Mason McTavish C | ANA
Ducks' Mason McTavish: Provides two helpers in win
McTavish logged two assists, including one on the power play, in Wednesday's 4-3 win over the Bruins.
McTavish ended a four-game slump by setting up goals by Radko Gudas and Ryan Strome in the contest. It was also McTavish's first multi-point effort since Oct. 11 versus the Sharks. The 22-year-old center is up to three goals, 10 helpers, 30 shots on net, 21 hits, 28 PIM and a plus-1 rating across 20 appearances as the Ducks' main second-line center.

Jansen Harkins C | ANA
Ducks' Jansen Harkins: Pots goal in win
Harkins scored a goal, added two PIM, levied four hits and blocked four shots in Wednesday's 4-3 win over the Bruins.
Harkins ended a six-game slump with the tally at 2:29 of the first period, which opened the scoring. The 28-year-old has gotten an extended look on the fourth line while Mikael Granlund (lower body) and Ryan Poehling (upper body) are out. Harkins might be a part-time player once the Ducks are fully healthy. He's at two goals, six shots on net, 36 hits, seven blocks and a minus-1 rating through 10 appearances this season.

Ryan Strome C | CGY
Ducks' Ryan Strome: Strikes on power play
Strome scored a power-play goal on four shots in Wednesday's 4-3 win over the Bruins.
Strome has started his season well since he recovered from an upper-body injury. The 32-year-old has earned three points (one goal, two assists) over his first four contests, and he's added eight shots on net and a plus-1 rating. Strome should have an easy path to third-line minutes as long as both Mikael Granlund (lower body) and Ryan Poehling (upper body) are out of the lineup.

Nic Dowd C | LV
Capitals' Nic Dowd: Won't travel for Thursday's game
Dowd (upper body) won't travel to Montreal for Thursday's game and will be evaluated when the Capitals return home, Bailey Johnson of The Washington Post reports.
Dowd was a late scratch for Wednesday's contest and will miss at least one more before he's able to return. His ongoing absence should allow Sonny Milano to stay in the Capitals' lineup versus the Canadiens on Thursday. Beyond that, Dowd's status is uncertain until his injury is examined further.

Adam Lowry C | WPG
Jets' Adam Lowry: Inks five-year extension
Lowry signed a five-year, $25 million contract extension with the Jets on Wednesday.
Lowry will be 38 years old by the end of this extension. The veteran center has played all 12 seasons of his career with the Jets so far, and this deal could be enough to keep him with the team for the remainder of his time in the NHL. Lowry figures to remain a leader for the Jets during the deal. For fantasy purposes, he can chip in a little depth offense while adding steady physicality in a third-line role.

Nic Dowd C | LV
Capitals' Nic Dowd: Not expected to play Wednesday
Dowd (upper body) is not on the ice for warmups and is not expected to play Wednesday versus the Oilers, Sammi Silber of The Hockey News reports.
Dowd is reportedly banged up and will sit out the first half of a back-to-back at a minimum. It's a tough on-ice loss for the Capitals, as Dowd's defensive instincts will be missed against the Oilers' top players. Sonny Milano will draw into the lineup Wednesday, while Dowd will try to be ready for Thursday's game in Montreal.

Tanner Laczynski C | LV
Golden Knights' Tanner Laczynski: Returns to AHL
Laczynski was reassigned to AHL Henderson on Wednesday, per Danny Webster of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Laczytcnski was a healthy scratch in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Rangers after being recalled from the minors. He has four goals and 13 points in 13 outings with Henderson this year, but hasn't made his NHL season debut yet.

Lars Eller C | OTT
Senators' Lars Eller: Won't play versus Ducks
Eller (undisclosed) will be sidelined for Thursday's matchup with Anaheim, Bruce Garrioch of Postmedia reports.
Eller appears to be dealing with an injury, which prompted the recall of Stephen Halliday from AHL Belleville on Tuesday. Ottawa hasn't released a clear timeline for Eller's return. The veteran center hasn't earned a point in his last seven outings, during which he's managed a paltry four shots. With Eller on the shelf, Halliday looks poised to make his NHL debut against the Ducks.

Teddy Blueger C | VAN
Canucks' Teddy Blueger: Suffers setback in recovery
The Canucks announced Wednesday that Blueger (lower body) suffered a setback in his recovery and hopes to resume skating in the coming days, David Quadrelli of CanucksArmy.com reports.
The Canucks indicated Sunday that Blueger had resumed skating, but he'll require a few days to rest after experiencing his setback. Assuming he's able to resume skating in the coming days, it seems as though he'll still be in the mix to return to game action sometime in late November or early December.

Hunter Haight C | MIN
Wild's Hunter Haight: Called up by Minnesota
Haight was recalled from AHL Iowa on Wednesday.
Haight has made two appearances for Minnesota this year and was held without a point while posting two hits and averaging 9:22 of ice time. He'll provide additional depth for the Wild after Ryan Hartman (lower body) was placed on injured reserve Wednesday.
