Kirill Kudryavtsev D | VAN
Canucks' Kirill Kudryavtsev: Heads back to AHL
Kudryavtsev was reassigned to AHL Abbotsford on Wednesday.
Kudryavtsev was recalled Oct. 26, but he hasn't made his season debut for Vancouver this year. The 21-year-old has five assists in five outings with Abbotsford in 2025-26.

Denton Mateychuk D | CLB
Blue Jackets' Denton Mateychuk: Officially ruled out
Mateychuk (undisclosed) will not be in the lineup against the Flames on Wednesday, Jeff Svoboda of the Blue Jackets' official site reports.
While Mateychuk won't be in action Wednesday, he is traveling with the team and could still be an option for Saturday's clash with the Canucks. In his stead, Dysin Mayo will make his Columbus debut against the Flames. After a slow start to the year, the 21-year-old Mateychuk appears to have found his game, registering three goals, one assist and 10 shots in his last seven outings.

Rasmus Sandin D | WAS
Capitals' Rasmus Sandin: Good to return
Sandin (upper body) is set to make his return against St. Louis on Wednesday, per Tarik El-Bashir of Monumental Sports Network.
Sandin will be activated off injured reserve to accommodate his return. He has two assists, four shots, 16 hits and 10 blocks in seven appearances this season. After missing Washington's past five games, Sandin is likely to serve on the third pairing and receive some power-play ice time Wednesday. Declan Chisholm is projected to be a healthy scratch as a result of Sandin's return.

Marc Del Gaizo D | MON
Canadiens' Marc Del Gaizo: Elevated from minors
Del Gazio was promoted from AHL Laval on Wednesday.
Del Gazio's elevation to the NHL roster will provide the team with an emergency blueliner should the need arise in the lead-up to Thursday's clash with the Devils. The 26-year-old defenseman hasn't offered much offensively in the minors, recording just one point in six games with the Rocket. As such, it wouldn't come as a surprise to see Del Gazio sitting in the press box as a healthy scratch against New Jersey.

Sean Walker D | CAR
Hurricanes' Sean Walker: Two-point effort on Broadway
Walker scored an even-strength goal and added a power-play assist in Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Rangers.
After helping to set up Nikolaj Ehlers in the first period for what proved to be the game-winner, Walker potted his own tally late in the second by sneaking a shot through heavy traffic in front of Igor Shesterkin. Walker is getting a look on the top power-play unit with Shayne Gostisbehere (abdomen), Jaccob Slavin (lower body) and K'Andre Miller (lower body) all currently on the shelf, and Tuesday's performance snapped an eight-game point drought for the 30-year-old blueliner. While he has just seven goals and 19 points in 94 regular-season games with Carolina, Walker showed some offensive upside in 2023-24 with the Flyers, collecting six goals and 22 points in 63 contests. He could have some fantasy appeal while getting regular shifts with the man advantage.

Hampus Lindholm D | BOS
Bruins' Hampus Lindholm: Collects helper Tuesday
Lindholm logged an assist in Tuesday's 4-3 shootout win over the Islanders.
This was Lindholm's second helper in four games since he returned from a lower-body injury. The 31-year-old defenseman will need to stay healthy over a long stretch to regain fantasy managers' trust, as he lost eight contests to that injury after missing most of 2024-25. Lindholm has two helpers, eight shots on net, eight blocked shots, eight PIM and a minus-2 rating through seven appearances.
-
Drew Doughty D | LA
Kings' Drew Doughty: Fills empty cage
Doughty scored an empty-net goal and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 3-0 win over the Jets.
Doughty's two goals this season have come over the last four games. The 35-year-old defenseman is up to five points, 20 shots on net, 20 blocked shots, 10 hits and a plus-5 rating through 14 appearances. He can reach a higher pace, but age could be a concern if his offense doesn't get on track soon. Doughty still offers upside with his all-around production, and he remains in a significant role as the Kings' top blueliner.

Jacob Trouba D | ANA
Ducks' Jacob Trouba: Finds twine in big win
Trouba scored a goal on two shots and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 7-2 win over the Panthers.
Trouba has a goal and two assists during his active three-game point streak. The 31-year-old's tally Tuesday stretched the Ducks' lead to 5-3 in the third period. He's produced three goals, five assists, 17 shots on net, 34 hits, 25 blocked shots and a plus-11 rating over 12 appearances. Trouba's unlikely to sustain this level of offense all year, but there's more to go around in Anaheim than there was last season, so a return to the 30-point mark could be in the cards for the defenseman.
-
Sam Malinski D | COL
Avalanche's Sam Malinski: Pockets helper in win
Malinski registered an assist in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Lightning.
Malinski ended a three-game point drought with a helper on a Ross Colton goal in the second period, which was the game-winner. The 27-year-old Malinski has provided steady depth offense from a third-pairing role this year. He's up to one goal, five assists, 26 shots on net, 16 blocked shots and a plus-4 rating through 14 appearances.

Cam York D | PHI
Flyers' Cam York: Gets first goal of season
York had a goal and an assist in a 5-4 shootout win over Montreal on Tuesday.
His goal came on a 5-on-3 power play when he wired a one-timer past Sam Montembeault in the first frame. It was York's first goal this season. The defender has seven points in 10 games this season; that makes him the most prolific producer from the Flyers' blue line so far.
