The young defenseman has taken a step up offensively this season while maintaining his defensive impact, as he's tied for 11th in the NHL in blocked shots. The future is bright for Clarke, who profiles as a solid defenseman in nearly all fantasy formats moving forward.

    Ward tallied a goal, put two shots on net and recorded two hits in Saturday's 6-4 loss to New Jersey.

    Ward recorded the third goal of the second period for Los Angeles to take a 3-2 lead through 32 minutes. The twine finder brought him up to three goals, six points, 31 shots on net and 26 hits across 24 games this season. Since his Jan. 7 call-up, Ward has played well in a fourth-line role.

  • Devils' Dougie Hamilton: Supplies two helpers in win

    Hamilton recorded two assists, blocked two shots, served two PIM and dished out two hits in Saturday's 6-4 win over the Kings.

    Hamilton played a big role down the stretch for New Jersey, as he picked up a secondary helper on two of the team's four tallies in the final stanza. The pair of apples brought him up to 20 assists on the season to go along with 29 points, 170 shots on net, 67 hits and 60 blocked shots across 61 games. Since Feb. 26, he has six assists and eight points across eight games. He should continue to see a sizable chunk of minutes for the team in all situations, giving him strong fantasy value in category-based leagues for the remainder of the regular season.

    Devils' Jack Hughes: Stays hot with GWG Saturday

    Hughes scored the game-winning goal and put two shots on net in Saturday's 6-4 win over Los Angeles.

    Hughes struck the back of the net on a power play late in the third period to record Saturday's go-ahead goal. Since the Olympics, the 24-year-old center has five goals, 12 points and 30 shots on net across nine games. Overall, he remains above a point per game on the season with 48 points across 45 appearances. Hughes has directly elevated New Jersey's offense when healthy this season and should continue to play a big role for the team both at even strength and with a man advantage. He holds high-end fantasy value in leagues that place a premium on offensive contributions.

    Glass tallied a goal and placed two shots on net in Saturday's 6-4 win over the Kings.

    Glass placed the first tally on the scoreboard Saturday with a goal just under eight minutes into regulation. He's up to 15 goals on the season, which is his new career high. Overall, the 26-year-old center now has 22 points, 88 shots on net, 35 hits and 31 blocked shots through 54 games this season. Glass has been highly efficient in March with two goals on just six shots on net. He also has an assist, three hits and four blocked shots over his last six games. His emergence as a low-end category coverage player gives him decent streaming value in deep fantasy leagues for the time being.

    Meier scored an empty-net goal, distributed an assist, put two shots on net and recorded two hits in Saturday's 6-4 win over Los Angeles.

    Meier picked up a primary helper in the first period before later depositing an empty-net goal to seal Saturday's win. The pair of points raised him up to 18 goals, 15 assists, 217 shots on net, 110 hits and 39 blocked shots through 61 games this season. Since the Olympics, he has 41 shots on net, which is tied for second in the NHL in that span. His steady stream of shots has paid off with four goals in his last nine games, placing him on track for his fifth consecutive campaign with 20 goals or more. Meier holds strong value in fantasy leagues that value category coverage.

  • Devils' Arseny Gritsyuk: Grabs pair of points in win

    Gritsyuk tallied a goal, picked up an assist and fired five shots on net in Saturday's 6-4 win over the Kings.

    Gritsyuk posted his second multi-point game of March during Saturday's contest, as he picked up the lone helper on Cody Glass' opening goal before later finding twine himself to kick off the third period. With the pair of points, Gritsyuk now has 12 goals, 29 points, 139 shots on net and 52 hits across 62 games this season. The 24-year-old rookie has compiled six points over his last six games and profiles as a solid middle-six winger for New Jersey for years to come.

    Hischier scored his first goal of the game midway through the opening period before he played a hand in three of New Jersey's four tallies in the third. With the four-point outing, he is up to 23 goals, 27 assists, 172 shots on net, 51 hits and 53 blocked shots across 66 games this season. Saturday's game helped the 27-year-old center reach 50 points on the season, securing the half-century mark in points or higher for the fifth consecutive year. Hischier continues to offer strong category coverage for fantasy purposes, giving him strong value in most league formats for the remainder of the regular season.

  • Wild's Filip Gustavsson: Falls to Rangers

    Gustavsson stopped 14 shots in Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Rangers.

    Minnesota dominated play on home ice and out-shot New York 48-18, but Igor Shesterkin stood on his head in the other crease to steal a win. For his part, Gustavsson might want another crack at a Vladislav Gavrikov tally late in the first period -- the defenseman slapped a no-look backhand toward the net from a sharp angle, and Gustavsson was late squeezing the near post -- but otherwise he couldn't be faulted for the result.     Rangers' Adam Fox: Two helpers in Saturday's win

    Fox notched two assists in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Wild.

    He extended his point streak to four games with helpers on a Vladislav Gavrikov tally in the first period and a Vincent Trocheck goal in the second. Fox needed a few games after the Olympic break to shake off the rust after he missed most of January with a lower-body injury, but through seven games in March he's collected a goal and six points, with half of that production (one goal, two assists) coming on the power play.
