Nazem Kadri C | COL
Avalanche's Nazem Kadri: Departs Tuesday's game
Kadri (upper body) won't return to Tuesday's game versus the Blues.
Kadri was injured during the second period. The Avalanche have no need to rush him back ahead of the playoffs, so he may be brought along slowly in his recovery from this issue. Zakhar Bardakov or Joel Kiviranta could enter the lineup if Kadri is out Thursday versus the Flames.

Jalen Chatfield D | CAR
Hurricanes' Jalen Chatfield: Leaves Tuesday's game
Chatfield (lower body) won't return to Tuesday's game versus the Bruins.
It's unclear what caused Chatfield's injury. The Hurricanes are likely to be cautious with his return timeline ahead of the postseason, as they've all but locked up the Metropolitan Division. If Chatfield misses time, Mike Reilly will likely draw into the lineup.

Carter Hart G | LV
Golden Knights' Carter Hart: Making another start
Hart will guard the road goal versus the Canucks on Tuesday.
Hart has won his last two outings, stopping 50 of 54 shots in those games since his return from a lower-body injury. He's quickly ascended to the top of the Golden Knights' depth chart in goal. He's in a good position to keep up his winning ways against the Canucks' abysmal offense.

Justus Annunen G | NSH
Predators' Justus Annunen: Starting in Anaheim
Annunen will protect the road goal versus the Ducks on Tuesday, Brooks Bratten of the Predators' official site reports.
Annunen will get his second start of the Predators' road trip, and it comes in the second half of a back-to-back. The 26-year-old has lost his last two outings, allowing six goals on 57 shots in those games. The Ducks have gone 0-4-1 with 14 goals scored over their last five games.

MacKenzie Weegar D | UTA
Mammoth's MacKenzie Weegar: Slated to play Tuesday
Weegar (upper body) will be in the lineup Tuesday versus the Oilers.
Weegar missed one game due to the issue. The Mammoth look to be prepared to manage his minutes, as Nick DeSimone will dress as a seventh defenseman for this contest. Weegar is slated to be on the top pairing alongside Mikhail Sergachev.

Karel Vejmelka G | UTA
Mammoth's Karel Vejmelka: Tending twine Tuesday
Vejmelka will guard the home goal versus the Oilers on Tuesday.
Vejmelka has won three outings in a row, a span in which the Mammoth have outscored opponents 19-8. The 29-year-old netminder will look to keep things rolling in a tougher matchup, which could end up being a playoff preview as well. Vejmelka continues to lead the NHL in appearances -- this will be his 60th of the campaign.

Michael Rasmussen C | DET
Red Wings' Michael Rasmussen: Sustains lower-body injury
Rasmussen (lower body) won't finish Tuesday's game versus the Blue Jackets.
Rasmussen was in just his third game back from a previous lower-body injury. It's unclear if this issue is related to the earlier one. The 26-year-old can be considered day-to-day until the Red Wings provide more information.

Kevin Bahl D | CGY
Flames' Kevin Bahl: Exits Tuesday's game
Bahl sustained a lower-body injury and won't return to Tuesday's game versus the Stars.
Bahl was injured early in the first period and couldn't continue. It's unclear if he'll be able to shake off the injury in time to play Thursday in Colorado. If he can't, Brayden Pachal will likely enter the lineup.

Nathan Gaucher C | ANA
Ducks' Nathan Gaucher: Tallies twice in AHL win
Gaucher scored two goals in AHL San Diego's 5-2 win over San Jose on Tuesday.
Gaucher recently completed a stint in the NHL, where he made three appearances and added six hits and two shots on net. He has 14 goals, 28 points and a plus-4 rating over 58 appearances in the AHL this season. He's logged three straight multi-point efforts around his call-up and should remain productive in the AHL.
