Connor McMichael C | WAS
Capitals' Connor McMichael: Lights lamp twice Monday
McMichael scored two goals, including one on the power play, fired three shots on net and recorded two blocked shots in Monday's 7-3 win over Calgary.
After his ninth goal of the season, where he put the puck away off a slick feed from Justin Sourdif, McMichael went on to score an unassisted power-play goal for his 10th marker. Alongside his 10 twine finders, McMichael has 33 points, 115 shots on net, 33 hits and 34 blocked shots across 61 games this season. He should continue to draw line assignments in the team's middle six moving forward, which places him in a solid spot to produce in deep fantasy leagues.

Tom Wilson RW | WAS
Capitals' Tom Wilson: Eclipses 50 points in win
Wilson tallied a goal, fired two shots on net and posted two blocked shots in Monday's 7-3 win over the Flames.
Wilson's goal doubled the Capitals' lead to 2-0 midway through the opening period. His twine finder was his 24th goal of the campaign and 50th overall point, which makes 2025-26 the third time he's hit the 50-point milestone in his 13-year career. While Monday's goal was his first point since the Olympics, he has remained a category-coverage workhorse and currently has 116 shots on goal, 140 hits and 40 blocked shots across 55 appearances this season. If he can heat up down the stretch, Wilson has a chance to post his second consecutive 60-point campaign.

Hendrix Lapierre C | WAS
Capitals' Hendrix Lapierre: One of each Monday
Lapierre scored a goal and recorded an assist in Monday's 7-3 win over Calgary.
Lapierre put the Capitals on the scoreboard Monday with a goal less than three minutes into regulation before he later picked up a secondary assist in the third. With the pair of points, he is up to three goals, nine assists, 48 shots on net and 37 hits across 60 games this season. While he doesn't have the high-end scoring needed for most fantasy formats, his recent run of three points over his last four games is an encouraging sign for the 24-year-old, fourth-line center moving forward.

Logan Thompson G | WAS
Capitals' Logan Thompson: Yields three goals in win
Thompson turned away 23 of 26 shots on goal in Monday's 7-3 win over the Flames.
Thompson kept the Flames off the scoreboard in each of the first and third periods but ran into trouble in the second, where he allowed three goals, including a pair of shorthanded tallies. He earned the win all the same, improving to 22-18-4 on the season with a 2.42 GAA and a .912 save percentage across 44 appearances. With the Capitals six points out of a playoff spot in the Metropolitan Division, Thompson will likely be deployed often down the stretch, upholding his already strong fantasy value moving forward. If he continues to find the win column, he should be a strong candidate to be nominated for the Vezina Trophy at the end of the season.

Devin Cooley G | CGY
Flames' Devin Cooley: Allows six goals Monday
Cooley stopped 22 of 28 shots on net in Monday's 7-3 loss to the Capitals.
Despite posting a clean second period while the Flames tied the game at three, Cooley allowed a trio of goals in both the first and third periods. With Monday's loss, the 28-year-old netminder now has a 7-8-4 record, a 2.45 GAA and a .917 save percentage across 23 outings this season. He has been held out of the win column in each of his four starts since the Olympic break. Despite his strong overall numbers that are tagged to a decent sample size, his value in fantasy is best served as a streaming option in deep leagues that prioritize saves. While Dustin Wolf is likely in line to start Calgary's second game of a back-to-back Tuesday, Cooley has a solid chance to appear in the team's contest Thursday against New Jersey.

Oliver Moore C | CHI
Blackhawks' Oliver Moore: Set for extended absence
Head coach Jeff Blashill said Monday that Moore will miss a significant amount of time due to a lower-body injury, Charlie Roumeliotis of WGN Radio reports.
Moore sustained the injury Sunday in Dallas. The full extent of Moore's injury has not been revealed, but there is a possibility the 21-year-old gets shut down for the rest of the season at some point in the near future, depending on how his recovery goes. Moore will probably land on injured reserve as well, with a forward being recalled from AHL Rockford in a corresponding move -- the Blackhawks currently have only 12 healthy forwards on their roster.

Evander Kane LW | VAN
Canucks' Evander Kane: Dealing with UBI
Head coach Adam Foote said after Monday's 2-0 loss to Ottawa that Kane is contending with an upper-body injury, Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet 650 reports.
Kane sat out Monday's loss due to his upper-body injury. It currently remains to be seen if the veteran winger will be an option for Thursday's home game versus Nashville. The 34-year-old has accounted for 11 goals, 27 points, 78 PIM, 146 shots, 102 hits and a minus-18 rating over 61 appearances in 2025-26.

Jack St. Ivany D | PIT
Penguins' Jack St. Ivany: Taken off IR
St. Ivany (hand) was removed from injured reserve Monday, Seth Rorabaugh of Tribune-Review Sports reports.
Per the NHL media site, St. Ivany is no longer listed on the Penguins' IR list. The move comes just hours after he was designated for a conditioning loan with AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. While it's unclear when his assignment in the minors is expected to conclude, he likely won't return to the Penguins' lineup until he's healthy and has a few more games at the AHL level under his belt.

Evander Kane LW | VAN
Canucks' Evander Kane: Sidelined for Monday's tilt
Kane (upper body) will miss Monday's game against the Senators, per Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet 650.
After missing Monday's morning skate, Kane didn't join the Canucks on the ice for warmups and will miss his second game across Vancouver's last four matchups. In his absence, Max Sasson will take his place on the third line. If he can practice over the coming days, Kane's next chance to return to action is Thursday against the Predators.

Brock Boeser RW | VAN
Canucks' Brock Boeser: Playing against Ottawa
Boeser (undisclosed) will suit up for Monday's home matchup versus the Senators, per Brendan Batchelor of Sportsnet 650.
Boeser left Monday's morning skate early, which put some doubt into his availability for this game against Ottawa. The right-shot winger will avoid missing his eighth game of the season, and he will skate on the second line with Liam Ohgren and Marco Rossi.
