  • Blue Jackets' Zach Aston-Reese: Unavailable Thursday

Aston-Reese will not play Thursday versus the Islanders due to an undisclosed injury, Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers reports.

Aston-Reese finishes the season with six goals, 11 assists and 179 hits across 79 contests in 2024-25. Jack Williams will take his place in the lineup.

  • Devils' Marc McLaughlin: Dropped to minors

McLaughlin was loaned to AHL Utica on Thursday.

McLaughlin played 14 NHL games this season, split between Boston and New Jersey. He had two goals, one assist and 28 hits, picking up his helper Tuesday against the Bruins.

  • Nick Suzuki C | MON

Canadiens' Nick Suzuki: Pots goal No. 30

Suzuki scored a goal and added an assist in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Hurricanes.

The 25-year-old center was involved in Montreal's first two goals of the night, with his own tally being his 30th of the season -- the second straight campaign Suzuki has reached that milestone. He wraps up an impressive regular season with a career-high 89 points and plus-19 rating, and he'll head into a first-round matchup against the Capitals with a full head of steam, having delivered six multi-point performances in the last 10 games while racking up eight goals and 15 points.

  • Ty Mueller C | VAN

Canucks' Ty Mueller: Back in Abbotsford

Mueller was returned to AHL Abbotsford on Thursday.

The 22-year-old made his NHL debut Saturday. He was unable to hit the scoresheet in two games with Vancouver, managing one shot on goal. Mueller had 12 goals and 26 assists in 62 AHL games before his recall.

  • Canucks' Linus Karlsson: Sent to AHL

Karlsson was assigned to AHL Abbotsford on Thursday.

Karlsson joined the Canucks over the final month of the regular season and recorded two goals, three assists, 19 hits, six blocked shots and six PIM while averaging 11:32 of ice time over 14 appearances during his late-season stint. However, Vancouver wrapped up its regular season Wednesday against the Golden Knights, so Karlsson will head back to the minors.

  • Max Sasson C | VAN

Canucks' Max Sasson: Sent to the minors

Sasson was reassigned to AHL Abbotsford on Thursday,

Sasson returned to the Vancouver lineup Wednesday after missing a pair of games with an undisclosed injury. He was pointless versus Vegas, and he ends his rookie campaign with three goals and four assists across 29 regular-season appearances in 2024-25.

  • Aatu Raty C | VAN

Canucks' Aatu Raty: Sent to AHL Abbotsford

Raty was loaned to AHL Abbotsford on Thursday.

Raty tallied seven goals and four assists across 33 regular-season games with Vancouver in 2024-25. He will get some extra playing time in the AHL playoffs, and that will bode well for next year, when he should play a full season with Vancouver.

  • Oilers' Adam Henrique: Nabs assist Wednesday

Henrique logged an assist and went plus-2 in Wednesday's 3-0 win over the Sharks.

Henrique has two goals and four assists over the last six games. The 35-year-old center has handled a larger role while the Oilers navigate a tough stretch of injuries, and he's been able to contribute more offense. His role will likely shrink once Leon Draisaitl (undisclosed) is healthy enough to play again. Henrique ends the regular season at 12 goals, 15 assists, 104 shots on net, 85 blocked shots, 58 hits and a plus-2 rating across 81 appearances. This is the first time Henrique has ever finished with less than 30 points in a full-length season -- his only two worse campaigns were in abbreviated years (2012-13 and 2020-21).

  • Oilers' Connor McDavid: Gets back to 100-point mark

McDavid logged an assist in Wednesday's 3-0 win over the Sharks.

Multiple injuries and a suspension limited McDavid to 67 appearances this season, but he still had time to reach the 100-point mark for the fifth year in a row and the eighth time in his 10 NHL campaigns. His 1.49 points-per-game in 2024-25 was his lowest scoring pace in six years, but he continues to be one of the most skilled and impressive players in the league. In addition to his 26 goals and 74 helpers, McDavid had 196 shots on net, 40 hits, 37 PIM and a plus-20 rating in 2024-25. He'll look to lead the Oilers in the playoffs as they meet the Kings in the first round for the fourth year in a row.

  • Pius Suter C | STL

Canucks' Pius Suter: Scores lone goal in loss

Suter scored a goal on two shots and added two PIM in Wednesday's 4-1 loss to the Golden Knights.

Suter snapped a three-game slump with this goal. The 28-year-old ended the regular season at 25 goals, 46 points, 138 shots on net, 59 hits, 43 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating across 81 appearances. He's a pending unrestricted free agent, but he's been a good fit with the Canucks, so general manager Patrik Allvin will likely want to get Suter to sign a new deal.
