Avalanche's Ross Colton: Out Thursday
Colton (upper body) isn't expected to play Thursday versus Seattle, per Corey Masisak of The Denver Post.
Colton suffered the injury during Tuesday's game against Edmonton. He has eight goals and 23 points in 60 appearances in 2025-26. The Avalanche are expected to dress 11 forwards and seven defensemen Thursday, which should result in Nick Blankenburg drawing back into the lineup.

Bobby McMann C | SEA
Kraken's Bobby McMann: Still unavailable
McMann (not injury related) isn't expected to be available to play Thursday versus Colorado, per 93.3 KJR.
McMann was acquired by Seattle from Toronto on Friday, but it's taking him longer than expected to go through the visa process. Head coach Lane Lambert described the situation as "extremely disappointing." McMann had 19 goals and 32 points in 60 outings with the Maple Leafs before the trade.

Robert Thomas C | STL
Blues' Robert Thomas: Slated to play Thursday
Thomas (upper body) is slated to play in Thursday's game against the Hurricanes.
Thomas suffered an upper-body injury during Tuesday's game against the Islanders, but the issue is believed to be minor, and the 26-year-old should be able to suit up after skating on the first line during Thursday's morning skate. Thomas has been dominant over five appearances in March, racking up four goals, five assists, eight blocked shots, two PIM and a plus-10 rating while averaging 17:50 of ice time.

Dylan Larkin C | DET
Red Wings' Dylan Larkin: Will miss at least two weeks
Larkin (leg) was ruled out for two weeks, when he will then be reassessed, per Jonathan Mills.
Following Thursday's morning skate, head coach Todd McLellan stated that both Larkin and Andrew Copp would be reevaluated in two weeks for their respective injuries. Larkin has missed each of Detroit's last two contests with a leg injury he picked up near the end of the team's contest against the Panthers on Friday. Overall, the 29-year-old center has 28 goals, 27 assists, 190 shots on net, 34 hits and 31 blocked shots across 63 games this season. If the Red Wings' captain is ready to return in two weeks, he should have roughly 10 games to help the team secure a spot in the postseason amidst the competitive Atlantic Division.

Red Wings' Andrew Copp: Out two weeks
Head coach Todd McLellan said Thursday that Copp (leg) will miss at least the next two weeks, Jonathan Mills of DetroitRedWings.com reports.
Copp will be reevaluated in two weeks. He was injured Tuesday in Florida. Copp has eight goals and 29 assists over 65 games this season. The Red Wings recalled John Leonard on Wednesday and he is expected to draw into the lineup in place of Copp.

Predators' Massimo Rizzo: Headed to Music City
Rizzo and Dalton Bancroft were traded to Nashville from Boston on Thursday in exchange for Navrin Mutter, per Scott McLaughlin of WEEI.
Just under a week after Rizzo returned to Boston's organization, the Bruins dealt him to the Predators' organization Thursday. The 24-year-old forward has spent most of his time in the ECHL this season, but he could either join ECHL Atlanta or AHL Milwaukee, depending on necessity.

Panthers' Carter Verhaeghe: Shelved for Thursday's game
Verhaeghe (undisclosed) will miss Thursday's home matchup against the Blue Jackets, per Jameson Olive of the Panthers' official site.
Verhaeghe is in line to miss just his second game of the season and first since the Olympic break. Overall, the 30-year-old winger has 19 goals, 46 points, 150 shots on net and 56 hits across 63 games this season. In his absence, Vinnie Hinostroza is a candidate to play as a winger in Thursday's contest. Verhaeghe's next shot to play is in Sunday's road clash against the Kraken.

Lundell (undisclosed) will miss Thursday's home matchup against the Blue Jackets, per Jameson Olive of the Panthers' official site.
Lundell is set to miss his first game since the Olympic break for an undisclosed reason. Overall, he has 17 goals, 43 points, 134 shots on net, 74 hits and 35 blocked shots across 61 games this season. In his absence, Cole Reinhardt will dress for Thursday's contest and likely occupy one of the four center spots. Lundell's next chance to return is Sunday's road matchup in Seattle.
