Blake Coleman C | CGY
Flames' Blake Coleman: Lands on injured reserve
Coleman (upper body) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday.
Coleman's designation for IR, assuming it was retroactive to his last game, will mean he is out of action for the Flames' next two contests, at a minimum. In his last seven outings, the veteran forward notched three goals on 21 shots to go with one assist and 20 hits.

Adam Henrique C | EDM
Oilers' Adam Henrique: Pivots to LTIR
Henrique was moved to long-term injured reserve Tuesday.
Henrique was shifted to LTIR in a corresponding move to Jake Walman (lower body) and Tristan Jarry (lower body) being activated by the Oilers ahead of Tuesday's game against Nashville. Henrique's move comes as no surprise, as the team had already reported that he would be out through the Olympic Break. With 10 points in 43 games this season, he'll look to get his campaign back on track once he returns to the lineup.

Seth Jarvis C | CAR
Hurricanes' Seth Jarvis: Nets shortie Monday
Jarvis scored a shorthanded goal on five shots and added two hits in Monday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Red Wings.
Jarvis has collected two goals and two assists over four games since he returned from a rib injury. The 23-year-old forward's tally was part of the Hurricanes' third-period rally to force overtime Monday. For the season, he has 21 goals, 33 points, 125 shots on net, 55 hits and a plus-2 rating over 38 appearances. Jarvis has earned three shorthanded goals and five power-play points to showcase his versatility once again.

Robert Thomas C | STL
Blues' Robert Thomas: Not expected to play Tuesday
Thomas (lower body) is slated to miss Tuesday's home contest against the Hurricanes.
According to the Blues, Thomas has been dealing with an injury that he recently aggravated, presumably in Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Golden Knights. The right-shot center didn't participate in Tuesday's morning skate and is considered day-to-day at this time. Brayden Schenn will skate between Otto Stenberg and Jimmy Snuggerud on the top line Tuesday, and Dalibor Dvorsky is set to center the second line as a result of Thomas' absence.

Leon Draisaitl C | EDM
Oilers' Leon Draisaitl: Deposits late goal in win
Draisaitl scored a goal in Monday's 4-1 win over the Blackhawks.
Draisaitl found the scoresheet late into Monday's contest with a twine finder just eight seconds after Evan Bouchard's empty-net score. Overall, the 30-year-old Draisaitl now has 24 goals, 64 points and 129 shots on net across 46 games this season. Since Dec. 4, he ranks fourth in the league in points with 33 points across 19 games. He has played a large role in Connor McDavid's 19-game point streak with impressive numbers of his own. Draisaitl should continue to push towards his fifth consecutive season north of 100 points by the end of the regular season.

Martin Pospisil C | CGY
Flames' Martin Pospisil: Sent to AHL for conditioning
Pospisil (undisclosed) was placed on long-term injured reserve and assigned to AHL Calgary on Tuesday for an LTI conditioning loan.
Pospisil hasn't played yet in the 2025-26 campaign due to an injury he sustained during the preseason. He had four goals, 25 points, 114 shots on net, 301 hits and 84 PIM in 81 appearances during the 2024-25 regular season.

Dawson Mercer C | NJ
Devils' Dawson Mercer: Two-point effort in win
Mercer produced a goal and an assist in Monday's 5-2 win over the Wild.
The 24-year-old opened the scoring midway through the first period, wiring a shot past Jesper Wallstedt on a feed from behind the net by Nico Hischier. Mercer then helped set up Ondrej Palat for New Jersey's final tally in the third. It was Mercer's first multi-point performance since Nov. 29, while the goal was only his second in 21 games since then. On the season, he's managed 12 goals and 28 points in 46 contests.

Nick Bjugstad C | NJ
Blues' Nick Bjugstad: Activated off IR
Bjugstad (upper body) was taken off injured reserve and will face the Hurricanes on Tuesday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.
Bjugstad will return to the lineup following a 15-game stint on the shelf due to his upper-body issue. Before getting hurt, the veteran forward was struggling to produce offensively, going 10 games without producing a point while only adding 13 shots. Even with his injury woes behind him, Bjugstad's lack of production could see him serving as a healthy scratch periodically.

Connor McDavid C | EDM
Oilers' Connor McDavid: Tallies 50th assist of season
McDavid recorded two assists in Monday's 4-1 win over Chicago.
McDavid grew his career-best point streak to 19 games in Monday's contest with a pair of helpers on the team's first two goals. The latter of the two apples was his 50th of the season, securing his 10th straight regular season with at least 50 helpers. Overall, the 29-year-old superstar has 80 points and 173 shots on net through 46 games this season. McDavid is well above the necessary pace for 100 points this season and, barring injury, could flirt with a total near his career-high of 153 points that he posted in 82 regular-season games during the 2022-23 campaign. He'll have a shot to extend his point streak to 20 games in Tuesday's road contest against the Predators.

Ivan Ivan C | COL
Avalanche's Ivan Ivan: Reassigned to minors
Ivan was sent back to AHL Colorado on Tuesday.
Ivan will return to the AHL after a pair of quiet games where he averaged less than 7:30 of ice time for the Avalanche. Through 30 games with the Colorado Eagles this season, he has two goals, six assists and 60 shots on net. He will likely suit up for the Eagles' games Tuesday and Wednesday before having a chance to return to the Avalanche ahead of Friday's contest due to the numerous injuries among the team's forward group.
