  • Penguins' Connor Clifton: Chips in with helper

Clifton notched an assist, two hits and a plus-3 rating in Tuesday's 5-1 win over the Red Wings.

Clifton avoided getting skunked in March, with the helper being his first point in 15 games. The 30-year-old defenseman is going to have a heavy competition on his hands for a third-pairing job, but it looks to be his over Jack St. Ivany for now. The Penguins also have Ryan Graves, Ilya Solovyov and Caleb Jones on their roster for defensive depth. Through 44 appearances this season, Clifton has just six points with 30 shots on net, 168 hits, 70 blocked shots, 42 PIM and a plus-3 rating.

  • Radko Gudas D | ANA

Ducks' Radko Gudas: Won't play Wednesday

Gudas (lower body) is expected to miss Wednesday's game in San Jose, per Zach Cavanagh of The Sporting Tribune.

Gudas also missed Saturday's game against Edmonton before playing through the injury in Monday's match against Toronto. He fought Max Domi and drew roughing penalties from Michael Pezzetta and Jake McCabe. Gudas has two goals, 13 points and 160 hits in 55 outings in 2025-26. He also has 62 PIM this season, including 32 from his past two games against Toronto.

  • Ben Chiarot D | DET

Red Wings' Ben Chiarot: Quiet on offense

Chiarot's point drought reached 19 games in Tuesday's 5-1 loss to the Penguins.

Chiarot has 28 shots on net, 45 hits, 36 blocked shots, 12 PIM and a minus-5 rating during the slump. His last point was a goal Jan. 29 versus the Capitals. He's stuck on 12 points with 94 shots, 156 hits, 150 blocks, 62 PIM and a minus-6 rating over 74 appearances. He'll fall short of the 20-point mark for the third time in four years with the Red Wings, and he needs one more point to match his output from last season.

  • Capitals' Declan Chisholm: Stuck in press box

Chisholm was scratched for the 10th straight game in Tuesday's 6-4 win over the Flyers.

After the arrival of Cole Hutson, the Capitals have five left-shot blueliners and nine total defensemen on the roster. That has left Chisholm as one of the regular scratches, even with fellow lefty Rasmus Sandin playing his off-side. Chisholm hasn't been anything more than a part-time option in his first year with the Capitals, earning seven points, 20 shots on net, 22 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating over 26 appearances.

  • Rangers' Vincent Iorio: Seeing little playing time

Iorio has played in just six of 20 games since the Rangers claimed him off waivers from the Sharks in late January. He was a healthy scratch Tuesday versus the Devils.

Iorio's playing time looked to be picking up after the Olympic break, but the Rangers have a healthy Adam Fox and are also giving a long look to Drew Fortescue for now. That leaves Iorio as the odd man out. In 27 total appearances between the Rangers and the Sharks, Iorio has three assists, 15 shots on net, 15 hits, 39 blocked shots, 12 PIM and a minus-4 rating. It's unclear if he'll be anything more than a part-time option late in the campaign.

  • Blue Jackets' Damon Severson: Done for regular season

Severson (upper body) will miss the remainder of the regular season, Aaron Portzline of The Athletic reports Wednesday.

Severson has already missed three straight games due to the injury. He had eight goals and 32 points across 71 regular-season outings in 2025-26. The 31-year-old might still be an option to return at some point if Columbus can secure a playoff berth.

  • Senators' Lassi Thomson: Snags helper in loss

Thomson notched an assist and went plus-2 in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to the Panthers.

Thomson missed two games due to a lower-body injury in March, but he's been back in the lineup for the last two contests. The 25-year-old blueliner is getting a chance to play because the Senators' defense is ravaged by injuries. Thomson's helper was his first since the 2021-22 campaign, when he logged five assists over 16 appearances. He's likely to remain in a third-pairing role for as long as he's in the lineup.

  • Senators' Jordan Spence: Stays hot with goal

Spence scored a goal and put four shots on net in Tuesday's 6-3 loss to Florida.

Spence found the back of the net for Ottawa's second goal of the middle period. The twine finder brought him up to six goals, 27 points, 94 shots on net, 49 hits and 51 blocked shots across 65 games this season. With Jake Sanderson (upper body) and Thomas Chabot (forearm) sidelined, Spence has stepped up his game offensively with eight points over his last nine games. Until Sanderson returns, Spence should continue to see time on the Senators' first power-play unit, giving him solid streaming value in most fantasy formats.

  • Matt Roy D | WAS

Capitals' Matt Roy: Picks up two helpers Tuesday

Roy recorded two assists in Tuesday's 6-4 win over the Flyers.

The veteran blueliner had a hand in tallies by Alex Ovechkin in the first period and Tom Wilson in the third. It was Roy's first multi-point performance since Dec. 3, when he produced three helpers against the Sharks. He has produced two goals and 19 points, 130 blocked shots, 109 hits, 90 shots on net and a plus-14 rating in 72 games this season. He has delivered triple digits in blocks and hits in five straight campaigns.

  • Capitals' Jakob Chychrun: Three points against Philly

Chychrun scored a power-play goal and added two assists, one with the man advantage, in Tuesday's 6-4 win over the Flyers.

It's the second multi-point performance in three games for Chychrun. He managed just three points in the first 10 games of March. The 28-year-old blueliner has already put together a career-best campaign with 24 goals and 56 points in 73 contests, but the Caps could use a final push from Chychrun if they're going to make the playoffs.
