Martin Fehervary D | WAS
Capitals' Martin Fehervary: Two more helpers in win
Fehervary notched two assists, two PIM and a plus-4 rating in Friday's 5-1 win over the Blackhawks.
Fehervary has earned a pair of two-assist games over his last three outings. Those efforts account for two of his three multi-point games this season. The stalwart blueliner is up to three goals, 13 helpers, 51 shots on net, 54 hits, 91 blocked shots, 21 PIM and a plus-15 rating over 45 appearances. Fehervary had a career-best 25 points in 81 regular-season contests last year, but he's on pace to top that mark in 2025-26.

John Carlson D | ANA
Capitals' John Carlson: Supplies two assists
Carlson logged two assists and a plus-3 rating in Friday's 5-1 win over the Blackhawks.
Carlson has racked up a goal and four assists over his last three outings to bounce back from a five-game slump. The defenseman had a hand in goals by Anthony Beauvillier and Ethen Frank in the first period as the Capitals leaned on their depth to establish an early lead. Carlson is up to 34 points (nine goals, 25 helpers) with 80 shots on net, 59 blocked shots and a plus-11 rating across 41 appearances in 2025-26.

Kashawn Aitcheson D | NYI
Islanders' Kashawn Aitcheson: Two goals for Colts
Aitcheson scored twice in OHL Barrie's 6-3 win over Guelph on Friday.
Aitcheson was a bit limited for Canada at the World Junior Championship, helping the team to earn the bronze medal with a goal and three assists over seven games. The small sample at the tournament shouldn't override what he's done in league play, earning 21 goals and 34 points through 28 outings. Even with the time away for the WJC, Aitcheson is on track for a career year with the Colts.

Louis Crevier D | CHI
Blackhawks' Louis Crevier: Under the weather
Crevier (illness) won't play Friday versus the Capitals, Charlie Roumeliotis of WGN Radio reports.
Crevier is one of four players unable to suit up for this contest. Kevin Korchinski, who was called up from AHL Rockford on Friday, will enter the lineup. Crevier's status for Saturday's game in Nashville is not yet decided.

Neal Pionk D | WPG
Jets' Neal Pionk: Absent from lineup Friday
Pionk (foot) is not playing Friday versus the Kings, Ken Wiebe of The Winnipeg Free Press reports.
Pionk blocked a shot off his foot in the Jets' last game and is apparently not fit enough to play. Colin Miller will come into the lineup to replace him, while Dylan DeMelo should see a bump in ice time to cover Pionk's absence.

John Klingberg D | SJ
Sharks' John Klingberg: Might return Sunday
Klingberg (lower body) won't be an option versus the Stars on Saturday but could suit up in Sunday's clash with Vegas, Max Miller of NHL.com reports.
Klingberg will miss his fourth straight game due to his lower-body problem, but he appears to be nearing his return to action. In six games prior to getting hurt, the 33-year-old Swede managed just one point to go with 12 shots, eight blocks and three hits. Even once cleared to play, fantasy managers will need to take a cautious approach to utilizing Klingberg given his streaky offensive performance this year.

Adam Ginning D | PHI
Flyers' Adam Ginning: Slated to be promoted Friday
Ginning is expected to be summoned from AHL Lehigh Valley on Friday, per Kevin Kurz of The Athletic.
Ginning has a goal and three points in 17 outings with Lehigh Valley this season. He appeared in five games with Philadelphia back in October, recording no points, two shots, four hits and five blocks. If he plays for the Flyers during his new NHL stint, it will probably be as a member of the third pairing.

Ty Emberson D | EDM
Oilers' Ty Emberson: Draws helper in win
Emberson notched an assist and two hits in Thursday's 4-3 win over the Jets.
Emberson ended a 13-game point drought with the helper. Prior to that slump, he earned four assists in a six-game span from Nov. 25 to Dec. 9. The 25-year-old blueliner continues to see regular usage on the third pairing and the penalty kill. He's produced eight points, 23 shots on net, 57 hits, 67 blocked shots and a plus-6 rating across 39 contests.

Evan Bouchard D | EDM
Oilers' Evan Bouchard: One of each Thursday
Bouchard scored a power-play goal on four shots and added an assist in Thursday's 4-3 win over the Jets.
Bouchard has earned four points (three on the power play) during his three-game point streak. The 26-year-old defenseman remains highly productive on offense while playing massive minutes for the Oilers. He's up to nine goals, 41 points, 112 shots on net, 61 blocked shots and a plus-1 rating across 44 appearances this season.
