  • Mammoth's Cameron Hebig: Hat trick, assist for Tucson

    Hebig scored three goals and added an assist in AHL Tucson's 5-4 win over Henderson on Saturday.

    This was Hebig's second multi-point effort in the last five games. The forward has 25 goals and a career-high 54 points over 68 appearances for the Roadrunners this season. It's been a great year for the eight-year AHL veteran, who continues to provide experience for Tucson.

  • Penguins' Evgeni Malkin: One of each in loss

    Malkin scored a goal, dished a power-play assist and added two hits in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Flyers in Game 1.

    Malkin was rested a couple of times down the stretch, but he earned eight points over five outings in April to close out the regular season. The 39-year-old brings a wealth of experience as a part of three Stanley Cup-winning teams. In his postseason career, he has earned 68 goals and 114 assists over 178 appearances. The veteran forward proved he can still be productive during the 2025-26 regular season, compiling 61 points in 56 contests.

  • Rory Kerins C | CGY

    Flames' Rory Kerins: Garners three assists

    Kerins recorded three assists in AHL Calgary's 7-5 win over Colorado on Saturday.

    Kerins went scoreless over four NHL outings this season, including two right at the end of the Flames' campaign. He's been excellent in the AHL, ending the season with 22 goals, 57 points and 118 shots on net over 56 appearances. Kerins will likely get a long look in training camp ahead of the 2026-27 season.

  • Avalanche's Gavin Brindley: Puts up trio of points

    Brindley scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Colorado's 7-5 loss to Calgary on Saturday.

    Brindley has earned six points over nine outings in the AHL since he lost his NHL spot March 26. The 21-year-old had 13 points over 56 regular-season contests for the Avalanche prior to the demotion. Brindley is in position to compete for a full-time NHL job in 2026-27, though he'll need to play at a high level to earn it on a perennial contender.

  • Parker Ford C | WPG

    Jets' Parker Ford: Racks up three points Saturday

    Ford scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Manitoba's 6-1 win over Iowa on Saturday.

    Ford has five points over his last five outings. The forward is up to eight goals, 26 points, 95 shots on net and a plus-5 rating over 52 appearances for the Moose. He also saw 15 games for the Jets, but he was limited to one assist, 10 shots on net and 27 hits in those contests.

  • Tristan Broz C | PIT

    Penguins' Tristan Broz: Puts up three points

    Broz scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton's 8-0 win over Rochester on Saturday.

    Broz was in just his second game after missing over six weeks due to injury. He's earned five points since his return. Overall, he has a career-high 39 points over 47 appearances, surpassing his 37-point output from 59 games in the 2024-25 regular season.

  • Rangers' Brendan Brisson: Pots pair for Hartford

    Brisson scored twice in AHL Hartford's 4-3 loss to Springfield on Saturday.

    This was Brisson's first multi-point effort since March 17. He has 19 goals, 37 points and a minus-32 rating over 66 appearances this season. Brisson hasn't been able to get back to his peak levels from a couple of years ago. He'll be a restricted free agent this summer if he gets a qualifying offer.

  • Hurricanes' Logan Stankoven: Rising to occasion on big stage

    Stankoven delivered a goal and assist in a 2-0 win over Ottawa in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference First Round on Saturday.

    Stankoven's goal opened the scoring and stood as the winner; it came at 2:11 of the second period. He has a reputation for rising to the occasion on big stages, including for Team Canada at the World Juniors in 2022 and 2023, and in the WHL playoffs in the same years. Stankoven could surprise this postseason after establishing new regular-season career marks in goals (21), assists (23), power-play goals (four), power-play points (nine) and shots (166).

  • Ducks' Roger McQueen: Inks entry-level deal

    McQueen signed a three-year, entry-level contract with the Ducks on Saturday.

    McQueen's contract will begin in 2026-27. In the meantime, he's been playing for Anaheim's AHL affiliate, San Diego, on an amateur tryout agreement that he inked April 1. McQueen had 11 goals, 27 points and 45 PIM across 36 appearances with Providence College in 2025-26. He's also collected a goal and three points in six regular-season outings with San Diego.

  • Jets' Brayden Yager: Returned to AHL

    Yager was assigned to AHL Manitoba on Saturday.

    Yager made his NHL debut against Vegas on Monday. He didn't earn a point in three appearances with the Jets down the stretch, but he provided two shots on goal. Yager has 10 goals and 20 assists in 68 AHL contests this campaign.
