  • Faksa scored a goal, added two hits and went plus-2 in Thursday's 5-4 overtime win over the Sharks. Faksa ignited the Blues' comeback with a tally early in the third period. He has displayed chemistry with Nathan Walker and Alexei Toropchenko from the start of his time with St. Louis. Faksa's a defensive center who won't pile up points -- his career high is 33 points in back-to-back seasons early in his career, but he's reached the 20-point mark just once in the last four years. He should, however, be a reliable source of hits while seeing steady playing time on the fourth line.

  • Blues' Radek Faksa: Acquired in trade
    By RotoWire

St. Louis obtained Faksa from Dallas on Tuesday in exchange for future considerations. Faksa registered seven goals, 19 points, 71 shots on net and 97 hits over 74 regular-season outings with the Stars in 2023-24. As a member of the Blues, he will likely occupy a bottom-six role and see plenty of action on the penalty kill.

  • Faksa scored a goal and added four hits in Sunday's 2-1 win over the Golden Knights in Game 7. Faksa missed three games due to an undisclosed injury and was deemed a healthy scratch for Friday's Game 6. The 30-year-old then drew back in Sunday and came up clutch with the game-winning goal just 44 seconds into the third period. It was his first point in nine games. Faksa plays in mainly a fourth-line role, but he's had no fewer than 19 points in any of his full-length NHL campaigns, so he can provide some supplementary offense.

  • Faksa (undisclosed) will be an option for Friday's Game 6 matchup with Vegas, Lia Assimakopoulos of The Dallas Morning News reports. Even with Faksa cleared to play, he is far from a lock to take a spot in the lineup from Ty Dellandrea or Craig Smith. If the 30-year-old Faksa does suit up, he'll likely slide into a bottom-six role Friday.

    By RotoWire

Faksa (undisclosed) won't suit up for Wednesday's Game 5 versus the Golden Knights, Lia Assimakopoulos of The Dallas Morning News reports. Faksa will miss a third straight game despite being labeled a game-time call each time. The 30-year-old will likely take on a fourth-line role once he's cleared to return, though it's unclear when that may be.
