Anton Lundell C | FLA
Panthers' Anton Lundell: Sitting out Friday
Lundell (undisclosed) will not play Friday versus the Flames, Doug Plagens of the Panthers Radio Network reports.
The Panthers have been taking an extremely cautious approach with all injuries since their playoff hopes are toast. Lundell is day-to-day and may benefit from the rest before Tuesday's game versus the Kraken.

Trent Frederic C | EDM
Oilers' Trent Frederic: No timeline for return
Frederic (undisclosed) could miss some time after head coach Kris Klobach told reporters Friday, "Trent is out with an injury, and I don't have a timeline," Sportsnet's Gene Principe reports.
Frederic, at a minimum, shouldn't be expected to face the Lightning on Saturday, though it sounds like it could certainly be longer before he returns to the lineup. Fantasy managers will have to take a wait-and-see approach and hope the team provides a true update at a later date -- something that is very rare this time of year.

Evan Rodrigues C | FLA
Panthers' Evan Rodrigues: Manages two helpers Thursday
Rodrigues logged two assists, including one with the man advantage, and three shots on goal in Thursday's 4-0 win over the Oilers.
Rodrigues was held out of Tuesday's game in Vancouver for an unspecified reason. He was back in the lineup Thursday and snapped a five-game slump with helpers on goals by A.J. Greer and Anton Lundell. Rodrigues is at 30 points, a mark he's reached in five straight campaigns. He's added 155 shots on net, 62 hits, 38 PIM and a minus-15 rating over 66 appearances.

Sam Bennett C | FLA
Panthers' Sam Bennett: Dishes two assists
Bennett registered two assists (one on the power play), three shots on goal and two PIM in Thursday's 4-0 win over the Oilers.
Bennett has two goals and three assists over his last four contests, though he missed one game due to an undisclosed injury in that span. For the season, he has a career-best 53 points in just 67 outings, surpassing his 51-point output from 76 regular-season games a year ago. Bennett has added 177 shots on net, 111 hits and 76 PIM while seeing steady top-six minutes.

Hunter Haight C | MIN
Wild's Hunter Haight: Earns first NHL point
Haight posted an assist and two shots on goal in Thursday's 2-1 loss to the Blackhawks.
Haight's helper was his first career NHL point. The 21-year-old is filling in while the Wild are missing Joel Eriksson Ek (lower body), who is considered day-to-day but won't play Saturday versus the Stars. Haight has added six shots on net, six hits and a minus-3 rating over six outings in a fourth-line role in his first taste of NHL action this year.

Brayden Schenn C | NYI
Islanders' Brayden Schenn: Scores again in loss
Schenn scored a goal on three shots and added five PIM in Thursday's 3-2 loss to the Senators.
Schenn brought some early intensity by fighting Ridly Greig in the first period. In the third, Schenn put the Islanders ahead 2-1 with his goal, but the lead wouldn't last. The 34-year-old center is fitting in well on the second line with four points in six games since he was traded from the Blues. Through 67 outings overall, he has 14 goals, 18 assists, 98 shots on net, 147 hits, 31 blocked shots, 56 PIM and a minus-24 rating.

Anton Lundell C | FLA
Panthers' Anton Lundell: Scores PP goal Thursday
Lundell scored a power-play goal in Thursday's 4-0 win over the Oilers.
Lundell gave the Panthers a 3-0 lead at 14:21 of the second period with a snap shot in what was his 18th goal of the season -- and his fourth on the power play. Lundell is just two points away from setting a new career high, and his goal Thursday tied his previous personal-best mark from 2021-22, which was his rookie year. Lundell should establish a new career-high mark in scoring sooner rather than later as long as he stays healthy.

Carter Verhaeghe C | FLA
Panthers' Carter Verhaeghe: Nets 20th goal of season
Verhaeghe scored a goal in Thursday's 4-0 win over the Oilers.
Verhaeghe reached the 20-goal mark in the third period to close out the scoring. He was coming off a two-assist performance against the Canucks the last time out, and the 30-year-old veteran continues to find ways to get involved offensively. He has cracked the scoresheet in four of his last five appearances, tallying six points (three goals, three assists) over that span.
-
Shane Pinto C | OTT
Senators' Shane Pinto: Nets shortie in win
Pinto scored a shorthanded goal and added two hits in Thursday's 3-2 win over the Islanders.
Pinto's productive March continues. He has three goals and five assists over nine outings this month, contributing well from a third-line role. The center is up to 18 goals, 37 points, 130 shots on net, 80 hits, 39 blocked shots, 38 PIM and a plus-4 rating through 58 appearances. He's earned more shorthanded points (three) than power-play points (two) this year.

Ryan O'Reilly C | NSH
Predators' Ryan O'Reilly: Scores vs. Seattle
O'Reilly scored a power-play goal in Thursday's 3-1 win over the Kraken.
This was O'Reilly's second goal of the month, but the lack of productivity hasn't been due to a lack of chances since the 35-year-old veteran has recorded at least two shots on goal in seven of his eight contests in March. O'Reilly has been productive despite the recent slump, as he has 62 points (23 goals, 39 assists) in 67 games this season. As long as he continues to skate on the first line and attempt enough shots, the goals should come for O'Reilly.
