Ryan Donato C | CHI
Blackhawks' Ryan Donato: Scores goal vs. Washington
Donato scored a goal in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Capitals.
Donato cracked the scoresheet in back-to-back games for the third time this season, and he's done so in three of Chicago's last four contests. However, it's hard to rely on the 28-year-old for consistent production. He has four points (one goal, three assists) in nine December appearances while failing to record a single point five times in that stretch.

Teuvo Teravainen C | CHI
Blackhawks' Teuvo Teravainen: Another three-point performance
Teravainen recorded three assists, two shots on goal and a plus-3 rating in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Capitals.
The 30-year-old winger was a dominant force in Chicago's lineup and made his presence felt in each of the team's three goals. This was his second straight three-point effort, as he notched one goal and two assists in the 5-3 win over the Islanders on Sunday. To put things into perspective, the six points he has over this recent two-game stretch equals the amount he collected on a 25-game stretch between Oct. 19 and Dec. 14. With that in mind, it's not surprising to see that his season-long numbers look low. He's notched just seven goals and 19 points in 32 games while posting a career-worst minus-10 rating.

Jordan Kyrou C | STL
Blues' Jordan Kyrou: Nets goal vs. New Jersey
Kyrou scared a goal in Tuesday's 4-1 loss to the Devils.
Kyrou accounted for all the offense the Blues could muster in Tuesday's defeat. The goal extended his impressive stretch of form, as Kyrou has scored in five consecutive games while riding a six-game point streak. Furthermore, the 26-year-old winger has recorded points in 12 of his last 15 contests dating back to mid-November.

Marco Kasper C | DET
Red Wings' Marco Kasper: Set to play Wednesday
Kasper (illness) will be back in the lineup versus the Flyers on Wednesday, Carley Johnston of the Red Wings' official site reports.
Kasper returns following a one-game absence due to his illness. Prior to being sidelined, the 20-year-old center was stuck in a five-game pointless streak in addition to an 11-game goal drought. Since Kasper will be back in action, Jonatan Berggren figures to serve as a healthy scratch Wednesday.

Steven Stamkos C | NSH
Predators' Steven Stamkos: Sparks offense in win
Stamkos collected two assists in Tuesday's 2-0 win over the Rangers.
He set up tallies by Jonathan Marchessault in the first period and Adam Wilsby in the third, and Stamkos extended his current point streak to a modest four games in the process. The 34-year-old center has struggled overall in his first season away from Tampa Bay, but he may be getting more comfortable in Nashville -- over the last 14 contests, Stamkos has produced four goals and 10 points with 27 shots on net, 13 blocked shots, 12 hits and a plus-minus rating of zero.

Jack Hughes C | NJ
Devils' Jack Hughes: Two assists in win Tuesday
Hughes delivered two assists, including one on the power play, in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Blues.
Hughes extended his point streak to three games, and he's been playing at a high level since the calendar flipped to December. He has four multi-point efforts in seven games this month, tallying four goals, seven assists, 26 shots on goal and a plus-5 rating. The 23-year-old playmaker continues to average more than one point per game and is up to 41 points (13 goals, 28 assists) across 34 contests. He seems to be on pace to reach the 70-point plateau for the third straight campaign.

Macklin Celebrini C | SJ
Sharks' Macklin Celebrini: One of each Tuesday
Celebrini scored a power-play goal on six shots and added an assist in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Jets.
Celebrini is hot with three goals and four assists during his current four-game point streak. While the Sharks have lost three of those games, it's great to see the 18-year-old already displaying ample skill and confidence. He's up to 11 goals, 11 helpers, 75 shots on net and a minus-4 rating through 22 appearances. He is tied for the rookie goals lead with Philadelphia's Matvei Michkov, who has played in seven additional contests.

Mason Appleton C | DET
Jets' Mason Appleton: Lends helper in win
Appleton registered an assist in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Sharks.
Appleton helped out on Adam Lowry's game-winning goal late in the third period. With four points over his last six games, Appleton is chipping in offense again from his usual third-line role. The 28-year-old forward is up to 15 points, 52 shots on net, 33 hits and a plus-8 rating over 33 appearances. That level of production makes him a fringe option in fantasy, and he typically won't be a player to pick up in standard formats outside of his hot stretches.

Cole Perfetti C | WPG
Jets' Cole Perfetti: Nabs power-play assist
Perfetti recorded a power-play assist and three shots on goal in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Sharks.
Perfetti has picked up a helper in three of the last four contests, but he hasn't scored over nine games in December. The 22-year-old set up a Mark Scheifele tally in Tuesday's win. Perfetti is up to 20 points (eight on the power play), 61 shots on net, 21 hits and a plus-12 rating through 33 outings this season. He continues to fill a second-line role.

Gabriel Vilardi C | WPG
Jets' Gabriel Vilardi: Distributes three assists
Vilardi provided three assists, including two on the power play, and four shots on goal in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Sharks.
Vilardi has multiple points in four of his last seven games, racking up four goals and six assists in that span. He's earned four power-play points over the last two contests as the Jets continue to take advantage of easier matchups. Vilardi is up to 13 goals, 14 helpers, 12 power-play points, 63 shots on net and a plus-1 rating over 33 appearances this season.
