lead-up to Sunday's contest. If the matter cannot be resolved before the showdown with the Buccaneers, Jake Golday is set to be the sole reserve inside linebacker for the Panthers in Sunday's game.

The Panthers signed Njongmeta from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.

The third-year linebacker out of Wisconsin has yet to start in an NFL game. Njongmeta has likely been elevated as an additional depth option at linebacker alongside Tyrel Dodson due to the placement of Claudin Cherelus (shoulder) on injured reserve.

The Panthers placed Cherelus (shoulder) on injured reserve Saturday, Darin Gantt of the team's official site reports.

Cherelus has not practiced since sustaining a shoulder injury in the Panthers' Week 2 win over the Falcons. The linebacker will now need to miss at least four games before he can return to the team's active roster from injured reserve. Tyrel Dodson will likely take Cherelus' place as a special-teamer and reserve linebacker for the Panthers' defense.
