Dylan Larkin C | DET
Red Wings' Dylan Larkin: Considered game-time decision
Larkin (leg) is considered a game-time decision for Tuesday's matchup against the Senators, Max Bultman of The Athletic reports.
Larkin has been sidelined since early March due to a right leg injury, but he skated on the top line and with the first power-play unit during Monday's practice session, signaling that he's close to returning to action. Head coach Todd McLellan said after practice that Larkin is improving, but the 29-year-old will be monitored in the hours leading up to Tuesday's puck drop before the Red Wings determine his status.

Niko Mikkola D | FLA
Panthers' Niko Mikkola: Set to miss remainder of season
Mikkola (knee) is expected to miss 4-6 weeks, Jameson Olive of the Panthers' official site reports Monday.
According to the NHL media site, Mikkola has been moved to injured reserve. He sustained the injury in Friday's 4-1 loss to Calgary, and he is poised to miss the remainder of the 2025-26 regular season. Mikkola provided three goals, 11 points, 68 shots on net, 81 blocked shots and 116 hits over 68 appearances this campaign.

Uvis Balinskis D | FLA
Panthers' Uvis Balinskis: Set to miss several weeks
Balinskis (foot) has a fracture and is slated to miss 4-6 weeks, Jameson Olive of the Panthers' official site reports Monday.
Balinskis has been sidelined for a week and a half due to his lower-body injury, and it's possible that he'll be shut down for the remainder of the season after being diagnosed with a fracture. Across 54 appearances for the Panthers this year, he's recorded five goals, 10 assists, 71 hits, 42 blocked shots and 30 PIM while averaging 16:22 of ice time.

James Reimer G | OTT
Senators' James Reimer: Drawing road start Monday
Reimer will start Monday's road game against the Rangers, Jackson Starr of the Senators' official site reports.
Reimer has seen limited playing time in recent weeks, as Monday's start will be his third since the Olympic break. However, he's been effective over a limited sample, winning both of his previous two outings while saving 33 of 35 shots in those games. The Rangers are generating 2.79 goals per game this year, which is the seventh-worst mark in the NHL.

Bo Horvat C | NYI
Islanders' Bo Horvat: Scores game-winning goal
Horvat scored the game-winning goal in Sunday's 1-0 win over the Blue Jackets.
Horvat pushed his point streak to three games with this goal, as he found the back of the net with a snap shot at the 1:25 mark of the first period. The 30-year-old also ended a five-game goal drought. Despite that slump, he remains one of the most effective scoring threats on the Islanders' roster. He's up to 29 goals and 21 assists (50 points) across 57 appearances in 2025-26, including nine points over 11 outings in March.

Ilya Sorokin G | NYI
Islanders' Ilya Sorokin: Posts 26-save shutout
Sorokin posted a 26-save shutout in Sunday's 1-0 win over the Blue Jackets.
Sorokin made 26 saves for his league-leading seventh shutout of the season, and the 30-year-old was at his best in a game where the Islanders needed him -- the Blue Jackets were on a 12-game point streak before this loss. Perhaps more importantly, Sorokin bounced back from Saturday's loss to the Canadiens, where he allowed six goals on 32 shots faced. Sorokin has conceded three or fewer goals in six of his last seven starts, going 4-3-0 with a 2.46 GAA and a .912 save percentage over that stretch.

Jet Greaves G | CLB
Blue Jackets' Jet Greaves: Beaten once, tagged with loss
Greaves stopped 21 of 22 shots in Sunday's 1-0 loss to the Islanders.
Greaves was excellent throughout the game, but he couldn't stop Bo Horvat's snap shot at the 1:25 mark of the first period, and that would end up being the difference-maker in this game. The loss snapped Greaves' three-game winning streak, but the 24-year-old has been excellent of late either way. He has allowed just one goal in three of his last four games, posting a .937 save percentage over that span. Since the league resumed following the Olympic break Feb. 25, Greaves has gone 5-1-2 with a 2.39 GAA and a .907 save percentage across eight outings.

Yegor Chinakhov RW | PIT
Penguins' Yegor Chinakhov: Scores in loss to Carolina
Chinakhov scored a goal in Sunday's 5-1 loss to the Hurricanes.
Chinakhov found the back of the net at the 14:56 mark of the third period with a snap shot, but that goal didn't provide enough of a spark to mount a late comeback. The 25-year-old winger has now scored in back-to-back games, something he hadn't accomplished since Feb. 2-3. Chinakhov is up to 13 points (five goals, eight assists) in 14 appearances since the Olympic break, making him one of the most productive players on the Penguins' roster over that stretch.

Matt Rempe C | NYR
Rangers' Matt Rempe: Likely done for season
Rempe (thumb) probably won't be ready to return before the end of the 2025-26 regular season, according to Vince Z. Mercogliano of The Athletic on Monday.
Rempe remains on injured reserve and will miss his 14th straight game against Ottawa on Monday. Head coach Mike Sullivan admitted that he would be "surprised" if Rempe played again this season. The 23-year-old Rempe appears poised to finish the 2025-26 campaign with one goal, 15 shots on net, 86 hits and 11 PIM in 26 appearances.

Stuart Skinner G | PIT
Penguins' Stuart Skinner: Another subpar showing
Skinner allowed four goals on 25 shots faced in Sunday's 5-1 loss to the Hurricanes. The fifth goal was an empty-netter.
Skinner has been slumping badly in recent weeks. He has dropped seven of his last eight starts since the beginning of February while operating in a timeshare with Arturs Silovs, and he's allowed at least four goals in three of his last four during that stretch. With a 3.53 GAA and an .876 save percentage over that eight-game stretch, it's hard to justify Skinner remaining as the No. 1 option between the pipes for the Penguins. Don't be afraid to look at other options to strengthen your goaltending depth ahead of the fantasy playoffs as well, as Skinner is simply not producing enough to remain in a starting role in most formats outside of the very deep leagues.
