Thomas Harley D | DAL
Stars' Thomas Harley: Helps out on power play
Harley notched a power-play assist, five shots on goal, three blocked shots and a minus-3 rating in Saturday's 5-4 loss to the Oilers.
Harley had a bit of a rough game on defense, but he was still able to chip in his eighth point over the last six games when he assisted on Mikko Rantanen's first goal as a Star. The 23-year-old Harley is up to 11 goals, 27 helpers, 11 power-play points, 130 shots on net, 86 blocks and a plus-25 rating over 61 appearances this season. Harley took a bridge deal as a restricted free agent this past September, and he'll regain that status, plus arbitration rights, after next season, at which point he'll likely be due a large raise as part of an impressive core in Dallas.

Matt Dumba D | PIT
Stars' Matt Dumba: First goal of season Saturday
Dumba scored a goal on two shots, added two hits and blocked two shots in Saturday's 5-4 loss to the Oilers.
The goal was Dumba's first of the year, getting the Stars within one of evening the score midway through the third period. They couldn't get the equalizer, but this is still a positive for Dumba, who has five points over his last 10 outings. For the season, the veteran blueliner has been limited to seven points, 34 shots on net, 54 hits, 46 blocked shots, 52 PIM and a minus-3 rating. He'll likely continue to occupy a third-pairing role.

Jake Walman D | EDM
Oilers' Jake Walman: Helper in team debut
Walman recorded an assist, three shots on goal, two hits, three blocked shots and a plus-3 rating in Saturday's 5-4 win over the Stars.
Walman's Oilers debut came alongside Darnell Nurse, giving the team a strong all-around pairing. With three helpers over his last two games, Walman comes to Edmonton with a little momentum. The 29-year-old has had a career year with 33 points, 128 shots on net, 114 blocked shots, 50 hits, 36 PIM and a plus-2 rating over 51 appearances. His numbers were strong considering he was playing for the Sharks, and while power-play time won't be plentiful in Edmonton, Walman may still be able to put up decent offense.

Darnell Nurse D | EDM
Oilers' Darnell Nurse: Picks up helper in win
Nurse logged an assist, two shots on goal, four hits, three blocked shots and a plus-3 rating in Saturday's 5-4 win over the Stars.
The first game featuring Nurse and Jake Walman as a defensive pairing went quite well, as they were on the ice for the majority of the Oilers' goals. Nurse supplied his helper on the first of two Zach Hyman tallies in the first period. This ended a 10-game point drought for Nurse, who is now at 23 points, 144 shots on net, 123 hits, 102 blocked shots and a plus-7 rating across 58 appearances. Both Nurse and Walman have multi-category appeal, so they could share responsibilities rather than having one focus on defense while the other does more on offense.

Evan Bouchard D | EDM
Oilers' Evan Bouchard: Delivers helper Saturday
Bouchard notched an assist in Saturday's 5-4 win over the Stars.
Bouchard has gotten on the scoresheet in four straight games, earning two goals and three assists in that span. The defenseman set up a Viktor Arvidsson tally in the first period. Bouchard is up to 50 points, 182 shots on net, 87 blocked shots and a plus-14 rating through 63 appearances. This is the second year in a row he's reached the 50-point mark, and he's within range of achieving his first 20-goal campaign.

Cale Makar D | COL
Avalanche's Cale Makar: Six-game, 12-point streak
Makar picked up an assist in a 7-4 win Saturday over Toronto.
This season continues to be a thing of beauty. Makar is on a six-game, 12-point streak that includes 10 helpers. His 75 points, including 24 goals, in 64 outings not only puts Makar on the top of all NHL defensemen but squarely into the NHL's top-10 overall, irrespective of position. He's tied with Jack Eichel for eighth on that list.

Ian Mitchell D | DET
Bruins' Ian Mitchell: Secures first point of season
Mitchell provided an assist, three shots on goal, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 4-0 win over the Lightning.
Mitchell has played in four of the Bruins' last five games, and he's got a clearer path to the lineup after Brandon Carlo was traded to the Maple Leafs. The 26-year-old Mitchell has one assist, three shots on net, five blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating while filling a third-pairing role. His playing time is likely to be safe until Charlie McAvoy (shoulder) returns to the lineup -- and McAvoy's return this season is not guaranteed to happen if the Bruins end up too far adrift of a playoff spot.

Nick Leddy D | SJ
Blues' Nick Leddy: Nets lone goal in loss
Leddy scored a goal on two shots in Saturday's 2-1 overtime loss to the Kings.
Leddy tied the game at 1-1 with his third-period tally. The 33-year-old blueliner didn't have a point this season before Friday, but he's picked up a goal and an assist over his last two contests. He's up to 15 shots on net, 13 blocked shots and a plus-5 rating over 15 appearances after missing a large chunk of the season due to a lower-body injury. Leddy will likely be leaned on to pick up significant minutes with Colton Parayko (knee) out.

Mikey Anderson D | LA
Kings' Mikey Anderson: Helpers in consecutive contests
Anderson logged an assist, two shots on goal, five hits and two blocked shots in Saturday's 2-1 overtime win over the Blues.
Anderson helped out on an Anze Kopitar tally in the first period. This was Anderson's second game in a row with an assist, and he's earned four points over eight outings since recovering from a finger injury. The defenseman is up to 18 points through 57 appearances, matching his point total from 74 contests in the 2023-24 regular season. He's added 66 shots on net, 86 hits, 99 blocked shots and a plus-9 rating in 2024-25.

Sam Malinski D | COL
Avalanche's Sam Malinski: First multi-pointer since Jan. 2024
Malinski picked up two assists in a 7-4 win over Toronto on Saturday.
It was Malinski's first multi-point game of the season, and his first since Jan. 16, 2024. He won't help you on the offensive side of the ledger -- he has just two goals and seven assists in 60 games this season. However, Malinski does know how to get in front of pucks. He has 86 blocks this year, including 18 in his last nine contests.
