Lukas Fischer D | STL
Blues' Lukas Fischer: Earns two points in OHL win
Fischer scored a goal and added an assist in OHL Sault Ste. Marie's 4-2 win over Sudbury on Wednesday.
Fischer has racked up 19 points in 23 appearances with the Greyhounds since a Dec. 8 trade from Sarnia. Overall, the defenseman has put together a pretty steady season with seven goals, 37 points, a plus-6 rating and 98 shots on net over 49 outings. Fischer, a second-round pick of the Blues in 2024, has the potential to be a depth defenseman as a professional.

Sascha Boumedienne D | WPG
Jets' Sascha Boumedienne: Earns weekly honors
Boumedienne was named the Hockey East Defender of the Week on Tuesday.
Boumedienne had two assists over two games for Boston University last week. The defenseman has had a fairly modest 2025-26 with 10 points in 28 appearances for the Terriers. A first-round pick of the Jets in 2025, Boumedienne projects as more of a middle-pairing blueliner who can chip in some offense, but he's unlikely to be a standout in fantasy.

Jack Ahcan D | COL
Avalanche's Jack Ahcan: Earns three assists Saturday
Ahcan notched three assists in AHL Colorado's 6-2 win over Chicago on Saturday.
Ahcan has eight assists during a five-game point streak. The defenseman is up to five goals, 32 points and a plus-20 rating over 34 outings this season. He's received some call-ups to the Avalanche in 2025-26 as well, earning two assists over nine contests. Ahcan has typically been the first blueliner to be recalled when the NHL roster is at less than full strength on defense.

Wyatt Aamodt D | COL
Avalanche's Wyatt Aamodt: Three-point game for Eagles
Aamodt scored a goal and added two assists in AHL Colorado's 6-2 win over Chicago on Saturday.
Aamodt had gone 12 games without a goal, picking up just three assists in that span. The defenseman is now at three goals and a career-best 19 points in just 44 contests, which is progress despite his still-modest scoring numbers. Unless the Avalanche's defense gets severely depleted by injuries, Aamodt is likely to stay in the AHL.

Dylan Coghlan D | LV
Golden Knights' Dylan Coghlan: Tallies twice for Henderson
Coghlan scored two goals in AHL Henderson's 4-3 loss to Coachella Valley on Friday.
Coghlan has displayed plenty of offense this season with 10 goals and 21 points over 32 appearances. He's earned five of those goals over the last three games. If the Golden Knights lose a defenseman during the Olympics, Coghlan would likely get called up to fill a depth role.

Matt Dumba D | PIT
Penguins' Matt Dumba: Another big game for WBS
Dumba scored three goals and added an assist in AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton's 6-5 win over Lehigh Valley on Friday.
Dumba has stunningly erupted for 11 points over his last four games. His hat trick Friday gives him five goals on the year, and he has added 11 assists, 37 shots on net and a plus-5 rating through 19 AHL appearances. It's unclear if he'll get another look with Pittsburgh, but his strong AHL play could help him get a change of scenery before the trade deadline.

Cameron Reid D | NSH
Predators' Cameron Reid: Racks up three assists
Reid notched three assists in OHL Kitchener's 6-2 win over Guelph on Friday.
Reid had gone eight games without a multi-point effort, earning two goals and three assists in that span. The defenseman is at a point-per-game pace after Friday's performance, with 12 goals and 28 assists through 40 contests this season. That's the best pace of his career, and it's a positive sign as the 18-year-old continues to develop in the OHL.

Joe Hicketts D | LA
Kings' Joe Hicketts: Sent to AHL
Hicketts was reassigned to AHL Ontario on Friday.
Hicketts was called up for a pair of games, but he was a healthy scratch in both contests. Hicketts will link back up with the Reign, with whom he had three goals and 11 assists across 41 AHL contests before his recall.
-
Mikulas Hovorka D | FLA
Panthers' Mikulas Hovorka: Sent down Friday
Hovorka was loaned to AHL Charlotte on Friday.
Hovorka made his NHL debut Thursday against the Lightning, posting a minus-3 rating in 11:27 of ice time. However, his demotion a day later will allow him to continue to see playing time in the AHL during the Olympic break.

Marshall Rifai D | TOR
Maple Leafs' Marshall Rifai: Assigned to AHL
Rifai was loaned to AHL Toronto on Friday.
Rifai has played only one game in the NHL this season, picking up one shot on net in 9:40 of ice time Jan. 31 in Vancouver. Rifai had four assists in 12 AHL games before his recall.
