Leon Draisaitl C | EDM
Oilers' Leon Draisaitl: Three more points Saturday
Draisaitl recorded one goal and two assists, including one on the power play, in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Golden Knights.
Draisaitl has been one of the hottest players in the league over the last few weeks and has seven multi-point efforts over his last nine contests. He has five straight multi-point games in that span dating back to Dec. 5, recording five goals and eight helpers in that stretch. The 29-year-old star is averaging 1.5 points per game in 2024-25, with 45 points (22 goals, 23 assists) in 30 games. He's tied for fourth in the league in total points with Kirill Kaprizov, trailing only Connor McDavid (50), Nikita Kucherov (46) and Mikko Rantanen (46).

Brett Howden C | LV
Golden Knights' Brett Howden: Scores shortie Saturday
Howden scored a shorthanded goal in Saturday's 6-3 loss to Edmonton.
Howden took advantage of a mistake from Stuart Skinner, who tripped and fell while playing the puck behind his goal when the Oilers had the man advantage, to score for the first time since the forward's two-goal performance in a 4-3 win over the Jets on Nov. 29. Howden has 11 goals and one assist across 30 appearances this season.

Blake Lizotte C | PIT
Penguins' Blake Lizotte: Extends productive stretch
Lizotte scored a goal in Saturday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Senators.
Lizotte might play in the fourth line, but there's no question the 27-year-old is going through his most productive stretch of the season. He's cracked the scoresheet in six of his last seven outings, racking up four goals and four assists in that span. Lizotte has almost no chance of sustaining this production unless he moves up the lineup, but the 27-year-old is finding ways to make his presence felt more often than not.

Christian Dvorak C | PHI
Canadiens' Christian Dvorak: Posts assist in loss
Dvorak notched an assist, four shots on goal and two PIM in Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Jets.
Dvorak ended an eight-game point drought when he set up Josh Anderson's third-period tally. The 28-year-old Dvorak has nine points through 30 games in 2024-25, matching his point total from the same number of appearances in an injury-riddled 2023-24. He's done it with two goals, seven assists, 40 shots on net, 32 blocked shots and a minus-9 rating. Dvorak is more of a defensive forward, and he is unlikely to see much more ice time than his usual third-line role provides.

Joseph Veleno C | MON
Red Wings' Joe Veleno: Breaks slump with assist
Veleno logged an assist and two hits in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Maple Leafs.
Veleno saw a season-low 6:45 of ice time. Despite that red flag, he got on the scoresheet for the first time since his goal in Chicago on Nov. 6. The 24-year-old was an occasional scratch during his 13-game point drought. He has just three points to go with 20 shots on net, 39 hits, 18 blocked shots, nine PIM and a minus-5 rating over 26 appearances in a fourth-line role.

Barclay Goodrow C | SJ
Sharks' Barclay Goodrow: Draws helper in 600th career game
Goodrow logged an assist in Saturday's 4-3 loss to Utah.
This was Goodrow's first point in three games since he returned from an upper-body injury that cost him five contests. The 31-year-old forward has mostly played in a middle-six role this season, offering a steady veteran presence for the team's many young forwards. Goodrow has three points, 32 shots on net, 52 hits, 23 PIM, 21 blocked shots and a minus-14 rating over 28 appearances. Saturday marked his 600th career game.

Macklin Celebrini C | SJ
Sharks' Macklin Celebrini: Plucks apple in Saturday's loss
Celebrini registered a power-play assist, two shots on goal and two blocked shots in Saturday's 4-3 loss to Utah.
Celebrini has collected five points over his last three games. The 18-year-old rookie took a few knocks in what ended up being a physical contest, but he finished with 19:38 of ice time Saturday and doesn't appear to be at risk of missing time. The top prospect has 10 goals, 10 helpers, 69 shots on net and a minus-4 rating through 21 appearances this season.

Alex Wennberg C | SJ
Sharks' Alexander Wennberg: Tallies in loss
Wennberg scored a goal on three shots in Saturday's 4-3 loss to Utah.
Wennberg has two goals over six games in December. He continues to find twine at an impressive rate this year -- he's at eight goals through 33 contests, shooting 18.2 percent. Last year, he scored just 10 times over 79 regular-season outings between the Kraken and the Rangers. Wennberg has added eight assists, 44 shots on net, 35 blocked shots and a minus-9 rating in 2024-25, production that makes him a viable option in deeper fantasy formats since he's also seeing power-play time.
-
Mikael Granlund C | ANA
Sharks' Mikael Granlund: Puts away goal in loss
Granlund scored a goal on three shots and added two PIM in Saturday's 4-3 loss to Utah.
Granlund snapped a six-game goal drought with the tally, though he had five assists in between goals. The 32-year-old center has moved around the lineup on paper, but he's been about as much of a lock as there is for top-six minutes and significant time in all situations. Granlund is up to 11 goals, 32 points, 87 shots on net, 25 hits, 21 blocked shots and a minus-1 rating through 31 appearances this season. Few Sharks have widespread fantasy appeal, but Granlund is one who does.

Kevin Stenlund C | UTA
Hockey Club's Kevin Stenlund: Extends streak with assist
Stenlund notched an assist and two shots on goal in Saturday's 4-3 win over the Sharks.
Stenlund is on a five-game point streak, though this was his first assist in that span. He had scored once in each of the previous four contests. The 28-year-old fourth-liner has had few runs of success this long in his career, but he's rolling right now, which has helped him maintain steady minutes for Utah. Overall, he has nine points, 42 shots on net, 22 hits, 20 blocked shots and a minus-5 rating through 30 appearances in his first year with the club.
