Cole Perfetti C | WPG
Jets' Cole Perfetti: Notches pair of helpers
Perfetti logged two assists, three shots on goal, two hits and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 6-4 loss to the Lightning.
Perfetti snapped a three-game slide with the two helpers. The 24-year-old remained on the top line amid a shuffling of the forward combinations for this contest. While the Jets' hot start has quickly faded, Perfetti is still in a good spot for offense. He has six goals, five assists, 38 shots on net, 22 hits and a plus-2 rating across 13 appearances on the year.

Jeffrey Viel LW | TB
Lightning's Jeffrey Viel: Picks up first helper of season
Viel notched an assist in Thursday's 6-4 win over the Jets.
The helper was Viel's first point in nine games for the Lightning. The 29-year-old was signed to a five-year contract in July, which was a bit of a head-scratcher at the time even at a reasonable $2.5 million cap hit. He has done what he was supposed to do -- add toughness. He's logged 29 hits and 16 PIM so far and should continue to ramp up the physicality whenever he's in the lineup.

Conor Geekie C | TB
Lightning's Conor Geekie: Tallies in win
Geekie scored a goal on two shots and added five hits in Thursday's 6-4 win over the Jets.
Geekie has scored in consecutive contests, adding five shots on net in that span. The 22-year-old forward continues to fill a bottom-six role at even strength while featuring on the second power-play unit. He's up to three goals, 16 shots and 36 hits across 12 outings, and he looks like he'll be in the Lightning's lineup more often than not this year.

Tim Stutzle C | OTT
Senators' Tim Stutzle: Trio of helpers in overtime loss
Stutzle logged three assists, three hits and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Kings.
Stutzle saw a four-game point streak snapped in Vegas on Tuesday. He bounced back Thursday with the three helpers, including one on the power play. The 24-year-old center continues to spearhead the Senators' offense from the top line and first power-play unit. Stutzle has an impressive eight goals, 11 assists, 27 shots on net, 34 hits and a plus-4 rating across 14 appearances this season.

Tyler Kleven D | OTT
Senators' Tyler Kleven: Scores Thursday
Kleven scored a goal on two shots and blocked two shots in Thursday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Kings.
Kleven snapped a seven-game point drought with the tally. He was back in a third-pairing role after spending most of the first month of the season filling in higher up the lineup due to numerous injuries on the Senators' blue line. Now, Kleven will have to maintain a decent level of play to avoid losing time to Carter Yakemchuk. Kleven has two goals, one assist, 19 shots on net, 25 hits, 38 blocked shots, eight PIM and a plus-4 rating over 14 appearances. He's not a great source of offense but can pile up non-scoring production.

Shane Pinto C | OTT
Senators' Shane Pinto: Tallies in Thursday's loss
Pinto scored a goal on two shots and added three hits in Thursday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Kings.
Pinto has three goals over his last five games, and he's racked up 14 shots on net in that span. The third-line center continues to chip in decent supporting offense, in part thanks to his power-play usage. Pinto is up to four goals, five assists, 28 shots, 25 hits, eight blocked shots, eight PIM and a minus-4 rating across 14 appearances this season.

Drake Batherson RW | OTT
Senators' Drake Batherson: Picks up three points in overtime loss
Batherson scored a goal on three shots and added a pair of assists in Thursday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Kings.
One of the helpers came on the power play. Batherson has five goals and six helpers during his six-game point streak. He's been a steady contributor on offense this season with eight goals, eight assists, 32 shots on net, 28 hits, 10 PIM and a plus-3 rating through 14 appearances. Batherson's shooting 25.0 percent this year, even higher than his career-best 19.8 percent in 2025-26. While he's often shown the ability to be efficient, he'll likely fade from his current scoring pace as 2026-27 progresses.

Dylan Cozens C | OTT
Senators' Dylan Cozens: Pops off with three points
Cozens scored twice, supplied an assist and added four hits in Thursday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Kings.
One of Cozens' tallies came on the power play. He was a central figure in the Senators' third-period rally to force overtime. The 25-year-old center has started to get his season on track after a slow start. He's up to three goals, five assists, 30 shots on net, 39 hits, eight PIM and six blocked shots over 14 appearances. Cozens has potential to put up big numbers both on offense and in the physical categories from a second-line role.

Samuel Ersson G | OTT
Senators' Samuel Ersson: Works in relief Thursday
Ersson allowed two goals on 22 shots in Thursday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Kings.
Ersson came on in the middle of the second period to relieve Jonas Johansson, who allowed four goals on 16 shots. This had been Johansson's third straight start in place of the injured Linus Ullmark (lower body). Ersson has yet to pick up a win in six outings this season, going 0-3-1 with a 4.46 GAA and an .849 save percentage. Look for Ersson and Johansson to split the Senators' next two games, which are Saturday in San Jose and Sunday in Anaheim. Neither of Ottawa's current two goalies is much of an option in most fantasy formats.

Jonas Johansson G | OTT
Senators' Jonas Johansson: Pulled in second period
Johansson stopped 12 of 16 shots in Thursday's 6-5 overtime loss to the Kings.
Johansson lasted just past the halfway mark of regulation before he was pulled amid a flurry of goals by the Kings. He was ultimately spared from taking the loss as the Senators overcame the deficit he created before losing in overtime. Johansson has allowed 10 goals on 72 shots across three appearances since getting the call-up from AHL Belleville to replace the injured Linus Ullmark (lower body). With this performance, Johansson will likely have to settle for backup duties Saturday versus the Sharks, though the Senators are back in action Sunday versus the Ducks. Johansson will need to make a stronger case for himself in any future starts if he wants to remain in the NHL once Ullmark is healthy.
