Marcus Hogberg G | NYI
Islanders' Marcus Hogberg: Left hanging in OT
Hogberg conceded four goals on 35 shots in Saturday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Flames.
Hogberg faced his second-largest workload of the season in an entertaining matchup between two teams battling to make the playoffs. The Swedish netminder had to fend for himself on the winning goal -- Nazem Kadri was left uncontested when he ripped a shot past Hogberg from the left circle to pull off the comeback win for Calgary. Hogberg is 2-3-1 through nine appearances in 2024-25 but has posted a solid .930 save percentage and 1.99 GAA. Ilya Sorokin will likely be between the pipes Monday versus Columbus.

Darcy Kuemper G | LA
Kings' Darcy Kuemper: Drawing home start
Kuemper will patrol the home crease against the Bruins on Sunday, according to Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site.
Kuemper will start in the second half of a back-to-back after David Rittich was in goal for Saturday's 7-2 win over the Hurricanes. Kuemper has been locked in over his last six outings, earning a 5-1-0 record, .964 save percentage and 0.83 GAA. The Bruins also played Saturday -- they struggled to generate offense in a 3-1 loss to the Sharks. Kuemper is a strong play for this home matchup.

Jeremy Swayman G | BOS
Bruins' Jeremy Swayman: Tending twine in Los Angeles
Swayman will serve as the starting netminder for Sunday's road game against Los Angeles, Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site reports.
Swayman has struggled in recent outings, going 0-3-0 with a 5.65 GAA and .847 save percentage over his last three starts. He'll attempt to turn things around against the Kings, who are tied for 20th in the NHL with 2.87 goals per game this season.

Dan Vladar G | PHI
Flames' Dan Vladar: Victorious in overtime Saturday
Vladar made 26 saves on 29 shots in Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over the Islanders.
Vladar now has wins in back-to-back games after going 0-1-1 in his first three appearances in March. He's played pretty well in limited opportunities of late -- since Feb. 2, the 27-year-old has posted a 4-1-1 record, 2.16 GAA and .919 save percentage across seven outings. Dustin Wolf has handled the heaviest workload of his young career with 42 appearances this season, so Vladar's strong play recently could earn the latter more starts going forward if Wolf shows signs of being overworked down the stretch.

Lukas Dostal G | ANA
Ducks' Lukas Dostal: Tending twine Sunday
Dostal will be between the home pipes Sunday versus the Hurricanes, according to Derek Lee of The Hockey News.
Dostal has conceded a total of nine goals on 45 shots in back-to-back losses. He has a subpar 3-4-1 record, .895 save percentage and 3.26 GAA across eight games in March. Carolina was blitzed to the tune of seven goals in a loss to the Kings on Saturday, while the Ducks have been off since Thursday.
-
Frederik Andersen G | CAR
Hurricanes' Frederik Andersen: Drawing start against Anaheim
Andersen will defend the road crease against the Ducks on Sunday, Ducks PA Announcer Phil Hulett reports.
Andersen and Pyotr Kochetkov have alternated starts recently, and that trend will continue in the second half of a back-to-back set Sunday. Andersen has picked up wins in each of his last four starts, posting a 1.50 GAA and .939 save percentage during that time.

Thatcher Demko G | VAN
Canucks' Thatcher Demko: No timetable to return
Demko (lower body) practiced Sunday but doesn't yet have a timetable to return to game action, Mike Morreale of NHL.com reports.
Demko has been sidelined since early February, and while he was initially expected to serve as the backup netminder Thursday against the Blues, he ultimately remained on injured reserve. However, he's reportedly been feeling better recently, so he appears to be trending in the right direction.

Sam Montembeault G | MON
Canadiens' Sam Montembeault: Concedes four in shootout loss
Montembeault stopped 33 of 37 shots on net in Saturday's 5-4 shootout loss to the Avalanche.
Montembeault conceded two goals in the first 10 minutes of the game before allowing one more tally in each of the next two periods. He was eventually bested by Charlie Coyle and Brock Nelson in the shootout to hand Montembeault his second overtime loss in a row. The 28-year-old netminder has a 25-21-6 record with a 2.88 GAA and a .900 save percentage. Montembeault has seen a heavy workload recently as the Canadiens make their playoff push, starting the team's last four games and facing 109 shots over that span. His volume of appearances in net gives him good value in fantasy moving forward.
-
MacKenzie Blackwood G | COL
Avalanche's Mackenzie Blackwood: Holds on in shootout win
Blackwood made 25 saves on 29 shots in Saturday's 5-4 shootout win against Montreal.
Blackwood allowed three goals in the third period as the Canadiens forced overtime, but he conceded just one tally to Patrik Laine in the shootout and made a big save against Christian Dvorak on Montreal's last attempt. With the win, Blackwood has a 25-17-6 record with a 2.52 GAA and a .913 save percentage in 49 outings this season. Saturday was the 28-year-old netminder's first win since he capped a four-game winning streak March 8. He has been frequently alternating with Scott Wedgewood in net due to Blackwood's second-half struggles, but Blackwood could see more consistent playing time if he regains form. His next opportunity to guard the crease is Tuesday at home against Detroit.

Jordan Binnington G | STL
Blues' Jordan Binnington: Tending twine Sunday
Binnington will protect the home net against Nashville on Sunday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.
Binnington will get the second half of St. Louis' back-to-back after Joel Hofer played in Saturday's 4-1 win over Chicago. The 31-year-old Binnington has won his last two outings, stopping 38 of 43 shots. He has a 22-21-4 record with three shutouts, a 2.81 GAA and an .897 save percentage through 48 appearances this season. Nashville is coming off a 5-2 win over Toronto on Saturday, but the Predators sit 32nd in the league with 2.57 goals per game in 2024-25.
