  • Ben Meyers C | SEA

Kraken's Ben Meyers: Nets GWG Monday

Meyers scored a goal and fired two shots on net in Monday's 2-1 win over the Hurricanes.

Meyers deposited the go-ahead tally midway through the second period to give Seattle a 2-0 lead. With the game-winning twine finder, he is up to six goals, 12 points, 46 shots on net and 39 hits across 35 games this season. His second season in Seattle's organization has led to the best results of his NHL tenure, as he has already achieved a career high in all major stat categories apart from blocked shots. While stronger options are likely available in fantasy, he has seven points in 16 games since the calendar turned to 2026, and a string of solid performances could lead to him holding good streaming value in deep leagues.

  • Penguins' Blake Lizotte: Won't play Tuesday

Lizotte is dealing with a lower-body injury that will sideline him against the Bruins on Tuesday, Penguins play-by-play announcer Josh Getzoff reports.

Lizotte has been rolling offensively of late, racking up one goal and five helpers in his last seven outings. With the fourth-line center on the shelf, Hayes will step into the lineup for just the second time in the Penguins' last 16 contests. In his 24 appearances this year, the veteran has managed a mere three goals and two assists and figures to remain a fringe roster player when the Penguins are fully healthy.

  • Blue Jackets' Charlie Coyle: Two helpers Monday

Coyle notched two assists, one on the power play, in Monday's 5-4 overtime win over the Rangers.

The veteran center had a hand in tallies by Kirill Marchenko in the first period and Mathieu Olivier in the second. Coyle has been on fire since late January, and the Olympic break did nothing to cool him down -- over the last nine games, he's produced five multi-point performances and piled up five goals and 15 points in total.

  • Lightning's Dominic James: Shifts to injured reserve

James (leg) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, Erik Erlendsson of LightningInsider.com reports.

The move to put James on IR freed up a roster spot for the Bolts to add Conor Geekie in a corresponding move. Already ruled out for the next two games, the 23-year-old James should probably be expected to miss the entire four-game road trip now that he is on injured reserve.

  • Lightning's Conor Geekie: Promoted from minors

Geekie was elevated from AHL Syracuse on Tuesday, Erik Erlendsson of LightningInsider.com reports.

Geekie will likely serve as an emergency depth option, as the Bolts have been utilizing seven blueliners of late, and seem likely to continue to do so Tuesday. Still, if the forward does get into the lineup, it will likely be in a bottom-six role, making him a mid-range fantasy target at best.

  • Marco Kasper C | DET

Red Wings' Marco Kasper: Two-point effort in win

Kasper pocketed two assists, one shorthanded, in Monday's 4-2 win over the Predators.

The 21-year-old center helped set up an Emmitt Finnie tally early in the first period, as well as Albert Johansson's game-winner late in the second. Kasper is longer skating in a top-six role, but he's still finding ways to be productive. Over the last 13 games, he's managed three goals and nine points.

  • Red Wings' Mason Appleton: Two helpers in Monday's win

Appleton collected two assists, one shorthanded, in Monday's 4-2 win over the Predators.

The veteran winger had a hand in an Emmitt Finnie tally early in the first period, and Albert Johansson's game-winner late in the second. Appleton snapped a 19-game point drought with the performance, and offensive opportunities have been tough to come by in a bottom-six role. On the season, Appleton has five goals and 13 points in 51 contests.

  • Martin Necas C | COL

Avalanche's Martin Necas: Three points in win Monday

Necas recorded a power-play goal and two even-strength assists in Monday's 4-2 win over the Kings.

Necas closed out the scoring for the Avs with an empty-netter on the power play with two seconds left in the contest. Prior to that, though, he assisted twice in the first period in goals scored by Nathan MacKinnon and Gabriel Landeskog. Necas has recorded four straight multi-point performances after the break, tallying four goals and five assists over that span, and he should continue to have plenty of scoring chances as a member of the top line.

  • Golden Knights' Raphael Lavoie: Called up from minors

Lavoie was recalled from AHL Henderson on Tuesday.

Lavoie could be pressed into service against the Sabres on Tuesday with both Mark Stone (upper body) and Mitch Marner (illness) questionable to play. While the 25-year-old Lavoie has yet to get into an NHL game this year, he's been lighting it up in the minors to the tune of 12 goals and 13 helpers in 24 contests.

  • Avalanche's Nathan MacKinnon: Two points once again

MacKinnon recorded a goal and an assist in Monday's 4-2 win over the Kings.

MacKinnon scored a goal for the first time since the league resumed following the Olympic break when he broke the deadlock at the 4:27 mark of the first period. The star playmaker later added an assist in the third-period goal scored by Devon Toews. MacKinnon has five multi-point performances in his last six outings, tallying 11 points (three goals, eight assists) in that span.
