  • Esa Lindell D | DAL

Stars' Esa Lindell: Collects helper in Friday's win

Lindell recorded an assist, two shots on goal, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Friday's 6-2 win over the Kings.

Lindell earned his first point in four games since the end of the 4 Nations Face-Off. The 30-year-old blueliner has resumed a top-four role with the Stars after his time with Team Finland. Lindell has earned a goal and five assists over his last 11 outings as he takes on a larger role in the absence on Miro Heiskanen (knee). Lindell is at 20 points, 75 shots on net,130 blocked shots and a plus-23 rating across 59 appearances this season. His career-high 32-point campaign from 2018-19 is likely out of reach, but Lindell continues to be a steady depth blueliner for fantasy purposes.

  • Stars' Thomas Harley: Provides pair of helpers in win

Harley logged two assists, three shots on goal and two PIM in Friday's 6-2 win over the Kings.

Harley set up Jason Robertson on the opening goal and also helped out on a Wyatt Johnston power-play tally in the second period. This was a memorable February for Harley, who had three goals and six assists across eight NHL games while also filling in with Team Canada as an injury replacement during the 4 Nations Face-Off. It's quite likely he'll be in consideration for the Olympic roster next year as well. The 23-year-old blueliner is up to 10 goals, 23 assists, 121 shots on net, 79 blocked shots and a plus-29 rating over 57 appearances in 2024-25.

  • Jonas Brodin D | MIN

Wild's Jonas Brodin: Exits in third period Friday

Brodin (undisclosed) left Friday's game versus the Avalanche in the third period, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports.

Head coach John Hynes didn't have an update on Brodin or Zach Bogosian (lower body) after the contest, leaving the Wild's defense in a precarious spot ahead of Sunday's game versus the Bruins. The Wild are expected to know more about Brodin's availability Saturday, but if he's out, it will be a big loss for a team that has already been struggling defensively in recent contests.

  • Will Borgen D | NYR

Rangers' Will Borgen: Manages assist in loss

Borgen registered an assist in Friday's 3-2 loss to the Maple Leafs.

Borgen ended a seven-game point drought with the helper on Mika Zibanejad's first-period tally. The 28-year-old Borgen had an assist in the first and last contest of February. The defenseman continues to see top-four minutes as a shutdown player, though he has managed six points over 28 appearances since he was traded from Kraken. Overall, he's at eight points, 57 shots on net, 101 hits, 85 blocked shots and a minus-13 rating across 61 outings in 2024-25.

  • Maple Leafs' Morgan Rielly: Provides power-play helper

Rielly notched a power-play assist in Friday's 3-2 win over the Rangers.

Rielly was fantastic in February, earning two goals and seven assists over eight contests. Four of those nine points came Tuesday versus the Bruins, but this has still been one of his most consistent stretches of the campaign. He's up to 31 points (12 on the power play), 97 shots on net, 83 blocked shots and a minus-13 rating across 59 appearances in a top-pairing role.

  • Maple Leafs' Oliver Ekman-Larsson: Opens scoring on power play

Ekman-Larsson scored a power-play goal on three shots in Friday's 3-2 win over the Rangers.

Mika Zibanejad took a tripping penalty on the first shift of the game, and Ekman-Larsson made the Rangers pay. This was Ekman-Larsson's second goal and 10th point over the last 13 games, and he's also gone plus-9 with 13 hits and 11 blocked shots in that span. The defenseman is up to four goals, 25 points (four on the power play), 94 shots on net, 72 hits, 52 blocked shots and a plus-18 rating through 58 contests overall. The 33-year-old has seen top-four minutes throughout the campaign, and he's on track to exceed the 30-point mark for the second year in a row.

  • Josh Manson D | COL

Avalanche's Josh Manson: Sidelined again Friday

Manson (lower body) won't play Friday versus the Wild, per the NHL media site.

Manson is set to miss his sixth straight game, and there hasn't been an update on his status since he was ruled out for the Avalanche's most recent road trip. Sam Malinski and Calvin de Haan will be the third pairing in Friday's contest. There's no clear timeline for Manson's return to action, but the Avalanche are off for three days prior to their matchup against the Penguins on Tuesday.

  • Wild's Zach Bogosian: Out Friday due to lower-body injury

Bogosian (lower body) won't play Friday versus the Avalanche, Joe Smith of The Athletic reports.

Bogosian played 14:25 in Thursday's 6-1 loss to Utah, so apparently the injury issue is something that popped up after the contest. The 34-year-old will miss at least one game. Declan Chisholm and Jon Merrill will play on the third pairing Saturday, while Bogosian can be considered day-to-day ahead of Sunday's game versus the Bruins.

  • Rangers' K'Andre Miller: On track to play

Miller (lower body) is expected to be in the lineup for Friday's game versus the Maple Leafs, Peter Baugh of The Athletic reports.

Miller took warmups in a top-four role, so it looks like he'll be able to play after being questionable following the lower-body injury he sustained Tuesday versus the Islanders. The 25-year-old defenseman could see more power-play time since Adam Fox (upper body) is on injured reserve. Miller has 14 points over 52 contests this season, including three points over eight outings in February.

  • Tyler Tucker D | STL

Blues' Tyler Tucker: Inks two-year deal

Tucker signed a two-year, $1.85 million contract with the Blues on Friday.

Tucker's new deal gives him a modest raise to $925,000 per year after playing the last two seasons at an $800,000 salary. The 24-year-old has earned four points, 36 hits, 18 blocked shots, 30 PIM and a minus-1 rating over 20 contests in 2024-25, but he sat out six of the seven games before signing his extension, serving as a healthy scratch since the Blues' defense is in good health.
