Brandon Bussi G | CAR
Hurricanes' Brandon Bussi: Back in win column Friday
Bussi made 23 saves in Friday's 4-3 overtime win over the Maple Leafs.
Bussi gave up a goal in each regulation period, including William Nylander's tying tally midway through the third. However, the 27-year-old Bussi escaped Toronto with the victory when Alexander Nikishin ripped home the winner in overtime. Bussi has been shaky since the Olympic break, giving up more than three goals in four of six starts and losing three straight heading into Friday. Over that six-start stretch, he's gone 3-3-0 with a 3.87 GAA and .844 save percentage, and he's fallen into a timeshare with Frederik Andersen as a result.

Gabriel D'Aigle G | PIT
Penguins' Gabriel D'Aigle: Signs entry-level contract
D'Aigle inked a three-year, entry-level contract with the Penguins on Saturday.
Pittsburgh selected D'Aigle in the third round, 84th overall, during the 2025 NHL Draft. He has a 14-21-3 record with a 3.58 GAA and a .908 save percentage across 39 appearances with QMJHL Victoriaville this season. D'Aigle was the league's player of the week in mid-November, and he has posted a .920 save percentage since Nov. 1.

Vitek Vanecek G | UTA
Mammoth's Vitek Vanecek: Decent showing in loss
Vanecek stopped 20 of 22 shots in Friday's 4-1 loss to the Ducks. The last two goals by Anaheim were empty-netters.
Vanecek put in a decent effort, but it wasn't enough. He's allowed eight goals on 94 shots over his four appearances in March. The 30-year-old is down to 5-10-3 with a 2.71 GAA and an .891 save percentage over 18 appearances this season. The Mammoth's goaltending usage continues to be unpredictable for fantasy managers, especially without clear communication from head coach Andre Tourigny. Expect Karel Vejmelka in goal versus the Kings on Sunday. Vanecek has played well enough lately to get his fair share of looks, especially if the Mammoth want to keep Vejmelka -- the league's busiest goalie -- fresh for a potential playoff run.

Lukas Dostal G | ANA
Ducks' Lukas Dostal: Gets back in win column
Dostal allowed one goal on 30 shots in Friday's 4-1 win over the Mammoth.
Dostal has won three of his last five outings, and this was one of his best efforts in that span. The 25-year-old has faltered a bit late in the season, but the Ducks' strong offense gives him a bit of runway to still rack up wins regularly. For the year, the Czech netminder is 28-15-3 with a 3.01 GAA and an .893 save percentage through 48 appearances. The Ducks have a tough home matchup ahead, as they'll face the Sabres on Sunday.

Daniil Tarasov G | FLA
Panthers' Daniil Tarasov: Struggles in Calgary
Tarasov stopped 32 of 36 shots in Friday's 4-1 loss to the Flames.
Tarasov kept the game fairly close until late in the third period. A.J. Greer was given a game misconduct for a reckless hit, and the Flames were able to cash in twice on the ensuing major penalty to pull away. Tarasov's results have been poor lately -- he's 1-6-0 with 28 goals allowed on 210 shots over his last seven outings. For the season, the 26-year-old goalie is 9-12-2 with a 3.00 GAA and an .896 save percentage through 24 appearances, which matches his career high. He'll get a fair amount of work down the stretch as the Panthers have lately avoided overworking Sergei Bobrovsky in what's become a lost campaign. The Panthers' next game is versus the Kraken on Tuesday.
-
Dustin Wolf G | CGY
Flames' Dustin Wolf: Steady in Friday's win
Wolf allowed a goal on 25 shots in Friday's 4-1 win over the Panthers.
Wolf has won three of his seven outings in March, allowing 21 goals on 173 shots in those contests. The 24-year-old netminder is up to 20-25-3 with a 2.98 GAA and an .897 save percentage over 50 appearances this season. Wolf won't match his 29-win total from last year, and he's regressed across the board while backstopping a weak team. The Flames' next game is a tough matchup Sunday versus the Lightning.
-
Arvid Soderblom G | CHI
Blackhawks' Arvid Soderblom: Under siege in loss
Soderblom allowed four goals on 49 shots in Friday's 4-1 loss to the Avalanche.
Soderblom was under pressure all game as the Avalanche outshot the Blackhawks 49-20. The 26-year-old did his best to keep the game close, but that was an uphill battle from the start. It's a third straight loss for Soderblom, who has given up 12 goals on 100 shots in that span. He's now at a 6-11-3 record with a 3.72 GAA and an .879 save percentage over 21 outings this season. Spencer Knight is likely to get the nod Sunday at home versus the Predators.
-
MacKenzie Blackwood G | COL
Avalanche's Mackenzie Blackwood: Cruises to win
Blackwood stopped 19 of 20 shots in Friday's 4-1 win over the Blackhawks.
Blackwood had gone winless over his previous four outings, allowing 14 goals on just 68 shots in that span. The 29-year-old wasn't tested much Friday, and he was able to limit the damage to a Wyatt Kaiser goal in the second period while the Avalanche's top players led the charge. Blackwood is up to 19-8-1 with a 2.43 GAA and a .905 save percentage over 30 appearances this season, making him a reliable source of wins even as his ratios have started to falter lately. The Avalanche's next game is Sunday versus the Capitals.

Lucas Beckman G | OTT
Senators' Lucas Beckman: Posts sixth shutout of season
Beckman recorded a 19-save shutout in QMJHL Chicoutimi's 1-0 overtime win over Quebec on Friday.
Beckman is up to six shutouts this season and improved to 16-15-3 with a 2.62 GAA and a .916 save percentage over 37 appearances. He's earned four of his shutouts in 14 outings with Chicoutimi after a midseason trade from Baie-Comeau. The Senators prospect is years away from being an NHL candidate, but he has looked good behind a strong team lately.

Karel Vejmelka G | UTA
Mammoth's Karel Vejmelka: Not starting Friday
Vejmelka will not start at home Friday versus the Ducks, contrary to a previous report.
For the second time in less than a week, Vejmelka was incorrectly assumed to be the starter. The Mammoth will still start Vejmelka most of the time, but Vitek Vanecek will get the nod for the second half of a back-to-back after Vejmelka shut out the Golden Knights on Thursday. Expect Vejmelka to get back between the pipes Sunday versus the Kings.
