Filip Gustavsson G | MIN
Wild's Filip Gustavsson: Left out to dry
Gustavsson allowed six goals on 52 shots in Saturday's 6-0 loss to the Senators.
Gustavsson received no help in any capacity -- the Wild mustered just 16 shots on net while giving up chances in spades. The Senators put the game to rest with three goals during a five-minute power play in the third period after Ryan Hartman's match penalty at the end of the second. Gustavsson had won his previous two starts, but before that, he went five straight games allowing at least four goals. The 26-year-old is now 20-11-3 with a 2.66 GAA and a .913 save percentage through 35 starts, but he's allowed 54 goals over 17 games since the start of December. The Wild's next game is Tuesday in Boston.

Juuse Saros G | NSH
Predators' Juuse Saros: Strong effort in loss
Saros made 33 saves on 35 shots in Saturday's 3-0 loss to the Penguins. Pittsburgh's final goal was scored on an empty net.
Saros returned to the crease after missing Friday's contest in Buffalo due to an illness. He looked good close to the net but surrendered two shots from long distance to Philip Tomasino and Sidney Crosby. The 29-year-old keeper now has an 11-21-6 record, four shutouts, a .902 save percentage and a 2.84 GAA across 39 contests this season. Saros should continue to receive the majority of the opportunities to guard Nashville's net, but as the Predators have just 43 points on the year, he will have less value in leagues that value goalie wins. The netminder's next chance to start will be at home Monday against the Senators.

Alex Nedeljkovic G | SJ
Penguins' Alex Nedeljkovic: Picks up first shutout
Nedeljkovic tended his first shutout of the season, stopping all 25 shots he saw in Saturday's 3-0 win over the Predators.
Saturday's performance was Nedeljkovic's best of the season and the ninth shutout of his career. The 29-year-old netminder is up to an 11-9-4 record with an .899 save percentage and a 3.02 GAA in 25 appearances. He has excelled as of late with a 4-2-0 record and 172 saves across his last six outings. For the time being, the Penguins have found a direction for their crease and will likely continue to view Nedeljkovic as their top option. His inconsistencies from earlier this season, however, make him a play suited best for deeper leagues. His next opportunity to guard the crease will be Tuesday against New Jersey.

Frederik Andersen G | CAR
Hurricanes' Frederik Andersen: Poor showing in loss
Andersen stopped 22 of 26 shots in Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Kings.
Andersen took his first loss in four starts since he returned from a long-term knee injury. The 35-year-old netminder had no answers for the Kings' middle-six in this contest, though the Hurricanes have been battling an illness in the locker room that may have impacted some players' performances. Andersen is now 6-2-0 with a 2.12 GAA and a .913 save percentage over eight starts this season. He's in an even rotation with Pyotr Kochetkov -- if it holds, Andersen's last start before the break for the 4 Nations Face-Off would be Thursday in Minnesota.
-
Darcy Kuemper G | LA
Kings' Darcy Kuemper: Earns win to end road trip
Kuemper stopped 26 of 28 shots in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Hurricanes.
Kuemper had gone 1-2-1 with 10 goals allowed over his last four games. The 34-year-old finally received some goal support -- the Kings scored more than two goals for the first time in eight games. Kuemper improved to 15-6-6 with a 2.16 GAA and a .920 save percentage through 28 appearances this season. The Kings will play three more times before the 4 Nations Face-Off, with home games versus the Canadiens on Wednesday, the Stars on Friday and the Ducks on Saturday. Kuemper is likely to start two of those contests.

Ilya Sorokin G | NYI
Islanders' Ilya Sorokin: Sixth straight win
Sorokin made 28 saves Saturday in a 3-2 overtime victory over the Lightning.
Sorokin has six wins in a row, including a brief relief appearance, and has eight victories in his last nine outings. He has allowed just six goals and has one shutout on his current six-game streak. He's as dialed in as he's ever been, and with the Islanders within three points of a Wild Card spot, Sorokin will be in the blue paint more often than not.

Jakub Skarek G | SJ
Islanders' Jakub Skarek: Set to start Sunday
Skarek will start Sunday on the road versus the Panthers, Stefen Rosner of NHL.com reports.
Skarek will get the second half of a back-to-back after Ilya Sorokin took a 3-2 overtime win over the Lightning on Saturday. Sunday's start will be Skarek's first career NHL appearance, and it comes against the defending champions, who won a 5-1 game over the Blackhawks on Saturday. Skarek should be faded by fantasy managers Sunday, given his inexperience and the challenge presented by the opponent.

Connor Hellebuyck G | WPG
Jets' Connor Hellebuyck: Outlasts Capitals
Hellebuyck turned aside 25 of 29 shots faced during Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over the Capitals.
Despite losing a two-goal in the third period, Hellebuyck was victorious thanks to Josh Morrissey's game-winning goal less than two minutes into overtime. The 31-year-old Hellebuyck has won nine of his last 10 starts and is building a strong case to defend his Vezina Trophy title.
-
Logan Thompson G | WAS
Capitals' Logan Thompson: Saddled with loss
Thompson turned aside 25 of 30 shots faced during Saturday's 5-4 overtime loss to the Jets.
Thompson had won his previous six starts, but Connor Hellebuyck outdueled him in Washington's first home game following a five-game road trip. The 27-year-old Thompson remains among the elite of fantasy netminders this season, so keep rolling him out regularly.

Stuart Skinner G | PIT
Oilers' Stuart Skinner: Starting against Maple Leafs
Skinner will patrol the home crease against Toronto on Saturday, per Tony Brar of Oilers TV.
Skinner is coming off a 33-save effort in a 3-2 shootout loss to Detroit on Thursday. He has a 19-11-4 record with two shutouts, a 2.66 GAA and a .903 save percentage over 34 appearances this season. Toronto ranks 13th in the league with 3.04 goals per game in 2024-25.
