  • Mammoth's Maveric Lamoureux: Ends slump in big way

Lamoureux scored two goals in AHL Tucson's 5-4 win over San Jose on Sunday.

Prior to Sunday, Lamoureux had gone 19 games without a point. The 22-year-old defenseman has had some troubles this season with just 16 points over 52 outings, which isn't all that much better than his 13-point effort in 42 regular-season contests a year ago. Lamoureux will need to show more on offense to get an extended look in the NHL.

  • Oilers' Leon Draisaitl: No update on status after game

Draisaitl suffered an undisclosed injury during Sunday's 3-1 win over Nashville, and there was no update on his status after the game, per Tony Brar of Oilers TV.

Draisaitl took a hit from Ozzy Wiesblatt in the first period, which resulted in the former exiting the game. Draisaitl opened the scoring against the Predators with a power-play marker, extending his point streak to nine games (six goals, 11 helpers) in the process. Considering head coach Kris Knoblauch did not have any information to relay about Draisaitl's status, the 30-year-old all-world forward should be considered day-to-day ahead of Tuesday's home divisional matchup against San Jose.

  • Sharks' Alexander Wennberg: No timeline for return

Head coach Ryan Warsofsky said Sunday that Wennberg (upper body) has no timeline for a return to the lineup, Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Wennberg suffered his upper-body injury during Saturday's 4-2 win in Montreal. Igor Chernyshov is also dealing with an upper-body injury, so Pavol Regenda and Philipp Kurashev got back into the lineup in Sunday's 7-4 loss in Ottawa. The Sharks conclude their road trip Tuesday in Edmonton, so a more substantial update on Wennberg's status may not be available until the team returns to San Jose.

  • Kirby Dach C | MON

Canadiens' Kirby Dach: Injured against Anaheim

Dach sustained an upper-body injury during Sunday's game against the Ducks and will not return.

Dach left the game after taking a hit during the first period, per Stu Cowan of The Montreal Gazette. If the right-shot forward is unable to suit up in Tuesday's divisional matchup against Boston, Zachary Bolduc will more than likely draw back into the lineup.

  • Joey Daccord G | SEA

    Kraken's Joey Daccord: Facing Florida

Daccord is getting the start at home Sunday against the Panthers, according to Joe Pohoryles of Emerald City Spectrum.

Daccord has dropped his last three outings, allowing a total of 13 goals on 78 shots (.833 save percentage) in losses to Ottawa, Nashville and Colorado. Overall, the 29-year-old has an 18-16-5 record, 2.92 GAA and .901 save percentage over 39 outings in 2025-26. Daccord will face a Florida squad that has scored nine goals during its three-game winning streak.

  • Oilers' Ryan Nugent-Hopkins: Back in action

Nugent-Hopkins (personal) is suiting up for Sunday's home matchup against Nashville, per Tony Brar of Oilers TV.

Nugent-Hopkins will skate on the third line with Jason Dickinson and Jack Roslovic on Sunday after missing Friday's game in St. Louis. The 32-year-old Nugent-Hopkins has put up 17 goals, 50 points, 102 shots and a minus-8 rating through 57 appearances in 2025-26.

  • Predators' Justus Annunen: Set to start in Alberta

Annunen is drawing the start for Sunday's game in Edmonton, Brooks Bratten of the Predators' official site reports.

Annunen's last start was March 3 in Columbus -- he allowed three goals on 27 shots in a 3-2 loss. The 26-year-old is 6-8-2 with a 3.15 GAA and an .886 save percentage across 20 appearances this season. Edmonton is tied for second in the NHL with 3.51 goals per game in 2025-26 and will have Ryan Nugent-Hopkins (personal) back in the lineup Sunday.

  • Bobby Brink RW | MIN

Wild's Bobby Brink: Unavailable against Toronto

Brink (upper body) will remain sidelined against the Maple Leafs on Sunday, per Dylan Loucks of The Hockey News.

Brink will miss his third consecutive contest due to his upper-body injury. The 24-year-old's next opportunity to get back into the lineup will be in Chicago on Tuesday. If Brink is ready for that game against the Blackhawks, Nico Sturm will probably be a healthy scratch.

  • Jack Nesbitt C | PHI

Flyers' Jack Nesbitt: Earns three points for Windsor

Nesbitt scored a goal and added two assists in OHL Windsor's 8-2 win over London on Sunday.

Nesbitt has a goal and six assists over four contests in March. The Flyers prospect has seen mostly stagnant offense from last year to this year, posting 19 goals and 52 points through 52 outings after coming up a point short of a point-per-game pace in 65 outings in 2024-25. Nesbitt was selected 12th overall in 2025, so there will be higher expectations for the 19-year-old heading into next season, though he could help with a strong playoff run in the OHL.

  • Lukas Dostal G | ANA

Ducks' Lukas Dostal: Drawing start in Montreal

Dostal will patrol the road blue paint Sunday against the Canadiens, according to the NHL media site.

Dostal will get the start in the second half of a back-to-back after Ville Husso occupied the crease in Saturday's 2-0 loss in Ottawa. The Canadiens are also on the second half of a back-to-back -- they lost 4-2 at home against the Sharks on Saturday. Dostal earned a win against the Canadiens in Anaheim on March 6, but he gave up five goals on 28 shots in that game. Moreover, Dostal has conceded exactly five goals in four of his last seven appearances.
