Ellis hasn't played since Feb. 3 versus the Lightning, but he was recently bothered by an injury. Even now that he's healthy, Ellis is unlikely to see much playing time as long as Luukkonen and Alex Lyon continue to play well.

Samuelsson (undisclosed) is expected to be in the lineup Tuesday versus the Golden Knights, Mike Harrington of The Buffalo News reports.
Samuelsson missed one game due to the injury. He'll return to his usual top-four role with a spot on the penalty kill. The 26-year-old has had a career year on offense, but he has earned just two points over his last 10 outings.

Tuch appears to need at least one game off to recover from his illness. Tyson Kozak is set to return from an undisclosed injury Tuesday, while Josh Doan will likely get a boost in ice time due to Tuch's absence. Tuch's next chance to play is Thursday in San Jose.

Brink is slated to miss his fourth straight game. The 24-year-old winger's next chance to play is in a rematch against the Blackhawks on Thursday in Minnesota. Robby Fabbri will get back in the lineup in a depth role for Tuesday's contest.

Knight is coming off a 28-save effort in Saturday's 4-0 loss to Vegas. He has a 17-19-8 record this campaign with three shutouts, a 2.64 GAA and a .908 save percentage across 44 appearances. Minnesota sits 12th in the league with 3.26 goals per game this season.

Swayman will get the nod in the second half of a back-to-back after Joonas Korpisalo took the overtime loss versus the Devils on Monday. Swayman is 4-1-0 with nine goals allowed on 130 shots (.931 save percentage) over five outings in March. The Canadiens are a tough matchup, but Swayman has been excellent.
