He's holding down a bottom-six job, though it's possible the Rangers will scratch him at times to give younger players a look, especially if the team falls out of the playoff race.

Brodzinski gave the Rangers a 2-1 lead at the 12:39 mark of the first period with a one-timer from the top of the right circle, and he doubled his tally in the final seconds of the first frame with a wrister. The 31-year-old winger also assisted on Matt Rempe's goal, one that closed the scoring late in the second period. This was Brodzinski's first multi-point effort of the season, and he's up to 11 points in 27 games in 2024-25.

The 31-year-old is up to a total of eight points, 26 shots on net and a plus-6 rating through 23 appearances. His ice time is still pretty limited, so it's unlikely he'll be consistent enough to help in most fantasy formats, especially with a lack of non-scoring production.

  Brodzinski scored a goal in Saturday's 6-3 loss to the Bruins. Brodzinski may have a clearer path to playing time in the wake of the J.T. Miller/Filip Chytil trade. Miller is playing in a top-six role, leaving the third-line center spot open, and that's where Brodzinski filled in Saturday for his first appearance since Jan. 11. Brodzinski has seven points, 26 shots on net and a plus-5 rating over 21 outings this season. He's not an overly physical player and likely won't add much offense either, so he doesn't need to be rostered in most fantasy formats.
