Maple Leafs' Anthony Stolarz: In net to start second round
Stolarz will defend the home blue paint Monday against the Panthers in Game 1, according to David Alter of The Hockey News.
After winning the Stanley Cup with the Panthers last year, Stolarz will be tasked with eliminating his former club in this second-round Atlantic Division matchup. The 31-year-old helped Toronto eliminate Ottawa in six games in the first round, recording a 2.21 GAA and a .901 save percentage. Stolarz is 1-2-0 with a 3.06 GAA and an .886 save percentage over three career regular-season appearances versus Florida.

Panthers' Sergei Bobrovsky: Tending twine in Game 1
Bobrovsky will be between the road pipes in Toronto on Monday in Game 1, per Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald.
Bobrovsky posted a solid 2.21 GAA and a .901 save percentage over five outings in Florida's first-round series win against Tampa Bay. The Russian netminder went 3-1-0 while stopping 86 of 93 shots on goal against the Maple Leafs during the regular season. Toronto generated 3.17 goals per game in the first round versus Ottawa.

Ruslan Khazheyev G | CAR
Hurricanes' Ruslan Khazheyev: Dropped to minors
Khazheyev was loaned to AHL Chicago on Monday.
Khazheyev began the NHL playoffs as Carolina's third goaltender behind Frederik Andersen and Pyotr Kochetkov, but that role belongs to Spencer Martin now. The 20-year-old Khazheyev had a 5-13-0 record with a 3.48 GAA and an .876 save percentage over 20 AHL regular-season appearances in 2024-25.

Kevin Mandolese G | COL
Avalanche's Kevin Mandolese: Returned to minors
Mandolese was assigned to AHL Colorado on Sunday.
Mandolese will be an option for the Eagles in the Calder Cup Playoffs, but Trent Miner could remain the team's No. 1 netminder. The 24-year-old Mandolese had a record of 11-6-0 with a 2.87 GAA and a .903 save percentage in 19 AHL appearances during the regular season.

Jordan Binnington G | STL
Blues' Jordan Binnington: Heartbreaker in Game 7
Binnington stopped 43 of 47 shots in Sunday's 4-3 double-overtime loss to the Jets in Game 7.
Binnington came within seconds of upsetting the Presidents' Trophy winners, but Cole Perfetti's tip-in goal forced overtime. Adam Lowry completed the job for the Jets, leaving Binnington with a hard-luck loss in a series that could have gone either way. He went 3-4 with a 2.53 GAA and a .901 save percentage over seven playoff outings and largely outplayed Connor Hellebuyck in the opposite crease, but neither team was able to steal a road win in the series. Binnington's 2.69 GAA in the regular season was his best mark in four years despite a mediocre .900 save percentage over 56 appearances. He's under contract for two more years and is expected to be the Blues' top goalie as they look for better fortunes in 2025-26.

Connor Hellebuyck G | WPG
Jets' Connor Hellebuyck: Does just enough to advance
Hellebuyck stopped 26 of 29 shots in Sunday's 4-3 double-overtime win over the Blues in Game 7.
Hellebuyck stayed undefeated on home ice in the playoffs, but it took a late miracle from the Jets. They scored twice in the final two minutes of regulation with Hellebuyck on the bench for an extra attacker, and the 31-year-old finally had his moment with nearly two full scoreless periods in overtime before Adam Lowry's game-winner. Hellebuyck's 3.85 GAA and .830 save percentage over seven games are the worst numbers of any starting goalie still in the playoffs. He'll turn his attention to a second-round matchup versus the Stars, which begins in Winnipeg on Wednesday.

Jordan Binnington G | STL
Blues' Jordan Binnington: Defending crease in Game 7
Binnington will defend the road net versus Winnipeg on Sunday in Game 7, per Lou Korac of NHL.com.
Binnington has won three of his last four outings, including a 21-save effort in Friday's 5-2 victory over the Jets in Game 6. He has posted a 2.54 GAA and an .897 save percentage through six starts against Winnipeg this postseason. The winner of Sunday's matchup between St. Louis and Winnipeg will play against Dallas in the second round.

Connor Hellebuyck G | WPG
Jets' Connor Hellebuyck: In goal for Game 7
Hellebuyck will patrol the home crease against St. Louis on Sunday in Game 7, per Ken Wiebe of The Winnipeg Free Press.
Hellebuyck allowed five goals on 23 shots in Friday's 5-2 loss to the Blues in Game 6 before Eric Comrie entered the contest in the third period. The 31-year-old Hellebuyck has a dismal 4.42 GAA and a troubling .815 save percentage through six starts this postseason. However, he has won his last three outings in Winnipeg, as the home team has taken every game in the series. The winner of Sunday's matchup will face Dallas in the second round.

MacKenzie Blackwood G | COL
Avalanche's Mackenzie Blackwood: Falters in Game 7
Blackwood stopped 15 of 18 shots in Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Stars in Game 7. The fourth goal was an empty-netter.
The Avalanche went ahead 2-0 early in the third period, but Blackwood couldn't make the lead last. It wasn't all his fault -- two of the three goals he allowed came on Dallas power plays, including Wyatt Johnston's game-winner with 3:56 left in the contest. Blackwood wasn't at his best in a tough first-round matchup, going 3-4 with a 2.71 GAA and an .892 save percentage over seven games. He signed a five-year extension with the Avalanche in December, so he'll be the team's primary netminder heading into 2025-26.

Jake Oettinger G | DAL
Stars' Jake Oettinger: Holds on for Game 7 win
Oettinger stopped 25 of 27 shots in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Avalanche in Game 7.
Oettinger gave up the first two goals of the game, but the Stars lifted him with a third-period rally to advance to the second round. The first round was not Oettinger's best work, as he posted a 2.85 GAA and a .911 save percentage over seven appearances, but the quality of his opponent was a large factor in those numbers. He will remain in control of the crease in Round 2 against Winnipeg or St. Louis.
