  • Kings' Anze Kopitar: Adds power-play assist Saturday

Kopitar logged a power-play assist, two shots on goal and a minus-2 rating in Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Kraken.

Kopitar has a helper in each of the last two games, but he's been held to three assists over seven outings in January. The 37-year-old center is up to 42 points (12 on the power play), 56 shots on net, 33 blocked shots and a plus-18 rating over 43 appearances. He remains in a top-line role as one of the Kings' most consistent forwards in all three zones.

  • Kraken's Matty Beniers: Deals helper in win

Beniers logged an assist, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Kings.

Beniers fed Jaden Schwartz on the Kraken's second goal after the Kings committed a turnover. The 22-year-old Beniers has three points over his last four outings. He hasn't found the same scoring success as linemates Jaden Schwartz and Kaapo Kakko, but the trio has chemistry, which should safeguard Beniers from slipping down the lineup. Over 47 appearances this season, Beniers has nine goals, 16 helpers, 81 shots on net, 42 blocked shots and a plus-9 rating.

  • Kraken's Chandler Stephenson: Pots game-winner Saturday

Stephenson scored a goal on two shots, blocked three shots and added two PIM in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Kings.

Stephenson tallied at 1:37 of the second period to put the Kraken ahead for good. He has four goals and eight points through nine contests in January, including two tallies in the last three games. Stephenson has seven goals, 31 points, 45 shots on net, 28 blocked shots and a minus-8 rating through 46 appearances. It hasn't been a standout season for Stephenson, but he's been consistent enough lately to help in fantasy formats that value point production.

  • Nick Suzuki C | MON

Canadiens' Nick Suzuki: Logs power-play helper

Suzuki had a power-play assist and one shot on net in Saturday's 7-3 loss to the Maple Leafs.

Suzuki logged the secondary helper on Patrik Laine's tally, giving the former points in eight of the last nine games played. The top-line center has two goals and nine assists during that stretch. Suzuki has 15 power-play points this season, nearly a third of his team-high 46 points.

  • Blues' Oskar Sundqvist: Pockets helper Saturday

Sundqvist notched an assist and two PIM in Saturday's 4-2 loss to Utah.

Sundqvist has three helpers and 10 PIM over his last six contests. He saw a season-high 15:25 of ice time Saturday as head coach Jim Montgomery sent a message to his struggling top line by rewarding other players. The 30-year-old Sundqvist is not expected to be a big factor on offense, but he's held a third-line role lately. He's at nine points, 24 shots on net, 28 PIM, 49 hits, 31 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating over 35 appearances this season.

  • Dylan Holloway LW | STL

Blues' Dylan Holloway: Collects power-play assist

Holloway notched a power-play assist, two shots on goal, three hits and two blocked shots in Saturday's 4-2 loss to Utah.

Holloway has earned three assists over his last two games, and he has a goal and eight helpers over eight outings in January. The 23-year-old forward is up to 35 points (seven on the power play), 110 shots on net, 94 hits and a plus-13 rating over 47 appearances. He's having a strong breakout year as a power winger and should continue to be a top-six fixture for the Blues.

  • Blues' Brayden Schenn: Draws power-play helper

Schenn logged a power-play assist and six hits in Saturday's 4-2 loss to Utah.

Schenn continues to roll on offense -- he has five goals and five assists over his last 10 outings, and he's earned a pair of power-play points over his last two games. The 33-year-old center picked up extra ice time Saturday, playing 20:11 after Robert Thomas saw his minutes cut in a poor performance for the Blues' top line. Schenn remains in a second-line role and has 28 points (four on the power play), 91 shots on net, 112 hits, 37 PIM and an even plus-minus rating through 47 appearances.

  • Panthers' Anton Lundell: Goals in back-to-back games

Lundell scored a goal Saturday in a 3-0 win over the Ducks.

He now has a goal in each of his last two games after putting up just one across his previous 21 appearances. Still, Lundell has seven points, including five assists, and 19 shots in his last 10 contests. His game is warm enough to help in deep formats, as he's on pace to top 50 points for the first time in his career.

  • Kirby Dach C | MON

Canadiens' Kirby Dach: Continues hot stretch

Dach scored a goal on four shots in Saturday's 7-3 loss to Toronto.

Dach scored the first of Montreal's three first-period goals, and it looked like the Habs were cruising when they took a 3-0 lead into the first intermission. The tally was Dach's seventh in the last 11 outings, during which he has eight points. He had nine points through the first 34 games played, and it could be that Dach's finally over the knee injury that cost him all but two games in 2023-24.

  • Stars' Wyatt Johnston: Three-game, five-assist streak

Johnston delivered three assists Saturday in a 6-3 loss to Colorado.

His slowish start is behind him. Johnston has 16 points, including 12 assists, in his last 15 games after starting with 19 points in his first 30 contests. Most recently, he's also put up five assists over his last three games. Johnston's 8.3 shooting percentage is well below his 14.9 percent average over his previous two seasons. Expect to see a few more goals going forward (he has just 10 over 45 outings this season).
