Flyers' Aleksei Kolosov: Gives up three goals on three shots
Kolosov was pulled Saturday after giving up three goals on three shots in a 6-3 loss to the Rangers.
The Flyers fell apart around Kolosov, and he had no answers whatsoever. The Rangers scored three goals in 1:20 against him. This is the kind of outing that could break a player. It's hard to imagine the Flyers turning back to Kolosov. Ouch.

Victor Ostman G | SEA
Kraken's Victor Ostman: Earns AHL shutout
Ostman posted a 28-save shutout in AHL Coachella Valley's 4-0 win over San Diego on Saturday.
Ostman is up to 8-6-2 on the season, adding a 2.95 GAA and a .901 save percentage in 16 outings. The shutout was his first of the season and the second of his AHL career. The Swedish goalie is likely to spend all of 2025-26 in the AHL.

Spencer Martin G | NYR
Rangers' Spencer Martin: Wins first start of season
Martin made 25 saves in a 6-3 win over the Flyers on Saturday.
It was Martin's first start of the season. He has appeared in relief in two other games. Jonathan Quick has really scuffled lately, and Igor Shesterkin (lower body) is on the injured reserve list. The Rangers are retooling, according to president and general manager Chris Drury, and they can use every ounce of strong netminding they can get. It's a tough spot to be in, and Martin will likely head back to the minors when Shesterkin returns, but in the short term, the team may reward Martin with another start because of the win. The Rangers have to start somewhere. They're 2-6-2 in the last 10, and they need the hottest hand in net.

Trent Miner G | COL
Avalanche's Trent Miner: Logs shutout in AHL play
Miner notched a 35-save shutout in AHL Colorado's 3-0 win over Henderson on Saturday.
This was Miner's first shutout in 12 appearances at the AHL level this season. Due to various injuries to the Avalanche's goalies, he's spent a lot of time in the backup role in the NHL. He's 8-2-1 with a 2.22 GAA and a .919 save percentage in the AHL, so he's more than capable of handling the responsibility of being Colorado's organizational No. 3 goalie.

Michael DiPietro G | BOS
Bruins' Michael DiPietro: Earns shutout over Cleveland
DiPietro recorded a 21-save shutout in AHL Providence's 5-0 win over Cleveland on Saturday.
This was DiPietro's fifth win in his last six outings, and it's also his first shutout of the season. He's now at a 15-5-0 record with a 1.74 GAA and a .938 save percentage over 21 appearances. If the Bruins grow tired of Joonas Korpisalo in the backup role, DiPietro could be ready for a longer look at the NHL level, where he hasn't played since 2021-22.

Ville Husso G | ANA
Ducks' Ville Husso: Starting against Kings
Husso will draw the home start versus the Kings on Saturday, Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site reports.
Husso will handle the second half of this back-to-back set after Lukas Dostal came away with a win Friday over the Kings. The 30-year-old Husso allowed four goals on 34 shots in his previous start versus the Hurricanes on Jan. 8. He continues to serve as the Ducks' backup while Petr Mrazek (lower body) is on the shelf.

Filip Gustavsson G | MIN
Wild's Filip Gustavsson: Hangs on for OT win
Gustavsson made 20 saves in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Sabres.
Neither team could break a 4-4 tie in the third period, but Mats Zuccarello put Gustavsson in the win column with a power-play tally in OT. It was the 27-year-old netminder's 15th victory of the season, with half of them coming in his last 12 outings -- a stretch in which he's gone 8-1-2 with a .915 save percentage.

Justus Annunen G | NSH
Predators' Justus Annunen: Expected to face Vegas
Annunen is expected to start on the road against Vegas on Saturday, per Brooks Bratten of the Predators' official site.
Although Annunen has played sparingly this season, he has won his past three starts while stopping 75 of 80 shots (.938 save percentage). He's 4-5-1 with a 3.17 GAA and an .881 save percentage in 13 outings in 2025-26. Vegas has won its past six games, posting 4.83 goals per game across that stretch.

Anton Forsberg G | LA
Kings' Anton Forsberg: Set to start Saturday
Forsberg will play in goal on the road versus the Ducks on Saturday, Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site reports.
Forsberg is making his first start in four games. The 33-year-old has watched Darcy Kuemper fail to record a win in the last three contests, so the door could be open for Forsberg to push into a timeshare with a good performance here. He's 7-6-3 with a 2.65 GAA and a .901 save percentage over 17 outings this season.

Jacob Markstrom G | NJ
Devils' Jacob Markstrom: Set to start Saturday
Markstrom is expected to start at home against Carolina on Saturday, per Amanda Stein of the Devils' official site.
Markstrom has won his past two games while stopping 36 of 40 shots (.900 save percentage). He has a 12-10-1 record, 3.34 GAA and .879 save percentage in 24 outings in 2025-26. Carolina ranks third in goals per game with 3.40 this season, and the Hurricanes are coming off a 9-1 victory over Florida on Friday.
