Darcy Kuemper G | LA
Kings' Darcy Kuemper: Gives up four goals
Kuemper stopped 25 of 29 shots in Saturday's 5-4 shootout win over the Blues.
Kuemper gave up three goals in a span of 5:56 during the second period, and he also let a one-goal lead slip away when Jordan Kyrou tallied with 2:10 left in the third. However, the Kings were better in the shootout, ending Kuemper's six-start winless run. The 35-year-old hasn't been very good lately, allowing four or more goals in five of his last 10 outings. He's at a 13-9-9 record with a 2.56 GAA and a .902 save percentage over 33 starts this season. The Kings have a back-to-back up next with stops in Columbus on Monday and Detroit on Tuesday.

Darren Raddysh D | TB
Lightning's Darren Raddysh: Continues breakout campaign
Raddysh tallied a power-play goal in Saturday's 8-5 loss to the Blue Jackets.
It was Raddysh's first goal in nine games, and his 13th this season. He has amassed 43 points (13 goals, 30 assists) and 109 shots on net through 44 games in 2025-26. It has been an incredible breakout showing for the undrafted 29-year-old defender, who had a career-high 37 points in 73 regular-season outings a year ago.

Jake Guentzel C | TB
Lightning's Jake Guentzel: Earns another multi-point game
Guentzel had two goals and an assist in an 8-5 loss to Columbus on Saturday.
Guentzel has three multi-point efforts in his last four games (four goals, three assists). He has six goals, 15 points and 32 shots on net through 11 games in January. Guentzel continues to be a great fit with the Lightning. He is on pace to surpass his career-high 84-point performance from the 2021-22 regular season.

Nikita Kucherov RW | TB
Lightning's Nikita Kucherov: Streak at five games, 11 points
Kucherov scored a goal and had three assists in an 8-5 loss to the Blue Jackets on Saturday.
Kucherov's scoring streak stands at five games and 11 points (three goals, eight assists). He's one of the most consistent scorers in the NHL. Kucherov has failed to earn at least one point on only two occasions since Dec. 8, compiling 14 goals and 30 assists in 20 games. Overall, Kucherov has 78 points (26 goals, 52 assists) and 131 shots on net in 46 contests this campaign. He continues to sit third in NHL scoring, behind Nathan MacKinnon (87) and Connor McDavid (85).

Cole Sillinger C | CLB
Blue Jackets' Cole Sillinger: Ends lengthy droughts Saturday
Sillinger scored a goal Saturday in an 8-5 win over the Lightning.
Sillinger didn't have a point in 10 games going into Saturday's action. He logged some time in the top six during that span, but Mason Marchment's return to the lineup from an upper-body injury has bumped Sillinger down to the third line. The 22-year-old has six goals, 15 assists, 88 shots on net and 63 hits in 50 games this season.

Dmitri Voronkov LW | CLB
Blue Jackets' Dmitri Voronkov: Offense slowing as season continues
Voronkov scored a goal Saturday in an 8-5 win over Tampa Bay.
It was Voronkov's 17th snipe of the season. Voronkov has solid upside, but he's toiling on line four with Mason Marchment's return to the lineup. We're concerned with the downturn in his production as the season has progressed. Voronkov hasn't put up a multi-point game since Dec. 6 (23 games). He had 20 points (10 goals, 10 assists) in his first 28 outings of the campaign, but he has recorded just 11 (seven goals, four assists) in the next 23. Voronkov's fantasy value is limited to deep leagues right now, but a few quick goals could change that and move him up the lineup.

Cole Guttman C | LA
Kings' Cole Guttman: Two more goals for Reign
Guttman scored two goals in AHL Ontario's 4-1 win over Colorado on Saturday.
Guttman has six goals and an assist over the last four games. He seems to have gotten a boost in confidence from his call-up to the Kings earlier in the month, even though he didn't get into an NHL game. The 26-year-old forward is at 15 goals and 31 points through 37 appearances in the AHL this season.

Rasmus Sandin D | WAS
Capitals' Rasmus Sandin: Leaves game Saturday
Sandin (lower body) won't finish Saturday's game versus the Oilers.
Sandin looked to have a chance to shake off the injury, sustained in the first period, but he retreated to the locker room in the second before being ruled out. If the 25-year-old misses time, Declan Chisholm would likely enter the lineup. The Capitals' next game is Tuesday in Seattle.

Jet Greaves G | CLB
Blue Jackets' Jet Greaves: Wins fourth straight start
Greaves made 25 saves in an 8-5 win over the Lightning on Saturday.
The game was orchestral chaos most of the night. Greaves bent early in the second, allowing two goals in 1:29 that tied things 4-4. However, he regained his composure and stood tall, even when the Bolts pulled their goalie with more than five minutes remaining in the game. Greaves has won his last four starts, but we're watching the Columbus net. Head coach Rick Bowness is giving both Greaves and Elvis Merzlikins equal opportunity to earn time in net. Greaves is doing his part to push Elvis off the throne entirely, but the next little while could be messy for starts for both men.

Charle-Edward D'Astous D | TB
Lightning's Charle-Edouard D'Astous: Exits Saturday's game
D'Astous left Saturday's game versus the Blue Jackets in the third period, and there was no update on his status after the game, Eduardo A. Encina of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
D'Astous was one of three Lightning skaters to exit the contest, along with Gage Goncalves (undisclosed) and Erik Cernak (upper body). Max Crozier (illness) also missed the game, leaving the Lightning incredibly thin on defense heading into Monday's home game versus the Mammoth. D'Astous can be considered day-to-day until an update is provided.
