Max Sasson C | VAN
Canucks' Max Sasson: Pots goal in loss
Sasson scored a goal on two shots and blocked two shots in Monday's 5-2 loss to the Flyers.
Sasson has scored in consecutive contests and in three of his last six games. The 25-year-old is holding onto a bottom-six role for the Canucks, who are still missing multiple centers, though Sasson could move to the wing when the team is healthier. He's produced a decent eight goals, two assists, 34 shots on net, 22 blocked shots and 16 hits over 33 appearances this season.

Christian Dvorak C | PHI
Flyers' Christian Dvorak: Scores after one-game absence
Dvorak scored a goal and added two PIM in Monday's 5-2 win over the Canucks.
The Flyers spread the ice time around in this one, with Dvorak seeing 16:00 from the top line. The center was coming back from a one-game absence due to a lower-body issue. He's now at eight goals, 24 points, 60 shots on net, 21 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating over 34 appearances. Dvorak is on pace to top the 40-point mark for the first time in his career, and with a fairly reasonable 13.3 shooting percentage so far, regression shouldn't be too significant if it happens at all.

Zemgus Girgensons C | TB
Lightning's Zemgus Girgensons: Nabs helper in win
Girgensons logged an assist, two hits, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Monday's 4-1 win over the Blues.
Girgensons snapped a 12-game point drought when he helped out on Pontus Holmberg's goal 21 seconds into the game. With the helper, Girgensons is at seven points in 29 outings this season, surpassing the six-point regular season he had in 2024-25. This year, he's added 41 shots on net, 84 hits, 20 blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating as a regular in the Lightning's bottom six.

Mikael Granlund C | ANA
Ducks' Mikael Granlund: Extends scoring streak
Granlund scored a goal in Monday's 3-1 loss to the Kraken.
Granlund accounted for all the offense the Ducks were able to muster Monday, but that goal extended the veteran's scoring streak to four contests. He had scored just three goals in his previous 15 appearances, so he's clearly going through his most prolific stretch. Even more importantly, it seems his injury issues are a thing of the past now. Granlund missed all but one of the Ducks' 19 games between Oct. 28 and Dec. 3 due to a lower-body injury.

Anthony Cirelli C | TB
Lightning's Anthony Cirelli: Nets 10th goal of season
Cirelli scored a goal on two shots and went plus-2 in Monday's 4-1 win over the Blues.
Cirelli's second-period tally answered the Blues' lone goal from Justin Faulk. The goal ended a nearly month-long slump for Cirelli, who was limited to three assists over 13 contests between tallies. The center is up to 10 goals, 20 points, 59 shots on net, 20 hits, 19 blocked shots and a plus-19 rating over 32 appearances this season.

Rangers' Matt Rempe: Set to play
Rempe (illness) is expected to play against Washington on Tuesday, according to Mollie Walker of the New York Post.
Rempe sat out Sunday's 2-1 loss to Nashville, but he participated in Tuesday's morning skate and said he's feeling much better. He has compiled one goal, 10 shots on net, 44 hits and seven PIM across 13 appearances this season.

Danault (illness) will play against Boston on Tuesday, according to Patrick Friolet of RDS.
Danault skated with the team for the first time at Tuesday's morning skate since being acquired from the Kings on Friday. Based on the session, he will occupy a third-line role against the Bruins. Danault has five assists, 42 shots on goal, 11 blocked shots and 22 hits in 30 games this season.

Rodrigo Abols C | PHI
Flyers' Rodrigo Abols: Two helpers in Monday's win
Abols pocketed two assists in Monday's 5-2 win over the Canucks.
The Flyers' new fourth line of Abols, Nikita Grebenkin and Carl Grundstrom made a surprising impact, combining for the team's first two goals of the night and five points between them. Abols has just five points on the season in 30 games, but four of them (one goal and three helpers) have come in the last six contests.

Luca Del Bel Belluz C | CLB
Blue Jackets' Luca Del Bel Belluz: Returned to minors
Del Bel Belluz was reassigned to AHL Cleveland on Tuesday.
Del Bel Belluz was promoted under emergency conditions, but with the Jackets off until Sunday's clash with the Islanders, the forward wasn't needed on the NHL roster anymore. Despite the demotion, the 22-year-old Ontario native could be brought back up prior to the clash with New York and fill out a bottom-six role for the club.

Jake Guentzel C | TB
Lightning's Jake Guentzel: Two PP helpers Monday
