  • Dan Vladar G | PHI

Flyers' Dan Vladar: In goal Thursday

Vladar will get the starting nod at home against the Senators on Thursday, Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.

Vladar will make his fifth straight appearance in the crease for the Flyers, having gone 1-1-0 in his last four outings while sporting a 2.70 GAA. Once the backstop wraps up Thursday's tilt, he can focus on joining Team Czechia in Milan, though he may face an uphill battle for starts with Lukas Dostal and Karel Vejmelka, the other two Czech netminders.

  • Jets' Connor Hellebuyck: Struggles continue Wednesday

Hellebuyck stopped 22 of 26 shots in Wednesday's 5-1 loss to the Canadiens, with Montreal's final goal getting scored into an empty net.

The Jets briefly held a 1-0 lead in the first period, but things unraveled quickly for the home squad once Oliver Kapanen beat Hellebuyck to a rebound and slotted it past the sprawling netminder before the first intermission. The three-time Vezina winner has just one win in his last eight starts, going 1-4-3 with a 3.01 GAA and .895 save percentage, and Hellebuyck will try to find his form in Milan while representing Team USA at the Olympics.

  • Canadiens' Sam Montembeault: Sharp in Wednesday's win

Montembeault made 36 saves in Wednesday's 5-1 win over the Jets.

Kyle Connor scored a power-play tally early in the first period, but Montembeault shut the door the rest of the way as the Canadiens took control. The 29-year-old netminder is likely looking forward to the Olympic break, having gone 2-2-1 over his last five starts with a 3.20 GAA and .893 save percentage.

  • Mammoth's Karel Vejmelka: Earns league-best 27th win

Vejmelka turned aside 29 of 30 shots on net in Wednesday's 4-1 win over the Red Wings.

Vejmelka kept Utah's net clean across the first 55 minutes of Wednesday's contest before he allowed Detroit's lone power-play goal of the game. The 29-year-old netminder has tended more games than any other goalie since Jan. 1, where he's led the Mammoth to an 11-4-0 record when he plays. While he won't get a vacation to refuel during the 2026 Winter Olympics, he'll likely be able to rotate in and out of Czechia's lineup with Lukas Dostal and Dan Vladar, which should offer Vejmelka a few games of rest while in Milan.

  • John Gibson G | DET

Red Wings' John Gibson: Yields three goals in loss

Gibson stopped 21 of 24 shots on goal in Wednesday's 4-1 loss to the Mammoth.

Despite the veteran netminder allowing just one goal across the final two periods, two early strikes from the Mammoth would be enough to seize momentum and grab Wednesday's victory. With the loss, Gibson now has a 22-12-2 record, a 2.62 GAA and a .904 save percentage across 37 appearances this season. After an incredible eight-game win streak spanning across the majority of January, the 32-year-old goaltender has lost four of his last five outings, but he has maintained a solid 2.59 GAA in that span. With 14 appearances since the calendar flipped to 2026, he ranks second in terms of games played among goalies. He'll have the opportunity to rest during the Olympic break, which should help him turn around his recent struggles. Due to his volume of starts and overall production, Gibson remains a top netminder in fantasy moving forward.

  • Panthers' Sergei Bobrovsky: Hangs on for shootout win

Bobrovsky turned aside 25 shots in regulation and overtime and three of four shootout attempts during Wednesday's 5-4 win over the Bruins.

The Panthers took a 4-2 lead into the third period, but Bobrovsky nearly let it slip away, giving up goals to Mark Kastelic and Casey Mittelstadt to force OT. However, the two-time Vezina winner came up big in the clutch, as only Viktor Arvidsson got a puck past him in the shootout. Bobrovsky is likely looking forward to the Olympic break -- over 12 outings since the beginning of January, he's stumbled to a 4-8-0 record with a 3.86 GAA and .833 save percentage.

  • Bruins' Joonas Korpisalo: Falls to Panthers in shootout

Korpisalo turned aside 22 shots in regulation and overtime and two of four shootout attempts in Wednesday's 5-4 loss to Florida.

A tough second period that saw the Panthers score three special-teams goals on 10 shots -- two power-play tallies and one shortie -- kept Korpisalo from winning the game before it headed into OT, and he then got beaten by Anton Lundell and former Bruin Brad Marchand in the shootout. Korpisalo hasn't taken a regulation loss since Dec. 27, going 4-0-2 over his last seven outings with a 2.20 GAA and .918 save percentage, and he'll take that momentum with him to Milan as he represents Team Finland at the Olympics.

  • Jet Greaves G | CLB

Blue Jackets' Jet Greaves: Blanks Chicago for second shutout

Greaves made 21 saves in Wednesday's 4-0 win over Chicago.

One night after Elvis Merzlikins recorded a shutout, Greaves answered back with his own. It was Greaves' second clean sheet of the season and the fourth of his career, and he heads into the Olympic break having won six straight decisions dating back to Jan. 11, a stretch in which he's posted a 2.10 GAA and .924 save percentage.

  • Blackhawks' Spencer Knight: Gets no help in Wednesday's loss

Knight stopped 16 of 19 shots in Wednesday's 4-0 loss to Columbus, with the Blue Jackets' final goal getting scored into an empty net.

Chicago apparently got an early start on its Olympic break, as the offense was a no-show in Columbus, and the defense let the Jackets buzz around Knight for most of the game. The 24-year-old netminder has allowed at least three goals in six straight starts, going 2-3-1 over that stretch with a 3.11 GAA and .872 save percentage, and a few weeks off will probably be beneficial for him.

  • Kings' Darcy Kuemper: Yields four goals in loss

Kuemper surrendered four goals on 23 shots in Wednesday's 4-2 loss to the Kraken.

Kuemper has gone 2-4-3 with a 3.36 GAA and an .864 save percentage over his last 10 outings. That's not great momentum to take into the Olympics, where he'll be representing Team Canada. Kuemper is at 14-11-9 record with a 2.59 GAA and a .900 save percentage over 36 appearances. If he gets into any Olympic games, he should benefit from Canada's strong defensive core, which includes Kings teammate Drew Doughty. Look for Anton Forsberg to handle the net Thursday versus the Golden Knights in the second half of the back-to-back.
