Arturs Silovs G | PIT
Penguins' Arturs Silovs: Falls to Flames on Saturday
Silovs stopped 23 shots in Saturday's 2-1 loss to Calgary.
The 24-year-old netminder had little chance on either goal. The first came on a Connor Zary breakaway early in the first period, while the winner by Matthew Coronato was fired through a screen 42 seconds into the third. It was Silovs' first loss since Dec. 18, snapping a four-start win streak, but it was also the first time he allowed fewer than three goals since Nov. 14 against the Predators. On the season, Silovs is 8-6-6 over 20 outings with a 3.18 GAA and .886 save percentage, and while he's splitting the Pittsburgh crease with Stuart Skinner right now, that could soon change -- Skinner has given up just three goals on 69 shots over his last three starts.

Devin Cooley G | CGY
Flames' Devin Cooley: Sharp in fifth win
Cooley made 27 saves in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Penguins.
Both offenses looked sluggish in the afternoon contest, but Cooley was the sharper netminder, with the only puck to get past him coming on a Yegor Chinakhov one-timer midway through the second period. Cooley has been seeing little action behind Dustin Wolf, making only four appearances since the beginning of December. On the season, Cooley's just 5-4-2 in 14 outings despite an impressive 2.29 GAA and .918 save percentage.

Brandon Bussi G | CAR
Hurricanes' Brandon Bussi: Sees low volume in win
Bussi stopped 10 of 12 shots on goal in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Kraken.
Bussi faced just 12 attempts on goal Saturday and was at risk of a loss until Carolina's offense came to life late in the third period. With the win, the 27-year-old netminder is up to a 16-2-1 record with a 2.28 GAA and a .902 save percentage through 19 appearances this season. While Saturday's outing wasn't his most encouraging performance of the year, he used it to pick up his third consecutive win and fifth in six tries. While a few questions linger as to whether the undrafted goalie is the answer for Carolina in net, he continues to find the win column, making him a solid option across most two-goalie fantasy formats for the time being. His next chance to start is Monday in Detroit.

Joey Daccord G | SEA
Kraken's Joey Daccord: Late collapse in loss
Daccord turned aside 31 of 34 shots on net in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Hurricanes.
Daccord put together a strong performance through the first 50 minutes of the contest before allowing two goals in a three-minute span near the end of the final period. The 29-year-old goalie has a 12-10-5 record with a 2.83 GAA and a .902 save percentage across 27 outings this season. Despite the loss, his play has improved since the resurgence of Philipp Grubauer, which has allowed Daccord to alternate starts and receive consistent rest between outings. Since Dec. 20, Daccord has a 4-1-1 record with a 2.61 GAA and a .916 save percentage over six appearances. The Boston native remains a trustworthy option in most two-goalie fantasy formats with his steady workload and recent rate of success. If the Kraken continue to alternate starts, giving Grubauer the net in Monday's game at Madison Square Garden, Daccord will likely start Wednesday in New Jersey.

Connor Ingram G | EDM
Oilers' Connor Ingram: Falls in shootout
Ingram stopped 27 of 30 shots in Saturday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Kings.
Ingram kept the game close, as neither team was able to open a multi-goal advantage. In the shootout, Adrian Kempe had the lone tally for either side, leaving Ingram to take his third loss in his last four outings. Ingram has a 3-2-1 record with a 2.98 GAA and an .892 save percentage over six starts. The Oilers have utilized a goalie rotation with Ingram and Calvin Pickard. If that pattern holds, Pickard could start Monday in Chicago, and Ingram would follow with Tuesday's road game in Nashville. That said, Tristan Jarry (lower body) is eligible to return from long-term injured reserve as soon as Monday. Once Jarry is healthy, he'll command most of the playing time.

Anton Forsberg G | LA
Kings' Anton Forsberg: Collects shootout win
Forsberg stopped 21 of 24 shots in Saturday's 4-3 shootout win over the Oilers.
Forsberg wasn't able to make a third-period lead stick, but he turned aside Connor McDavid, Leon Draisaitl and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins in the shootout to come away with the win. Forsberg has just three wins over his last nine outings, allowing 21 goals on 222 shots in that span. For the season, he's up to 7-6-3 with a 2.65 GAA and a .900 save percentage over 17 appearances (15 starts). Darcy Kuemper has struggled since returning from an upper-body injury, so the opportunity may be there for Forsberg to get more time if he can consistently earn wins. The Kings' next game is Monday at home versus the Stars.

Jordan Binnington G | STL
Blues' Jordan Binnington: Not quite good enough in Vegas
Binnington stopped 21 of 24 shots in Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Golden Knights. The fourth goal was an empty-netter.
This was Binnington's fourth loss in his last five outings, but it was at least a reasonable performance. The 32-year-old netminder has allowed a total of 20 goals in those defeats, while he had a shutout in his lone win in that span. Binnington is at an 8-12-6 record with a 3.53 GAA and an .871 save percentage through 27 appearances, by far the worst numbers of his career. Fantasy managers in weekly leagues may want to avoid the Blues' crease altogether next week. They host the Hurricanes on Tuesday and the Lightning on Friday before visiting the Oilers on Jan. 18 to close out a three-game week against three of the league's six best offenses through Saturday's action.

Akira Schmid G | LV
Golden Knights' Akira Schmid: Light work Saturday
Schmid stopped 17 of 19 shots in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Blues.
Schmid has won back-to-back outings, allowing four goals on 43 shots in that span. The 25-year-old has a chance to carve out some time as the team's go-to starter in the absence of Adin Hill (lower body) and Carter Hart (lower body), with the latter being week-to-week after getting hurt Thursday. Schmid is up to 13-4-5 on the season with a 2.49 GAA and an .895 save percentage over 23 appearances. He may not get the nod Sunday in San Jose, but Schmid is likely to start either Wednesday in Los Angeles or Thursday at home versus the Maple Leafs.

Filip Gustavsson G | MIN
Wild's Filip Gustavsson: Takes overtime loss
Gustavsson stopped 23 of 27 shots in Saturday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Islanders.
Gustavsson has dropped his last two outings and three of his last five. The 27-year-old was unable to protect a trio of one-goal leads, and after a clean third period, Simon Holmstrom's second goal of the game decided the contest 1:34 into the extra session. Gustavsson slipped to 14-9-5 with a 2.53 GAA and a .911 save percentage over 28 starts. The Wild have benefited from a goalie rotation this season, and that's expected to lead to Jesper Wallstedt in net Monday versus the Devils before Gustavsson would get the nod Thursday against the Jets to close out the Wild's current homestand.

Ilya Sorokin G | NYI
Islanders' Ilya Sorokin: Wins in overtime
Sorokin stopped 33 of 36 shots in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over the Wild.
Sorokin was tested pretty heavily once again, but the Islanders were able to answer each of the Wild's goals. Simon Holmstrom secured the win for the Isles at 1:34 of overtime, giving Sorokin his second victory in a row since he returned from a lower-body injury. The 30-year-old netminder is up to 14-10-2 with a 2.47 GAA and a .915 save percentage over 26 starts. Those are his best marks in three years, and he has helped guide the Islanders to second in the Metropolitan Division. Sorokin is likely to get the nod again Tuesday in Winnipeg.
