DeMarvion Overshown LB | DAL
Cowboys' DeMarvion Overshown: Won't play Sunday
Overshown (hamstring) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Commanders, Tommy Yarrish of the Cowboys' official site reports.
Coach Brian Schottenheimer had already announced that the starting inside linebacker was set to miss 1-to-2 weeks due to the hamstring issue he suffered in last Sunday's loss to the Giants. Overshown's status for Week 2 is not surprising, and the 26-year-old could end up missing the team's Week 3 game against the Ravens if he continues to miss practice due to injury.

Mansoor Delane CB | KC
Chiefs' Mansoor Delane: Questionable for Sunday
Delane (shoulder) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus the Colts, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports.
Delane was limited at practice Friday after practicing in full Wednesday and Thursday, suggesting he suffered some sort of setback during the week. If he can't suit up in Week 2, it could mean increased reps at corner for Kristian Fulton.

James Williams LB | TEN
Titans' James Williams: Questionable due to elbow injury
Williams (elbow) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Paul Kuharsky of PaulKuharsky.com reports.
Williams may have picked up the injury during the Titans' Week 1 loss to the Jets, when he logged one assisted tackle while contributing on both special teams and defense. His injury limited his participation in all three practice sessions this week, and his status for Sunday's contest may not be officially known until Tennessee announces its list of inactive players 90 minutes before kickoff at 1:00 p.m. ET. Owen Pappoe would be in line for an expanded role on defense if Williams is not cleared to play.

Cedric Gray LB | TEN
Titans' Cedric Gray: Questionable for Week 2
Gray (concussion) was a full participant in Friday's practice but is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Paul Kuharsky of PaulKuharsky.com reports.
Gray logged back-to-back full practices to end the week, but in order to be available for Week 2, he'll need to clear an evaluation by an independent neurologist to exit the league's concussion protocol. James Williams (elbow) is also listed as questionable, so the Titans enter the weekend with Cody Barton, Owen Pappoe and rookie second-rounder Anthony Hill as the only healthy linebackers on the active roster. Gray's status for Sunday's contest may not be officially known until the Titans announce their list of inactive players approximately 90 minutes before the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Malik Hooker FS | DAL
Cowboys' Malik Hooker: Ruled out for Sunday
Hooker (forearm) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Commanders, Tommy Yarrish of the Cowboys' official site reports.
Hooker was unable to practice throughout Week 2 as he dealt with the forearm fracture he suffered during last Sunday's loss to the Giants. The Cowboys' starting free safety will likely need to miss even more time as he recovers from the injury, leaving P.J. Locke to suit up as the starter in the interim.

Chamarri Conner DB | KC
Chiefs' Chamarri Conner: Out for Week 2
Conner (knee) is officially listed as out for Sunday's game versus the Colts, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports.
Conner was unable to practice during the week as he continues to recover from a knee injury he sustained during the preseason, and he'll have to wait at least one more game to make his season debut. In his stead, 2024 fourth-rounder Jaden Hicks projects to get another start at safety Sunday.
-
Christen Miller DT | NO
Saints' Christen Miller: Questionable against Ravens
Miller (toe) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus Baltimore.
Miller missed a few practices during the week but practiced in a limited capacity Friday, though it wasn't enough to avoid a questionable designation. If Miller can't suit up for the Week 2 clash with Baltimore, Khristian Boyd and John Ridgeway may need to be more involved in the defensive-line rotation.
-
Cordale Flott CB | TEN
Titans' Cor'Dale Flott: Nursing quad injury, iffy for Week 2
Flott did not participate in Friday's practice due to a quadriceps injury and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles, Paul Kuharsky of PaulKuharsky.com reports.
Flott may have picked up the injury during Thursday's practice, and although he's been tagged as questionable, his inability to practice Friday doesn't bode well for his chances to play in Sunday's home tilt. Flott's official status may not be officially known until the Titans announce their list of inactive players approximately 90 minutes before the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff. Marcus Harris, Jaylon Jones and Micah Robinson figure to be the top candidates to start at outside cornerback opposite Alontae Taylor if Flott is not cleared to play.
-
Jacob Parrish CB | TB
Buccaneers' Jacob Parrish: Questionable for Week 2
Parrish (back) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus the Browns.
Parrish was a full participant at practice Friday after logging limited sessions Wednesday and Thursday, so it seems he could be on the 'probable' end of the questionable designation. However, if he can't go in Week 2, rookie fourth-rounder Keionte Scott would figure to see an increased snap share in the secondary.

Jadeveon Clowney DE | HOU
Texans' Jadeveon Clowney: Won't play Sunday
Clowney (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Bengals.
Clowney recorded his third injury in as many weeks during Week 2 preparation. The defensive end dealt with ankle and hip issues in the lead-up to the Texans' 36-31 loss against the Bills last Sunday. Clowney was unable to practice at all in Week 2 due to the new issue. With Clowney, who serves as the primary depth option at edge rusher, unavailable Sunday, Dominique Robinson and Sabastian Harsh will likely share the rotational defensive snaps behind Will Anderson and Danielle Hunter.
