  • Packers' Matthew Golden: Posts team-high 58 receiving yards

Golden caught four of six targets for 58 yards in Sunday's 20-17 overtime win over the Jets.

In addition to leading the team in receiving yards, Golden drew a pivotal 38-yard pass interference penalty to get the Packers out of a first-and-25 hole on a drive that culminated in a Christian Watson touchdown catch to cut the deficit to three points in the fourth quarter. Golden has been out-targeted 19-18 by Watson through two games, and both wide receivers figure to maintain prominent roles in Thursday's Week 3 home game against the Eagles. Fellow Packers wideout Jayden Reed (neck) looks unlikely to suit up for that game after being carted off the field on the opening drive Sunday.

  • Rome Odunze WR | CHI

Bears' Rome Odunze: Three grabs in Sunday's loss

Odunze caught three of four targets for 43 yards in Sunday's 9-3 loss to the Vikings.

The 2024 first-round pick led all Bears wideouts in receiving yards on a wet and windy day at Soldier Field. Odunze has had a slow start to the season, managing just a 5-95-0 line on seven targets through two games, and his outlook in the short term won't be improved if the hamstring injury that knocked Caleb Williams out of Sunday's contest proves to be serious. Odunze could be catching passes from Tyson Bagent instead in a Week 3 home tilt against the Eagles.

  • Packers' Christian Watson: Three TD catches through two games

Watson caught four of 11 targets for 41 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 20-17 overtime win over the Jets.

Watson and Jordan Love struggled to get on the same page for much of the game but connected for a three-yard touchdown with 7:58 left in regulation as the Packers erased a 10-point fourth-quarter deficit. The 27-year-old wide receiver has scored three touchdowns on a team-high 19 targets through two games ahead of Thursday's home tilt against the Falcons. Watson is likely to see heavy involvement again in Week 3, especially since the Packers will probably be without fellow WR Jayden Reed (neck).

  • Jordan Love QB | GB

Packers' Jordan Love: Tosses two TDs in comeback win

Love completed 16 of 29 passes for 145 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 20-17 overtime win over the Jets.

The Packers struggled to move the ball for most of the afternoon but benefited from some key penalties as they came back from a 17-7 fourth-quarter deficit to win a sloppily played game in rainy conditions. Love got the scoring started with a six-yard touchdown pass to MarShawn Lloyd just under 10 minutes before halftime, but Green Bay's next points didn't come until Love's three-yard touchdown pass to Christian Watson with 7:58 left in the fourth quarter. Green Bay did just enough to avoid starting 0-2 heading into Thursday's Week 3 home game against the Falcons, but Love has an uninspiring 52 percent completion percentage after completing 66.3 percent of his passes during the 2025 regular season.

  • Mike Evans WR | SF

49ers' Mike Evans: Injures hip in Week 2

Evans sustained a hip injury during Sunday's contest against the Dolphins, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.

Evans made his 49ers debut Week 1 against the Rams in Melbourne, Australia, turning a 75 percent snap share into six catches (on seven targets) for 49 yards and one touchdown. He displayed an instant rapport with QB Brock Purdy, and Evans connected with him on all three passes directed his way for 54 yards Sunday before his exit in the fourth quarter. The 49ers lost Demarcus Robinson to an ankle injury Week 2 and kept Jordan Watkins (coach's decision) inactive, so the team's healthy and available wide receivers are Deebo Samuel, Jacob Cowing and KhaDarel Hodge.

  • Mike Onwenu G | NE

Patriots' Mike Onwenu: Fractures right ankle in win

Initial X-rays revealed that Onwenu fractured his right ankle during Sunday's 20-3 win over the Steelers, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

The Patriots will likely confirm the injury in the coming days, but Onwenu will almost assuredly miss time and could be headed to injured reserve. Greg Van Roten is the most likely candidate to start at right guard Week 3 against the Jaguars after he came on to replace Onwenu following his departure Sunday.

  • Kyle Monangai RB | CHI

Bears' Kyle Monangai: Dozen touches in Week 2 loss

Monangai carried the ball 10 times for 47 yards and caught both his targets for 11 yards in Sunday's 9-3 loss to the Vikings.

The second-year RB led the Chicago backfield in rushing yards by two over D'Andre Swift on six fewer totes, but neither player was able to get into the end zone. Monangai has seen exactly 12 touches in each of the first two games of the season, turning that volume into 182 scrimmage yards and a rushing TD, but he could see more volume in Week 3 against the Eagles with Caleb Williams (hamstring) potentially unavailable, which would likely leave Tyson Bagent under center.

  • Max Melton CB | ARI

Cardinals' Max Melton: Won't return Sunday

Melton (toe) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Theo Mackie of The Arizona Republic reported that Melton went to the locker room with his left shoe off. Kalen King is set to take over at slot cornerback for the rest of Sunday's divisional showdown with Seattle.

  • Chargers' Dalvin Tomlinson: Exits with hamstring issue

Tomlinson (hamstring) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Raiders.

Tomlinson exited the second half of Sunday's matchup with a hamstring issue. Justin Eboigbe or Nick Barrett will likely fill in for the starting nose tackle while the Chargers' medical staff determines if Tomlinson can return to the game.

  • Decobie Durant CB | DAL

Cowboys' Cobie Durant: Ruled out for Sunday

Durant (hamstring) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Commanders, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Durant exited Sunday's contest after colliding with a teammate in the first half. The cornerback will be unable to play through the hamstring injury, leaving second-year player Shavon Revel to step in as the outside cornerback across from DaRon Bland.
