Jonah Coleman RB | DEN
Broncos' Jonah Coleman: Back at practice Wednesday
Coleman (ankle) was spotted on the field for the media-access portion of Thursday's practice, Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette reports.
Coleman was sidelined for the Broncos' first practice of the week Wednesday due to an ankle sprain, but he looks poised to take a step forward in terms of activity a day later. He's one of three Denver running backs on the Week 3 injury report, though Coleman, J.K. Dobbins (hip) and RJ Harvey (hamstring) all appear set to practice in some fashion Thursday.

RJ Harvey RB | DEN
Broncos' RJ Harvey: Present for Thursday's practice
Harvey (hamstring) was spotted on the field for the media-access portion of Thursday's practice, Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette reports.
After sitting out the Broncos' Week 2 win over the Jaguars, Harvey opened Week 3 prep as a limited participant Wednesday. If he can upgrade to full activity Thursday, it would clear up any concern about his status heading into Sunday's game against the Rams. He's one of three Denver running backs on the injury report this week, as J.K. Dobbins (hamstring) was limited and Jonah Coleman (ankle) didn't participate in the team's first practice of the week.

Nico Collins WR | HOU
Texans' Nico Collins: Officially DNP again Thursday
Collins (hamstring) was listed as a non-participant at Thursday's practice.
Collins seems to be headed toward a second consecutive absence Sunday against the Colts, as he hasn't practiced since sustaining a hamstring injury last Wednesday. Barring an improbable recovery from Collins, which would be precipitated by a return to practice Friday, Dalton Schultz is likely to function as the top pass catcher for C.J. Stroud on Sunday. Schultz caught 12 of 14 targets for 140 yards in Collins' absence against the Bengals this past Sunday, while Stroud connected on only nine of 26 passes intended for Houston's wide receivers.

Mike Evans WR | SF
49ers' Mike Evans: Spotted on side field Thursday
Evans (hip) was seen running on a side field at Thursday's practice, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
Evans sat out Wednesday's session due to a hip issue and appears as if he may not mix into drills one day later, but he also doesn't necessarily require practice reps to be available on game days. Thursday's injury report ultimately reveal if he was able to practice in any capacity.

J.K. Dobbins RB | DEN
Broncos' J.K. Dobbins: Set for another practice
Dobbins (hip) was spotted on the field for the media-access portion of Thursday's practice, Chris Tomasson of The Denver Gazette reports.
Dobbins opened Week 3 prep as a limited participant Wednesday, so if he can upgrade to full activity Thursday, it would clear up any concern about his status heading into Sunday's game against the Rams. He's one of three Denver running backs on the injury report this week, as RJ Harvey (hamstring) was limited and Jonah Coleman (ankle) didn't participate in the team's first practice of the week.
-
Caleb Douglas WR | MIA
Dolphins' Caleb Douglas: Officially DNP again Thursday
Douglas (ankle) didn't practice Thursday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Douglas has missed Miami's first two practices ahead of Sunday's game against the Chiefs after exiting the Week 2 loss to the 49ers in the fourth quarter. The rookie third-round pick is in danger of sitting out a regular-season game for the first time in his young NFL career, though Douglas could give himself a chance to play by practicing in some capacity Friday. Fellow rookie wide receiver Chris Bell (knee) was limited both Thursday and Friday, so the Dolphins are banged up at wide receiver behind Malik Washington.
-
Tony Pollard RB | TEN
Titans' Tony Pollard: Limited in return to practice
Pollard (ankle) was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Both Pollard and Tyjae Spears sat out the Titans' first Week 3 practice Wednesday while tending to sore ankles, but the former was able to log some reps a day later, while the latter remained a non-participant. Pollard thus appears to be in a better spot on the health front of the two running backs, potentially setting him up to handle a workhorse role in Sunday's game against the Giants if Spears remains unable to practice Friday and gets ruled out heading into the weekend.
-
Michael Pittman WR | PIT
Steelers' Michael Pittman: Limited again Thursday
Pittman (foot) was a limited participant at Thursday's practice, Alan Saunders of Steelers Now reports.
Pittman has put forth consecutive limited practice sessions after sitting out Pittsburgh's Week 2 loss to the Patriots. The former Colts wide receiver has one more chance to upgrade to full participation before Pittsburgh releases game statuses for Sunday's game against the Bengals following Friday's practice. Pittman had a team-high 58 receiving yards in his Steelers debut against the Falcons in Week 1.
-
Rico Dowdle RB | PIT
Steelers' Rico Dowdle: DNP again Thursday
Dowdle (toe) didn't practice Thursday, Alan Saunders of Steelers Now reports.
Dowdle has been sidelined for Pittsburgh's first two practices leading up to Sunday's Week 3 matchup against the AFC North rival Bengals, though he at least managed to shed his walking boot Thursday. Jaylen Warren (shoulder) was listed as limited both Wednesday and Thursday. If Dowdle's unable to practice Friday, he'll likely sit out Sunday, which could lead to more touches for Warren in a Steelers backfield that started out close to an even split when both running backs were healthy.

Jaxson Dart QB | NYG
Giants' Jaxson Dart: Officially moved to IR
The Giants officially placed Dart (knee) on injured reserve Thursday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
This transaction was inevitable after it was revealed Dart will miss the rest of the regular season due to damage to the MCL, PCL and meniscus that he suffered in his left knee during the Giants' Week 2 loss to the Rams. Fortunately for Dart, his ACL is intact, and head coach John Harbaugh also told Connor Hughes of SNY.tv on Wednesday that the second-year quarterback may be able to return in the postseason, if the team qualifies. In the meantime, Jameis Winston will cover QB duties for the Giants.
