Kings' Jan Chovan: Three-point effort for Sudbury
Chovan scored twice and added an assist in OHL Sudbury's 5-4 win over Oshawa on Wednesday.
Chovan has earned nine points over his last nine contests. Through 56 games this season, he has 25 goals and 25 assists, though he's also carrying a minus-27 rating. The Kings prospect has adjusted well to the OHL. He hasn't signed his entry-level deal yet, so he has some options available for where he'll play in 2026-27.

Scott Morrow D | NYR
Rangers' Scott Morrow: Two goals for Hartford
Morrow scored twice for AHL Hartford's 3-2 loss to Cleveland on Wednesday.
Morrow has been back in the AHL in four games, earning two goals and two assists. He has nine points over 18 outings with Hartford, as well as six assists through 29 appearances for the Rangers. It wouldn't be surprising to see the 23-year-old get another look in the NHL before the end of the campaign.

Caufield (illness) won't be in the lineup Wednesday versus the Senators, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports.
Caufield was under the weather in the third period of Tuesday's contest versus the Maple Leafs. The 25-year-old will miss at least one game. The Canadiens have two days off before hosting the Sharks on Saturday, giving him some additional time to recover. Alexandre Texier will replace Caufield in Wednesday's lineup.

Anton Frondell C | CHI
Blackhawks' Anton Frondell: Reaches 25-point mark in SHL
Frondell scored a goal in Djurgardens' 6-4 win over Vaxjo on Tuesday in the SHL.
With the goal, Frondell has 18 tallies and 25 points through 41 appearances this season. That's an excellent level of production for an 18-year-old playing in the SHL, and it's a showcase of the high-quality shot that made him the No. 3 overall pick in 2025. Frondell seems likely to get a look in training camp with the Blackhawks ahead of the 2026-27 campaign, though no official decision has been made as to where he'll start next season.

Foligno played in his second game with the Wild since being acquired from the Blackhawks. He has earned 12 points, 33 shots on net, 91 hits, 26 blocked shots and 27 PIM over 39 appearances this season. Wild's Marcus Johansson: Logs assist in return
Johansson posted an assist in Tuesday's 5-0 win over the Mammoth.
Johansson missed two games due to an upper-body injury before returning to action Tuesday. He set up Matt Boldy's goal in the second period. Johansson has been a fine complementary winger this season, picking up 40 points, 79 shots on net, 23 hits and a plus-19 rating over 58 appearances, mainly in a second-line role.

Wild's Vladimir Tarasenko: Dishes pair of assists
Tarasenko notched two assists, two shots on goal and a plus-3 rating in Tuesday's 5-0 win over the Mammoth.
Tarasenko continues to chip in decent depth scoring with four points over his last six games. The Wild have no injury issues among their top forwards currently, so expect Tarasenko to see steady third-line minutes. He's up to 16 goals, 19 helpers, 113 shots on net, 41 hits and a minus-3 rating over 58 appearances this season.
