Jack McBain C | UTA
Mammoth's Jack McBain: Status quo with injury timeline
McBain (lower body) is still week-to-week, per Brogan Houston of the Deseret News on Tuesday.
McBain was injured April 2 in Seattle and was deemed week-to-week two days later. Since his timeline remains unchanged, McBain's status for the first round of the postseason is certainly in jeopardy. The 26-year-old will conclude the regular season with nine goals, 25 points, 106 shots, 271 hits and a plus-11 rating over 75 outings.

Quinton Byfield C | LA
Kings' Quinton Byfield: Scores twice vs. Seattle
Byfield scored two goals on eight shots and posted a plus-3 rating in Monday's 5-3 win over the Kraken.
Byfield scored the Kings' first two goals -- both were unassisted tallies during the first period. The 23-year-old isn't much of a reliable scoring threat on a regular basis, but he's ending the season on a strong note with four goals over his last five appearances. He's also attempted multiple shots in 10 of his last 12 games, and with that volume, the uptick in scoring numbers isn't all that surprising. Byfield has eight goals and a 22.2 shooting percentage in that 12-game stretch.

Bradly Nadeau LW | CAR
Hurricanes' Bradly Nadeau: Puts away goal in shootout loss
Nadeau scored a goal on three shots and added two hits in Monday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Flyers.
Nadeau has potted three goals over 11 NHL contests this season across multiple stints with the big club. He's added 12 shots on net, 21 hits and a plus-1 rating. Nadeau seems likely to stay in the lineup Tuesday versus the Islanders, but he'll be sent back to AHL Chicago before the NHL playoffs begin, as the Wolves will be playing in the postseason.

Barrett Hayton C | UTA
Mammoth's Barrett Hayton: Practices, remains week-to-week
Hayton (upper body) remains week-to-week despite participating in Tuesday's morning skate, Brogan Houston of the Deseret News reports.
Hayton sported a non-contact jersey during Tuesday's session. He appears poised to miss Utah's final two games of the regular season. A return for the beginning of the playoffs also seems unlikely. Hayton hasn't played since March 24 against Edmonton.

Trevor Moore LW | LA
Kings' Trevor Moore: Scores, assists Monday
Moore recorded a goal, an assist and a plus-3 rating in Monday's 5-3 win over the Kraken.
Moore gave the Kings a commanding 3-0 lead midway through the second period, and he later assisted on the Kings' fourth goal, courtesy of Anze Kopitar. Moore is up to 30 points this season (13 goals, 17 assists), and while those numbers are a bit underwhelming for a top-six forward, he's ending the regular season on a strong note with eight points (four goals, four assists) over his last nine appearances.
-
Trevor Zegras C | PHI
Flyers' Trevor Zegras: Ties game on power play
Zegras scored a power-play goal on four shots and added two hits in Monday's 3-2 shootout win over the Hurricanes.
Zegras has surged late in the season with four goals and nine assists over his last 13 games. He's up to 26 goals, 67 points, 167 shots on net, 62 PIM, 46 hits and 28 blocked shots over 81 appearances. The Flyers clinched their playoff spot Monday and made mass call-ups Tuesday ahead of their regular-season finale, so it's possible Zegras gets rested ahead of the postseason.
-
Stuart Skinner G | PIT
Penguins' Stuart Skinner: First goalie off Tuesday
Skinner was the first goalie to leave the ice Tuesday, Penguins play-by-play announcer Josh Getzoff reports, indicating he'll be between the pipes on the road against the Blues.
Skinner is set to take the regular-season finale, which figures to be a nice tune-up for the veteran netminder before he heads into the playoffs as Pittsburgh's No. 1 option in the crease. Since being acquired by the team via trade this season, the Edmonton native has gone 12-9-5 with a 2.91 GAA and .887 save percentage in 26 contests.
-
Anton Forsberg G | LA
Kings' Anton Forsberg: Keeps winning streak alive
Forsberg stopped 28 of 31 shots in Monday's 5-3 win over the Kraken.
Forsberg has won each of his last five starts, and aside from helping the Kings clinch a playoff berth with this win, he's also proving to be an excellent fantasy asset across all formats. Over the course of his winning run, Forsberg has posted a 1.37 GAA and an elite .949 save percentage, so he should enter the postseason on a scorching-hot run of play. The Kings have two games left before the end of the regular season, as they'll face the Canucks on Tuesday and the Flames on Thursday. It remains to be seen if Forsberg will start either of those contests with the team's playoff berth already established.

Matthew Robertson D | NYR
Rangers' Matthew Robertson: Pots goal Monday
Robertson scored a goal and added two hits in Monday's 3-2 loss to the Panthers.
Robertson has chipped in six points over his last 17 contests. The 25-year-old has seen steady playing time down the stretch, though he's still functionally in a bottom-four role. He's at 18 points, 79 shots on net, 105 hits, 79 blocked shots, 38 PIM and a minus-3 rating over 71 outings this season.
-
Gabe Perreault RW | NYR
Rangers' Gabe Perreault: Tallies in loss
Perreault scored a goal on three shots in Monday's 3-2 loss to the Panthers.
Perreault had gone three games without a goal since his April 4 hat trick against the Red Wings. The 20-year-old rookie is up to 11 goals, 26 points, 70 shots on net, 25 hits and 22 blocked shots over 48 appearances this season. Perreault has a good chance of being a full-time NHL option in 2026-27, making him a quality sleeper pick in fantasy.
