Jack Eichel C | LV
Golden Knights' Jack Eichel: Completes comeback win in overtime
Eichel scored a goal on five shots, added three assists and went plus-2 in Thursday's 6-5 overtime win over the Maple Leafs.
Eichel's fingerprints were all over the comeback effort. He assisted on the Golden Knights' last two goals to force overtime, and he then scored 2:44 into the extra session to complete the comeback. With five goals and nine assists during a seven-game point streak, Eichel is dialed in right now. He's up to 17 goals, 55 points (20 on the power play), 148 shots on net and a plus-10 rating through 39 appearances in a top-line role.

Pavel Dorofeyev RW | LV
Golden Knights' Pavel Dorofeyev: Tallies twice on power play
Dorofeyev scored two power-play goals on four shots in Thursday's 6-5 overtime win over the Maple Leafs.
Dorofeyev has five points over his last three games, four of which have come on the power play. The winger scored the Golden Knights' first and third goals of this contest for his first multi-goal game since Oct. 28 versus the Hurricanes. Dorofeyev is up to 19 goals, 35 points (21 on the power play), 120 shots on net and a minus-9 rating over 46 appearances. His ability to finish with the man advantage has him on track for a career year, even though his shot volume is down from 2024-25.

Adin Hill G | LV
Golden Knights' Adin Hill: Rough start in overtime win
Hill stopped 23 of 28 shots in Thursday's 6-5 overtime win over the Maple Leafs.
Hill was playing in his first game in nearly three months after battling a lower-body injury. The 29-year-old gave up three goals within the first 10 minutes, but the Maple Leafs' offense lost its touch when William Nylander (lower body) exited the contest. The Golden Knights were able to battle back, giving Hill a win in his return. He's now 2-0-2 on the season, but he's allowed 15 goals on 117 shots (.872 save percentage). It may take a few games for Hill to fully shake off the rust, and it wouldn't be surprising to see him share the crease with Akira Schmid. Vegas hosts Nashville on Saturday.

Stuart Skinner G | PIT
Penguins' Stuart Skinner: Fourth win in last five starts
Skinner made 30 saves in a 6-3 victory over Philadelphia on Thursday.
Skinner came out victorious in an intense cross-state contest. He's now 4-1-0 in his last five games with just seven goals allowed. Skinner seems to be regaining a command that playing in Edmonton ripped out of him. He's 4-4-0 with a 2.42 GAA and .901 save percentage in eight starts in black and gold.

Tommy Novak C | PIT
Penguins' Thomas Novak: Two apples keep doctor away
Novak picked up two assists Thursday in a 6-3 victory over the Flyers.
The second-line forward picked up his first points in five games. Novak has six points (two goals, four assists) in his last 14 games and 23 (eight goals, 15 assists) in 46 games this season. He doesn't deliver hits, blocks or PIM, so his fantasy value is limited.

Justin Brazeau RW | PIT
Penguins' Justin Brazeau: New career mark for points
Brazeau scored a goal in a 6-3 win over the Flyers on Thursday.
Brazeau's tally was a power-play marker. It was his first point in 2026. The goal gave him 21 points this season, which established a new career mark. Brazeau has 13 goals, eight assists and 58 shots in 32 games this season. Three of his goals have come on the power play.

Mikko Rantanen RW | DAL
Stars' Mikko Rantanen: Strikes on power play
Rantanen scored a power-play goal on three shots and added three hits in Thursday's 2-1 loss to the Mammoth.
Rantanen got the Stars on the board at 2:04 of the third period. The 29-year-old has earned four goals and nine points over eight outings in January, getting on the scoresheet in six of those contests. He's up to 19 goals, 63 points (27 on the power play), 113 shots on net, 37 hits, 24 blocked shots, 79 PIM and a plus-4 rating across 47 games this season.

Jake Oettinger G | DAL
Stars' Jake Oettinger: Takes hard-luck loss
Oettinger stopped 25 of 27 shots in Thursday's 2-1 loss to the Mammoth.
Oettinger had another good game, but a goal late in the second period by Nick Schmaltz and a tough bounce on John Marino's tally in the third sent the American netminder to the loss, his fifth in his last six outings. Oettinger has allowed just three goals on 52 shots over his last two games, suggesting he has turned the corner from his struggles in late December and early January. Overall, the 27-year-old has 17-9-4 record with a 2.68 GAA and a .903 save percentage across 30 appearances. The Stars are back at home for a tough matchup versus the Lightning on Sunday.

Sidney Crosby C | PIT
Penguins' Sidney Crosby: Sets another record
Crosby had a goal and an assist in a 6-3 win over Philadelphia on Thursday.
Both points came on the power play. Crosby now has 25 goals and 26 assists in 46 games. It's his 19th season with at least 50 points, which ties him with Alex Ovechkin and Wayne Gretzky for the sixth-most in NHL history behind Ron Francis (22), Gordie Howe (22), Jaromir Jagr (20), Mark Messier (20) and Ray Bourque (20). He's also on pace for 44 goals, which would tie him with Gordie Howe (1968-69) and Ovie (2024-25) for the most by a player 38 years or older.

Dylan Strome C | WAS
Capitals' Dylan Strome: Three-game point streak
Strome scored a goal in a 3-2 loss to San Jose on Thursday.
Strome's tally was a power-play marker. Alex Ovechkin's shot missed the net and caromed off the back wall right to Strome, who backhanded it from the right post. It extended his point streak to three games and three points (one goal, two assists; eight shots). Strome is on pace for a mid-60s finish this season, which would give him that kind of total in three of his last four seasons. At some point, you are who you are, and Strome's 82-point 2024-25 may simply be an outlier.
