Scheifele saw a four-game point streak end Sunday in Minnesota, but he bounced back with a goal to give the Jets a chance at a comeback Wednesday. The center has three goals and five helpers over his last six contests as he continues to play well in a top-line role. McMichael scored a goal on six shots in Wednesday's 4-3 win over the Jets.

McMichael's unassisted tally at 5:25 of the third period stood as the game-winner. He has two goals and six assists over his last seven contests, a stretch that has helped to get his season back on track after a slow start. The 24-year-old forward is up to three goals, 12 points, 52 shots on net and a plus-2 rating over 24 appearances.

Heinen logged one assist in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Sabres.

Heinen's helper was his first point at the NHL level this season. Due to the numerous injuries the Penguins are dealing with, the 30-year-old has gotten a chance to fill a bottom-six role. In addition to the assist, he has nine shots on net, seven hits, seven blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating over seven outings.

Dewar scored an empty-net goal and added three hits in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Sabres.

Dewar has seen an uptick in ice time lately, and he's been on the top line at even strength over the last four games. The 26-year-old has typically been a bottom-six option throughout his career, so a gig alongside Sidney Crosby is uncharted territory for Dewar. He's earned a larger look this season, picking up five goals, three assists, 39 shots on net, 46 hits and an even plus-minus rating in 22 appearances. He's worth a look as a streamer in deep fantasy formats as long as he's on the top line.

Rooney was called up from AHL Tucson on Thursday.

Rooney has yet to play an NHL game this season, as he was a healthy scratch on 14 occasions before his demotion to the minors Sunday. He had five goals and an assist in eight AHL games prior to his recall. The Mammoth placed Olli Maatta (upper body) on injured reserve in a corresponding move.

Couturier scored a goal in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Panthers.

Couturier ended a 17-game goal drought with an insurance marker just 21 seconds after Tyson Foerster's goal in the last minute of the third period. The 32-year-old Couturier has seen his role shrink in recent weeks, but he's still a key part of the Flyers' forward group. He's at three goals, 14 points, 30 shots on net, 18 hits, 13 blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating in 21 outings.

Jarvis notched an assist, three shots on goal, four hits and a minus-2 rating in Wednesday's 4-2 loss to the Rangers.

Jarvis has scored twice over the last three contests after breaking a five-game goal drought. The 23-year-old brought the Hurricanes within a goal of tying the game midway through the third period, though the comeback push fell short. Jarvis is up to 12 goals, 19 points, 70 shots on net, 24 hits and a plus-1 rating across 23 appearances as a top-six regular this season.

Miller logged an assist, two hits and two PIM in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Hurricanes.

Miller missed the previous two games due to an upper-body injury, but he logged 18:00 of ice time in his return. He's posted four points over his last three outings. For the season, the 32-year-old forward has six goals, seven helpers, 51 shots on net, 56 hits and a minus-6 rating through 23 appearances in a top-six role.

Laba scored a goal, added two PIM and logged two hits in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Hurricanes.

Laba ended his seven-game point drought with the opening goal in this contest. The 22-year-old rookie is filling a third-line role this season, so there will be some quiet stretches on offense for him. He's produced four goals, three assists, 24 shots on net, 22 hits, 17 blocked shots, 12 PIM and a plus-4 rating through 25 appearances, which puts him on pace to exceed the 20-point mark over a full season.
