Joey Daccord G | SEA
Kraken's Joey Daccord: Pulled in Tuesday's loss
Daccord allowed five goals on 21 shots in Tuesday's 7-2 loss to the Blues.
Daccord was pulled for Niklas Kokko about midway through the contest. It was the second time all season Daccord had given up five goals in a game. The 28-year-old's record dropped to 20-15-3 with a 2.55 GAA and a .914 save percentage through 40 appearances. He continues to handle a heavy workload as the Kraken's starter, though the team may be interested in getting Kokko more looks since any hope of a playoff berth is growing faint. The Kraken are back home against the Canucks on Saturday.

Jordan Binnington G | STL
Blues' Jordan Binnington: Plenty of support in win
Binnington stopped 25 of 27 shots in Tuesday's 7-2 win over the Kraken.
The Blues had a 6-0 lead after two periods. Binnington allowed former teammates Vince Dunn and Jaden Schwartz to score in the third, but the Blues' lead was never in any danger. This was a third straight win in NHL play for Binnington, who has given up eight goals on 77 shots in that span. He's up to 17-19-4 with a 2.82 GAA and an .899 save percentage through 41 appearances. Binnington hasn't started three straight games since Dec. 29-Jan. 3, but that could change if he gets the nod Thursday in a challenging road matchup against the Capitals.

Filip Gustavsson G | MIN
Wild's Filip Gustavsson: Falters even with light workload
Gustavsson stopped 13 of 16 shots in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to the Red Wings.
The Wild's defense played well, but Gustavsson didn't reward the effort. He instead squandered a 2-0 lead, with two of the goals being long-range blasts from the point by defenseman Simon Edvinsson. Gustavsson has won four of his last seven games, but he's given up a total of 13 goals on 98 shots in the three losses in that span. The 26-year-old netminder is down to 22-12-3 with a 2.64 GAA and a .914 save percentage over 38 starts this season. The Wild have a road back-to-back up next -- they visit Utah on Thursday and Colorado on Friday, so expect Gustavsson and Marc-Andre Fleury to split that pair of games.

Andrei Vasilevskiy G | TB
Lightning's Andrei Vasilevskiy: Sixth straight win
Vasilevskiy made 23 saves in a 4-1 win over Edmonton on Tuesday.
The only goal that got past him came on a one-timer from the stick of Leon Draisaitl on a first-period power play. Vasilevskiy has been rock solid since the end of January. He has put up six consecutive starts, and he hasn't lost in regulation in his last eight games (7-0-1). Since the 4 Nations break, Vasy has allowed just one goal in each of his two starts. The break is exactly what the busy superstar needed to recharge his batteries for the stretch run.

Stuart Skinner G | PIT
Oilers' Stuart Skinner: Scuffles continue
Skinner made 33 saves in a 4-1 loss to the Lightning on Tuesday.
Skinner has scuffled since the mid-point of January, going 2-5-1 in nine starts and registering an .886 save percentage in that span. His .898 save percentage overall is 35th among goalies with at least 15 starts this season, and his 2.84 GAA is 34th. Skinner remains the Oilers starter, and he has delivered 20 wins this season (20-14-4). His game doesn't instill confidence, but Skinner has a chance to be OK enough to get the Oilers through a few playoff rounds as long as his team can put up goals.

Cam Talbot G | DET
Red Wings' Cam Talbot: Settles in after first period
Talbot stopped 22 of 24 shots in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Wild.
Talbot's first period looked like a continuation of his overtime loss to the Wild on Saturday, as he allowed two goals in the opening frame. He was able to settle in from there, and the Red Wings supported him by earning a comeback win. This was the first time in four outings that Talbot allowed fewer than three goals -- he is 2-1-1 with 13 goals allowed in that span. For the season, he improved to 17-11-3 with a 2.85 GAA and a .905 save percentage through 33 appearances. The Red Wings' next two games are against the Blue Jackets, with the first coming at Little Caesars Arena on Thursday before the Stadium Series game at Ohio Stadium on Saturday.

Juuse Saros G | NSH
Predators' Juuse Saros: In goal Tuesday
Saros will patrol the home crease against Florida on Tuesday, Brooks Bratten of the Predators' official site reports.
Saros is coming off a 31-save performance in Saturday's 2-1 win over Colorado. He has a 12-23-6 record with four shutouts, a 2.90 GAA and a .900 save percentage across 42 appearances this season. Florida is tied for seventh in the league with 3.26 goals per game in 2024-25.

Jonas Johansson G | TB
Lightning's Jonas Johansson: Will not suit up
Johansson (lower body) is not in uniform for Tuesday's game versus the Oilers, Gabby Shirley of FanDuel Sports Network Florida & Sun reports.
Andrei Vasilevskiy is starting, with Matt Tomkins filling the backup role. Johansson will miss his eighth straight contest, and it's not yet clear when he'll be able to return to practice. Until Tomkins is reassigned to AHL Syracuse, it's safe to assume Johansson will remain out of the lineup.

Andrei Vasilevskiy G | TB
Lightning's Andrei Vasilevskiy: Receiving starting nod
Vasilevskiy will be between the pipes at home versus the Oilers on Tuesday, Erik Erlendsson of LightningInsider.com reports.
It's a matchup of top-five offenses, as the Oilers (3.30 goals per game) visit the Lightning (3.57 goals per game). Vasilevskiy may be the difference here, as he has played at an elite level in goal. He's 6-0-1 over his last seven goals with a 2.01 GAA and a .939 save percentage in that span. Vasilevskiy will have his hands full with Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl, but the 30-year-old Russian netminder is one who could meet the challenge.

John Gibson G | DET
Ducks' John Gibson: Out again Tuesday
Gibson (upper body) won't play Tuesday versus the Sabres.
Gibson will miss a second straight game since he was injured Saturday versus the Bruins. Lukas Dostal will again get the start with Oscar Dansk filling the backup role in Buffalo on Tuesday. Gibson's next chance to play is Thursday at home versus the Canucks.
