  • Oskar Olausson RW | COL

    Oskar Olausson: Hitting free-agent market

Olausson was not tendered a qualifying offer from Minnesota on Monday, PuckPedia reports.

Olausson is now an unrestricted free agent, so he can sign with any team July 1, however, he signed a contract with Frolunda of the SHL in May. The Swedish winger contributed 12 goals and 29 points across 63 appearances with AHL Iowa this past season. The No. 28 overall pick in 2021 has just four games of NHL experience to his name.

  • Cameron Butler RW | DET

Cameron Butler: Set to test free agency

The Wild chose not to give a qualifying offer to Butler on Monday, according to PuckPedia.

Butler is eligible to sign with a new organization when free agency starts Wednesday. The 24-year-old played in both the AHL and ECHL in 2025-26. Butler has played in one NHL game in his career, which came during the 2023-24 campaign with Columbus.

  • Bobby Brink RW | MIN

Bobby Brink: Not qualified by Minnesota

Brink was not tendered a qualifying offer by the Wild on Monday, making him an unrestricted free agent, per PuckPedia.

The Wild have little cap space to work with and have several spots to fill on their roster, which probably explains why the team did not present Brink with a qualifying offer. The right-shot winger was dealt from Philadelphia to Minnesota at the 2026 trade deadline and posted a total of 15 goals, 30 points, 104 shots and 80 hits between the two teams in 2025-26. The 2026 free-agent class is slim, so Brink should have no issue finding a new team to sign with come July 1 if the Wild don't circle back to him in time.

  • Michael Milne LW | DET

Michael Milne: Set to test open market

Milne was not tendered a qualifying offer from the Red Wings on Monday, according to PuckPedia.

Milne, a third-round pick by the Wild in 2022, played for three different AHL teams in 2025-26, in addition to suiting up in five ECHL regular-season games. He made his NHL debut in 2024-25 with Minnesota.

  • Carter Mazur LW | DET

Carter Mazur: Doesn't get QO from Detroit

The Red Wings did not present a qualifying offer to Mazur on Monday, making him an unrestricted free agent, PuckPedia reports.

Mazur did not register a point over eight games with Detroit in 2025-26. The 24-year-old showed well with AHL Grand Rapids, though, producing 11 goals and 16 points over 16 regular-season games. He also had five goals and an assist in eight playoff contests with the Griffins. Mazur was a third-round selection (No. 70 overall) in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft.

  • Thomas Bordeleau: Not tendered QO

The Blues did not extend a qualifying offer to Bordeleau on Monday, per PuckPedia.

Bordeleau will now be an unrestricted free agent. The 24-year-old suited up in a total of 60 regular-season games between AHL Utica and Springfield in 2025-26, compiling nine goals, 12 helpers and a minus-20 rating. Bordeleau has 44 games of NHL experience, all with the Sharks.

  • Matt Kessel D | NYI

Matt Kessel: Not qualified by St. Louis

Kessel did not get a qualifying offer from the Blues on Monday, according to PuckPedia.

Kessel, a fifth-round pick by St. Louis in 2020, appeared in 29 games with the team in 2025-26, posting two goals, three points, 22 hits, 26 blocked shots and a plus-1 rating. The right-shot defenseman will likely be able to come to terms on a contract agreement with a new team July 1.

  • Jonatan Berggren: Going to free agency

Berggren is set to test the free-agent market Wednesday since he was not tendered a qualifying offer from the Blues on Monday, PuckPedia reports.

Berggren was claimed off waivers by the Blues from the Red Wings in mid-December. The 2018 second-round pick accounted for eight goals, 22 points, 58 shots and a minus-5 rating over 51 games between the two teams this past campaign. The Swedish winger hasn't appeared in the AHL since 2023-24, so at the very least, he should be able to land a two-way deal with a new organization Wednesday.

  • Wilmer Skoog C | DET

    Wilmer Skoog: Doesn't receive QO

The Panthers did not present a qualifying offer to Skoog on Monday, per Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald.

Skoog is now set to test the free-agent market Wednesday. The Swedish forward made his NHL debut with Florida this past season, picking up two helpers over three games. Skoog also had 18 goals, 37 points and a plus-12 rating across 61 regular-season games with AHL Charlotte in 2025-26. Those are relatively solid numbers for a player who was never drafted by an NHL team, so Skoog should be able to secure at least a two-way contract when free agency kicks off Wednesday.

  • Cole Schwindt RW | FLA

Cole Schwindt: Let go by Florida

Schwindt was not tendered a qualifying offer from the Panthers on Monday, according to Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald.

Schwindt played in 29 games with Florida in 2025-26, accumulating five goals, seven points, 39 hits and a plus-2 rating. The winger missed a considerable amount of time due to injuries. Schwindt has appeared in 78 NHL regular-season games during his career, so he should be able to link up with a new organization July 1.
