  • Mammoth's Barrett Hayton: Fills empty cage in win

Hayton scored an empty-net goal on two shots and added two PIM in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Panthers.

Hayton's empty-netter with 56 seconds left ended up being valuable insurance, as Carter Verhaeghe scored for the Panthers after that. As a result, Hayton got his first game-winning tally this season after seven of his 20 goals last year secured victories for Utah. Hayton has five points over his past seven outings, but he's at just seven goals, 17 points, 86 shots, 36 PIM and a plus-4 rating through 48 appearances in 2025-26.

  • Kraken's Matty Beniers: Keeps up surge with two points

Beniers scored a goal on three shots, added an assist, served four PIM and went plus-3 in Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Capitals.

Beniers has racked up four goals and three assists over his last six outings. The 23-year-old is in a groove on a line with Jordan Eberle and Jared McCann -- the trio combined for four goals and eight points in this contest. Beniers is up to 13 goals, 36 points, 99 shots on net, 44 blocked shots, 16 PIM and a minus-1 rating through 52 appearances this season, and he should continue to see top-line minutes.

  • Jared McCann C | SEA

Kraken's Jared McCann: Two of each in win

McCann scored twice on four shots, added two assists and went plus-3 in Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Capitals.

The Kraken had a rare game where one line dominated, and McCann led the charge. He had Seattle's first two goals, including the power-play opener 1:15 into the second period, and he set up linemates Jordan Eberle and Matty Beniers later in the contest. The team's busy January has allowed McCann to get into a rhythm, racking up eight goals and nine assists over 15 appearances this month. The 29-year-old forward is up to 14 goals, 26 points (10 on the power play), 69 shots and a plus-2 rating over 28 contests this season.

  • Canucks' Elias Pettersson: Dishes pair of assists

Pettersson logged two assists, two hits and three blocked shots in Tuesday's 5-2 loss to the Sharks.

Pettersson has picked up four helpers over his last three games. The center is up to 33 points (11 on the power play), 86 shots on net, 75 blocked shots, 42 hits and a minus-15 rating over 45 appearances. He's had a decent season on a bad team, and his 75 blocks rank best among all NHL forwards, so he can still help in category coverage even if his offense is shaky.

  • Sharks' Adam Gaudette: Tallies early in win

Gaudette scored a goal on two shots in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Canucks.

Gaudette snapped a five-game skid with his first-period tally. That goal put the Sharks ahead 2-1 and was the middle of three scores in a span of 4:04 early in the contest. Gaudette is up to 11 goals, 18 points, 62 shots on net, 40 hits and a minus-10 rating through 41 appearances this season. He's likely to be a regular in the bottom six, and he could occasionally see time with the second power-play unit, though he hasn't been in the mix lately.

  • Will Smith C | SJ

Sharks' Will Smith: Three-point effort in win

Smith scored a power-play goal, dished two assists and added two PIM in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Canucks.

One of Smith's helpers also came on the power play. The 20-year-old continues to roll after an upper-body injury, earning three goals and four helpers over five contests since his return to action. For the season, he's at 15 goals, 21 helpers, 11 power-play points, 89 shots on net and a plus-5 rating through 38 appearances. He needs 10 more points to surpass his total from 74 outings as a rookie last year.

  • Sharks' Macklin Celebrini: Torches hometown team

Celebrini scored a goal on four shots, added three assists, went plus-2 and logged two PIM in Tuesday's 5-2 win over the Canucks.

Celebrini earned two of his assists over the power play. The North Vancouver native has earned six points over two homecoming games this season. For the season, the 19-year-old superstar is now at 27 goals, 51 assists, 24 power-play points, 177 shots on net and a plus-14 rating through 51 appearances. There's been hardly any slowing down for Celebrini, who now has 16 points across 11 outings in January.

  • Blackhawks' Jason Dickinson: Posts helper Tuesday

Dickinson notched an assist and two hits in Tuesday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Wild.

Dickinson earned his first point in three games since he missed a contest due to an illness. The 30-year-old center has been in a middle-six role lately, offering a little offense while also filling a shutdown role. He's now at 11 points, 50 shots on net, 44 hits, 28 blocked shots and a minus-6 rating through 39 appearances this season.

  • Ryan Donato C | CHI

Blackhawks' Ryan Donato: Nets goal Tuesday

Donato scored a goal in Tuesday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Wild.

Donato snapped an 11-game goal drought with the tally. He's picked up three points over his last five outings, but he's in a fourth-line role currently, which doesn't bode well for sustained offense. Donato has struggled this season with 11 goals, 21 points, 82 shots on net, 59 hits, 34 PIM and a minus-12 rating over 53 appearances while moving all around the lineup.

  • Blackhawks' Teuvo Teravainen: Scores goal in return

Teravainen scored a goal on two shots in Tuesday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Wild.

This was Teravainen's return from a six-game absence due to an upper-body injury, and he saw 21:19 of ice time. He scored the Blackhawks' opening goal just 1:19 into the game. The 31-year-old winger could heat up if he maintains a spot on the top line. He's produced 10 goals, 22 points, 56 shots on net, 27 blocked shots and a minus-13 rating over 46 appearances this season.
