Drew Doughty D | LA
Kings' Drew Doughty: Moves up franchise scoring list
Doughty picked up two assists Thursday in a 4-3 overtime win over the Maple Leafs.
The grizzled veteran has had a slow start to the season and has just eight points, including six assists, in 18 games. Half of those points have come in his last five games. It was Doughty's 133rd career multipoint game. He passed Charlie Simmer for the ninth most in Kings history.

Nick Jensen D | OTT
Senators' Nick Jensen: Sustains upper-body injury
Jensen suffered an upper-body injury during Thursday's tilt against Boston and won't return to the game.
Jensen recorded one hit and had a minus-1 rating in 12:02 of ice time before exiting the game. He has a goal and four points in 18 appearances this season, including Thursday's action. If Jensen can't play Saturday versus the Kings, then Ottawa will be down to five healthy defensemen and will need to call someone up from the minors. Thomas Chabot (upper body) is also on the shelf and isn't believed to be close to returning.

Thomas Chabot D | OTT
Senators' Thomas Chabot: Set to miss two weeks
Chabot (upper body) is expected to miss two weeks of action, Bruce Garrioch of Postmedia reports Thursday.
Chabot's timeline isn't set in stone, but he's a little worse off than day-to-day after sustaining an injury Tuesday versus the Stars. The 28-year-old's absence will test the Senators' defensive depth in the short term, but it should give Jordan Spence a chance to prove himself in the lineup.

Haydn Fleury D | WPG
Jets' Haydn Fleury: In concussion protocol
Fleury is in the concussion protocol, Ken Wiebe of The Winnipeg Free Press reports Thursday.
Fleury left Tuesday's 5-3 win over Vancouver because of the injury. He has no points, six PIM, 22 hits and 26 blocks in 15 appearances in 2025-26. Fleury was also placed on injured reserve Thursday, as previously reported by the NHL media site, so he will be on the shelf until at least Nov. 21 against Carolina.

Dylan Samberg D | WPG
Jets' Dylan Samberg: Ready to rock
Samberg (broken wrist) was activated from injured reserve Thursday, according to the NHL media site.
Samberg suffered the injury during training camp. He missed the first 16 games of the season and is expected to play in Seattle on Thursday. Samberg had six goals and 14 assists in 60 regular-season games in 2024-25. Samberg is expected to play alongside Neal Pionk on the blue line with Luke Schenn sitting this one out as the extra defenseman.

Haydn Fleury D | WPG
Jets' Haydn Fleury: On injured reserve
Fleury (undisclosed) was put on injured reserve Thursday, per the NHL media site.
Fleury left Tuesday's game against Vancouver because of the injury. He has no points, six PIM, 22 hits and 26 blocks in 15 appearances this year. Dylan Samberg (wrist) was activated off injured reserve in a corresponding move. Samberg is expected to make his season debut Thursday in Seattle, which fills the void left by Fleury.

Quinn Hughes D | MIN
Canucks' Quinn Hughes: Questionable for Friday
Hughes (undisclosed) is day-to-day and questionable for Friday's clash in Carolina, Dan Murphy of Sportsnet reports Thursday.
Hughes has a goal, 13 points, two PIM, one hit and 14 blocks in 14 outings in 2025-26. If he can't play Friday, then Pierre-Olivier Joseph will probably draw into the lineup, and defenseman Elias Pettersson will probably see an increase in his workload to help fill in the void.

Scott Mayfield D | NYI
Islanders' Scott Mayfield: Placed on non-roster
Mayfield (personal) has been moved to non-roster Thursday, per Stefen Rosner of NHL.com.
Mayfield is away from the team for the birth of his child. His placement on non-roster would seem to confirm that he won't play Thursday in Vegas. Travis Mitchell was summoned from AHL Bridgeport in a corresponding move.

Evan Bouchard D | EDM
Oilers' Evan Bouchard: Ripples twine Wednesday
Bouchard scored a goal on four shots in Wednesday's 2-1 overtime win over the Flyers.
Bouchard's offense has continued to be steady this month with five points over six outings in November. Overall, he has three goals, nine assists, 25 blocked shots, 49 shots on net, 10 PIM and a minus-9 rating over 18 contests. The Oilers have won two games in a row and may be building some momentum, which should help Bouchard improve his weaknesses while adding to his offense.

Rangers' Carson Soucy: Snags helper in win
Soucy posted an assist, four hits and a plus-2 rating in Wednesday's 7-3 win over the Lightning.

He's at three points, 10 shots on net, 22 hits, 16 blocked shots and a plus-5 rating through 14 appearances this season.
